Performance analysis of public management teaching practice training based on artificial intelligence technology

At present, it is difficult to quantify the performance of public management teaching practice. Inviewof this, based on artificial intelligence technology, this study imitates the economic performance evaluation method to introduce evaluation parameters, and adopts the analogy method to introduce the artificial intelligence economic performance evaluation system into the model proposed in this study. Moreover, this study combines with actual teaching needs to build a performance analysis model of public management teaching training based on artificial intelligence technology. In addition, this study uses a B/S structure to build the system, set functional modules based on demand analysis, and use an expert system to score. In order to study system performance and system stability in the context of big data, the system performance is studied through actual scoring and large amounts of data training. The research results show that the model proposed in this paper has a certain effect.

The city of Portland’s Traffic System Performance Evaluation (TSPE) system is an innovative, practical, and cost-effective tool for monitoring traffic system performance in response to federal, state, and local legislation. It has been designed, implemented, and applied using readily available traffic data. The TSPE goes beyond traditional level-of-service analysis and gives the city a means to identify operational deficiencies and provide a baseline for future performance monitoring. The TSPE includes five performance indicators that were crafted in response to questions about traffic performance and in recognition of the costs and availability of data to support performance evaluation. Each of the five indicators addresses a specific element of traffic performance. District accessibility measures the ease of access to and egress from major activity centers by examining the delay at gateway intersections. The street origin-destination characteristics indicator assesses the percentage of nonlocal trips on streets with different functional classifications. Travel time is measured on a set of specific routes between activity centers. The traffic flow indicator assesses the variation in speeds on major roadways. The multimodal service levels indicator assesses multimodal operational performance based on service levels for four different transportation modes (vehicular, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian) along a corridor. The system has proved to be relatively easy and inexpensive to apply. Other jurisdictions developing performance evaluation systems should consider integrating some components of the TSPE system.

In the age of intelligence, to promote teaching quality and learning effect, artificial intelligence technology can be embedded in English teaching practice, exerting its technical advantages and frontier characteristics. In consideration of integrated developing tendency of college English cultural teaching model and modern information technology, the paper is aimed to design and build up an intelligence-aided system so as to extend the depth and width of the application of modern information technology in college English cultural teaching as well as to exploit the great application potential of modern information technology in college English cultural teaching, thus opening a new way and presenting a direction for college English cultural teaching.

Artificial intelligence and deep learning technology are important technologies widely used in manufacturing industry.With the help of performance appraisal system to comprehensively evaluate the performance of teachers is a good measure. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a performance appraisal system for university teachers by using artificial intelligence technology. This paper first demonstrates the feasibility of the development of performance appraisal system, and scientifically divides the user roles. According to the business requirements, the core business process of the system is established, and the system architecture and functional modules are designed. At the same time, this paper establishes the conceptual model and logical model of database. Finally, SSH framework and extjs framework are used to realize the functions of the system. In this paper, the reliability, stability and security of the system are tested to ensure that the system meets the functional and non functional requirements. The operation results show that the system has stable functions, simple operation and convenient maintenance, and basically meets the needs of users at different levels.

To further innovate English teaching reform and promote the optimization and development of intelligent and innovative English teaching resources, an intelligent educational robot has been developed based on the current vigorous development of artificial intelligence educational robot technology. In addition, a set of educational robot assisted teaching curriculum resources is designed based on the robot, which is applied in primary school English teaching practice, and has achieved good application effect. The research shows that the robot can complete the functions of English vocabulary teaching, role play and free dialogue, and can further improve students' attention and initiative in classroom practice. The results of the questionnaire survey show that the teaching curriculum based on educational robot has higher scores in the completion of teaching objectives, the design of teaching content, the fluency of teaching links and the innovation of teaching process, which is superior to the traditional English teaching. This exploration provides important case data and theoretical basis for primary school English teaching reform, and it is of great significance to further innovate educational resources and promote teaching reform.

The development of artificial intelligence technology is a field where all walks of life need to carry out in-depth research in the future, and the introduction of artificial intelligence technology in the field of university evaluation has become an inevitable trend. Through the collection and collation of the literature at home and abroad, the influence of chorus education on college culture in China has long remained in qualitative and experiential judgment and the significance and value of chorus education to colleges and universities are relatively single. Therefore, it is of great innovative value and practical significance to establish a scientific, systematic, and comprehensive evaluation mechanism for the impact of chorus education on university culture and to scientifically analyze key issues, establish evaluation criteria, and inject new research perspectives into the promotion of chorus education in colleges and universities in China, combining with the mature coevolution theoretical model of management science. It is of great innovative value and significance to combine the DEMATEL research method with the current practice of promoting chorus education in China’s colleges and universities and to systematically and comprehensively construct the evaluation system and research paradigm in line with chorus education by using the qualitative and quantitative methods.

The specific requirements of the performance evaluation system for public enterprises emanate from the peculiar characteristics of those institutions. The concept of public enterprise implicitly assumes the existence of two dimensions - the enterprise dimension and the public dimension. The enterprise dimension involves the setting up of a recognizable organization engaged in the production of goods and services, marketed at a price, and whose transactions are formulated through a system of commercial accounts such as balance sheets and profit-and-loss accounts_ The public dimension, on the other hand, involves public ownership, public management, and control, and assumes the existence of public purposes and the fulfillment of public interest [9. p. 39].
