SYNOPSIS In June 2016, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) 'proposed a revision to its disclosure requirements-related guidance under the Securities Act and Exchange Act for properties owned or operated by mining companies'. On 31 October 2018, the SEC released its adopted final rules for property disclosures for mining registrants - 'Modernization of Property Disclosures for Mining Registrants'. The amendments are aimed at providing investors with a more comprehensive understanding of a registrant's mining properties, which should help them make more informed investment decisions. The new rules replace the SEC's Industry Guide 7 as of January 1, 2021. This paper investigates how the new subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K may affect future updates to the Committee for Mineral Reserves International Reporting Standards (CRIRSCO) International Reporting Template, as well as international Reporting Codes. Critical changes such as the reporting of Mineral Resources exclusive of Mineral Reserves are discussed, the impact of third-party reporting regarding reducing Section 11 liability is considered, as is the trend of utilizing multiple qualified persons for technical reports. This paper highlights areas in the CRIRSCO and international Reporting Codes that may require consideration by Qualified and Competent Persons providing technical report summaries and Competent Persons Reports (CPRs). Keywords: SEC, 1300 of Regulation S-K, international Reporting Codes, CRIRSCO, Qualified/Competent Person, mineral reporting.

The learning environment (LE) provides a context for many educational phenomena, of which wellness and burnout are particularly important. The LE can be thought of as consisting of a psychosocial dimension of personal, social, and organizational factors and a sociomaterial dimension that consists of spatial and technical factors. The interplay between elements of the LE and wellness of the participants is complex and only partially understood, requiring further research. Using this multidimensional model to describe and to plan to deliberately modify the learning environment can foster more rigorous and meaningful research evidence about the interaction of wellness and the LE. This article highlights four key considerations that scholars of wellness should consider when exploring the impact of the LE or designing interventions to modify the environment. These include 1) a thoughtful definition and theoretical conceptualization of the LE, 2) clarity about the study variables that are essential to the study question(s), 3) thoughtful and appropriate measurement of those variables, and 4) a study design that balances quality with feasibility. We provide a practical illustration of how these considerations can be applied in studies exploring the intersection of wellness and the LE.

Abstract Background and Purpose: Information solutions for analytical customer relationship management CRM (aCRM IS) that include the use of analytical tools are becoming increasingly important, due organizations’ need for knowledge of their customers and the ability to manage big data. The objective of the research is, therefore, to determine how the organizations’ orientations (process, innovation, and technology) as critical organizational factors affect the attitude towards the use of the analytical tools of aCRM IS. Design/Methodology/Approach: To measure the orientation of the organization (process, innovation, and technology), we redesigned the existing scale, which was validated using exploratory factor analysis. In the next phase, we created a model by which we examined the impact of the organization’s stance in relation to the use of the analytical tools of aCRM IS, where we used multiple regression analysis. The model was verified on a sample of Slovenian Organizations (n=105), which use the analytical tools of aCRM IS for analyzing the data they have on their customers and business partners. Results: In the study we found that all critical factors of the organization, specifically process, technology, and innovation orientation, have a positive impact on the attitudes towards using the analytical tools of aCRM IS. Innovation orientation is particularly important and has the strongest influence on the attitude towards using the analytical tools of aCRM IS. We found that innovation orientation on new ideas, methods, and approaches has the strongest effect, followed by the impact of innovation orientation on acceptance of novelty. Conclusion: The more innovation-, technology-, and process-oriented organizations are, the more positive their attitude towards using the analytical tools of aCRM IS. The study is particularly important for organizations that are introducing an aCRM IS into their business system.

One of the most important state tasks in the management system of the mineral resource complex, both at the national and regional levels, is to ensure the reproduction of mineral resources. The solution of this problem can be modeled using the theory of control of active systems, which, of course, can be attributed to the mineral resource complex. When modeling the management system of the mineral resource complex of the region, it is necessary to take into account the impact of risks on the feasibility of a mining project, as elements of the external environment. In this paper, the authors have modeled the management system of the mineral resource complex of the region, taking into account the risks of mining projects.

This study investigates the impact of fuel price adjusment on changes in fuel consumption and inflation in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade, Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), and PT Pertamina (Persero) from 2006 to 2016 and analyzed by using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. Research showed, if the government increases Premium Gasoline's price by 10%, in average its consumption would decrease around 2,99 %. However, if the Pertamax Gasoline's price increases, the consumption of Premium Gasoline would also increase due to substitution effect. Every 10% increase in Subsidized Diesel's price, in average its consumption would decrease around 4,80 % and vice versa. However, if the Pertamina dex's price increases, the consumption of Subsidized Diesel would also increase due to substitution effect. Moreover, IDR1.000/L increase in Premium Gasoline's Price would contribute 1,10 % to the inflation rate. On the other hand, increase in Subsidized Diesel's price does not contribute to the inflation rate.
