Teaching quality evaluation of physical education usually involves multiple influence factors with grey and uncertain information. This brings about limitations to effective evaluation of teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities. Thus, this paper draws merits from previous research and proposes a teaching quality evaluation system and model of physical education in colleges and universities. First, based on real situations, grey categories of evaluation state for physical education teaching quality are established. The definite weighted functions of grey category of evaluation state are confirmed. Specific steps of the teaching quality evaluation model based on grey clustering analysis are accounted for. Finally, a case study is introduced to verify the model. This model enlightens a new way to evaluate teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities.

The water inrush of a working face is the main hidden danger to the safe mining of underwater coal seams. It is known that the development of water-flowing fractured zones in overlying strata is the basic path which causes water inrushes in working faces. In the engineering background of the underwater mining in the Longkou Mining Area, the analysis model and judgment method of crack propagation were created on the basis of the Mohr–Coulomb criterion. Fish language was used to couple the extension model into the FLAC3d software, in order to simulate the mining process of the underwater coal seam, as well as to analyze the initiation evolutionary characteristics and seepage laws of the fractured zones in the overlying strata during the advancing processes of the working face. The results showed that, during the coal seam mining process, the mining fractured zones which had been caused by the compression-shear and tension-shear were mainly concentrated in the overlying strata of the working face. Also, the open-off cut and mining working face were the key sections of the water inrush in the rock mass. The condition of the water disaster was the formation of a water inrush channel. The possible water inrush channels in underwater coal mining are mainly composed of water-flowing fractured zones which are formed during the excavation processes. The numerical simulation results were validated through the practical engineering of field observations on the height of water-flowing fractured zone, which displayed a favorable adaptability.

The evaluation of equipment importance is an important part of the operation and maintenance management and its purpose is to identify the key equipment which has important influence on the reliable operation of the power station. On the basis of grey clustering theory, the paper firstly establishes the analysis model of photovoltaic (pv) power station equipment importance and the weights of factors in the target hierarchy is solved by using the judgment matrix in analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, according to the whitenization weight function of the grey clustering, pv equipment is classified into three types: key equipment, vital equipment and general equipment, which lays the foundation for the equipment maintenance strategy choice. Finally, an application example verifies the practicality and scientificity of the proposed method.

With sustained and rapid economic growth, environmental degradation and resource depletion are becoming increasingly prominent in Chinese mineral resource-based cities (MRBC). An in-depth study regarding the efficiency and characteristics of urban green transformation in recent years will help to promote the healthy development of MRBC in China. In this study, we use a three-stage data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the green transformation efficiency and potential of 110 MRBC in China from 2008 to 2017. The results show that, first, the comprehensive green transformation efficiency in the vast majority of MRBC is relatively low. After excluding external factors, the efficiency of most MRBC is considerably improved. Second, regardless of whether the external factors are excluded, the green transformation efficiency in the western and northeast regions of China is relatively higher than that in the central and eastern regions, whereas the coal cities and ferrous cities have higher efficiencies compared with non-ferrous cities and oil cities. Third, compared with pure technology efficiency, scale efficiency plays a leading role in overall green transformation efficiency. Based on the empirical analysis results, this study indicates that China’s MRBC should pay special attention to the influence of external environmental factors when formulating green transformation policies.

The potential of West Sumbawa Regency in rural gold mining area is very abundant, but has a high level of poverty. The existence of BUMDes as an alternative in developing the potential that has in increasing the income of village and society. This study aims to examine the advantages and disadvantages of the management of BUMDes in improving the welfare of society in rural gold mining area in West Sumbawa regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done in rural gold mining area of West Sumbawa Regency. The location of this research represent 3 (three) sub districts included in gold mining area consist of: District of Jereweh, Maluk and Sekongkang. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation, and observation with research subjects ie Village Party, BUMDES Management, beneficiary community and related institutions. Data validity using source triangulation techniques.Data analysis using interactive analysis model that is analysis by using data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that BUMDES in rural gold mining areas has not been successful in total in improving the village economy and public welfare of the existing units of BUMDES. BUMDES Gold mining areas still have advantages that are: a) easy access to finance and b) improvement of household economy. Weaknesses: a) Human resources managers and b) business plans are low. There needs to be active participation from the community in running the BUMDes program to the economic progress.
