Bipolar fuzzy graph is more precise than a fuzzy graph when dealing with imprecision as it is focusing on the positive and negative information of each vertex and edge. Nowadays, researchers have utilized bipolar fuzzy graphs in decision-making problems. Bipolar fuzzy competition graphs aid to compute the competition between the vertices in bipolar fuzzy graphs. To depict the best competitions among the competitions of bipolar fuzzy graphs, the best bipolar fuzzy competition graph can be defined using bipolar fuzzy α-cut and the strength of the competition between the vertices can also be determined. Fuzzy graphs are used well to frame modelling in real-time problems. In particular, when the real-time scenario is modelled using the bipolar fuzzy graph, it gives more precision and flexibility. At present, researchers have focused on decision-making techniques with bipolar fuzzy graphs. The DEMATEL method is one of the powerful decision-making tools. It effectively analyses the complicated digraphs and matrices. The fuzzy DEMATEL technique can convert the interrelations between factors into an intelligible structural model of the system and divide them into cause and effect groups. Therefore, this study attempts to design the DEMATEL method under the bipolar fuzzy environment. To illustrate this proposed technique, the problem of identifying the best mobile network is taken. With this method, the benefits and drawbacks of networks are measured and a complicated bipolar fuzzy directed graph can be transformed into a viewed structure.

AbstractDue to the presence of two opposite directional thinking in relationships between countries and communication systems, the systems may not always be balanced. Therefore, the perfectness between countries relations are highly important. It comes from how much they were connected to each other for communication. In this study, first perfectly regular bipolar fuzzy graph is introduced and examined the regularity of nodes. Then, the relationship between the adjacent nodes and their regularity are visualized as a perfectly edge-regular bipolar fuzzy graphs. The totally accurate communication between all connected nodes is explained by introducing completely open neighborhood degree and completely closed neighborhood degree of nodes and edges in a bipolar fuzzy graph. Some algorithms and flowcharts of the proposed methods are given. Finally, two applications of these cogitation are exhibited in two bipolar fuzzy fields. The first one is in international relationships between some countries during cold-war era and the second one is in decision-making between teachers–students communication system for the improvement of teaching.

In the present work, the adjacency matrix, the energy and the Laplacian energy for a picture fuzzy graph/directed graph have been introduced along with their lower and the upper bounds. Further, in the selection problem of decision making, a methodology for the ranking of the available alternatives has been presented by utilizing the picture fuzzy graph and its energy/Laplacian energy. For the shake of demonstrating the implementation of the introduced methodology, the task of site selection for the hydropower plant has been carried out as an application. The originality of the introduced approach, comparative remarks, advantageous features and limitations have also been studied in contrast with intuitionistic fuzzy and Pythagorean fuzzy information.

A complex Pythagorean fuzzy set (CPFS) is an extension of a Pythagorean fuzzy set that is used to handle the vagueness with the degrees whose ranges are enlarged from real to complex subset with unit disc. In this research study, we propose the innovative concept of complex Pythagorean fuzzy graphs (CPFGs). Further, we present the concepts of regular and edge regular graphs in a complex Pythagorean fuzzy environment. Moreover, we develop a complex Pythagorean fuzzy graph based multi-attribute decision making an approach to handling the situations in which the graphic structure of attributes is obscure. A numerical example concerning information technology improvement project selection is utilized to illustrate the availability of the developed approach.

In a picture fuzzy environment, almost all multiple attribute decision-making ( MADM ) methods have been discussed a type of problem in which there is no relationship among the attributes. Although the relationship among the attributes should be considered in the actual applications, so we need to pay attention to that important issue. This article applied graph theory to the picture fuzzy set ( PFS ) and obtained a new method, MADM , to solve complicated problems under a picture fuzzy environment. The developed method can capture the relationship among the attributes that cannot be handled well by any existing methods. This study introduces union, intersection, sum, Cartesian product, the composition of picture fuzzy graphs ( PFG s), and their important properties. Finally, by considering the importance of relationships among attributes in the determination process, two algorithms, based on PFG , have developed to solve complicated problems using picture fuzzy information. Also, two numerical examples have introduced to explain how to deal with the MADM problem under picture fuzzy environment.

A graph structure is a useful framework to solve the combinatorial problems in various fields of computational intelligence systems and computer science. In this research article, the concept of fuzzy sets is applied to the graph structure to define certain notions of fuzzy graph structures. Fuzzy graph structures can be very useful in the study of various structures, including fuzzy graphs, signed graphs, and the graphs having labeled or colored edges. The notions of the fuzzy graph structure, lexicographic-max product, and degree and total degree of a vertex in the lexicographic-max product are introduced. Further, the proposed concepts are explained through several numerical examples. In particular, applications of the fuzzy graph structures in decision-making process, regarding detection of marine crimes and detection of the road crimes, are presented. Finally, the general procedure of these applications is described by an algorithm.

The theory developed in this article is based on graphs of cubic intuitionistic fuzzy sets (CIFS) called cubic intuitionistic fuzzy graphs (CIFGs). This graph generalizes the structures of fuzzy graph (FG), intuitionistic fuzzy graph (IFG), and interval-valued fuzzy graph (IVFG). Moreover, several associated concepts are established for CIFG, such as the idea subgraphs, degree of CIFG, order of CIFG, complement of CIFG, path in CIFG, strong CIFG, and the concept of bridges for CIFGs. Furthermore, the generalization of CIFG is proved with the help of some remarks. In addition, the comparison among the existing and the proposed ideas is carried out. Finally, an application of CIFG in decision-making problem is studied, and some future study is proposed.

Graphs play a pivotal role in structuring real-world scenarios such as network security and expert systems. Numerous extensions of graph theoretical conceptions have been established for modeling uncertainty in graphical network situations. The Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy graph (PDFG), a generalization of the fuzzy Dombi graph (FDG), is very useful in representing vague relations between several objects, whereas the operational parameter has a flexible nature in decision-making problems. The main objective of this research study is to expand the area of discussion on PDFGs by establishing fruitful results and notions related to operations such as the direct product, Cartesian product, semi-strong product, strong product, and composition on PDFGs. Certain concepts, including the degree of vertices and total degree, are discussed as its modifications. Meanwhile, these outcomes are considered on PDFGs maintaining the strongness property. At the end, an algorithm for Pythagorean Dombi fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making is given, and a numerical example based on the selection of a leading textile industry is put forward to clarify the suitability of the proposed approach.
