The purpose of the article. The aim of the article is to identify and reveal aspects of the development of amateur vocal art, the qualities of a musician and teacher who are aware of the values of artistic action and fully immerse, perceive, feel and immerse themselves in the content of works. The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that the training of future musicians and teachers should be based on their competence and awareness, which will lead to the quality professional training of amateurs in vocal and instrumental groups who will have fundamental abilities and master the art of seeing, creating and feeling. Methodology. Leading methods of research of this problem are methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and historical comparison, which will help to recognize the features and professional competencies and skills that make up the stage culture of an individual member of an amateur folk group, revealing issues from a broader paradigm to narrower and clearer understanding systems. Scientific novelty. The article reveals and substantiates the essence of the concept of "stage culture", current trends in vocational training, considers the theoretical foundations of this set of qualities, its impact on teaching and the gradual formation of structural components of the phenomenon, its relationship with amateur and folk vocal and instrumental teams; components of stage culture, ways of its formation in artists and its influence on folklore and folk art are revealed. Conclusions. The materials of the article are of the practical and theoretical value for students, future teachers, music teachers, artists, vocalists, and other artists who are engaged in professional and personal self-development and want to have such an integrated quality as stage culture that will significantly improve their abilities and skills. will contribute to the success of music and pedagogical work in schools and independent creative activity. The article highlights the problem of implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers.It defines readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers as a professionally important quality of a studentʼs personality.The article establishes pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficient process of formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future music teachers. They are strengthening of motivational foundation of professional self-development of students based on acmeological positions; implementation of competence approach to professional training of future music teachers based on pedagogical innovation; enrichment of creative potential of students in the process of involving in artistic and educational activities.The article substantiates experimentally tested methods of introducing pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers, which include the value-motivational stage (development of the motivational component of readiness for professional self-development of students), cognitive-activity stage (formation of competence for professional self-development of future music teachers), creative stage (creation of conditions for maximum creative self-realization).It proves that the implementation of the proposed methods of implementation of educational conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development will significantly improve the quality of training of future music teachers. This conclusion is based on the comparison of the results of the control and experimental groups, as well as on the processing and generalization of the results. The article suggests and substantiates the model of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers. The concept of “model” is analyzed and its essential characteristics are identified in the works of leading scientists, theorists of the philosophy of science and in pedagogical research. The content core of the proposed model defines four interrelated components: motivational-target, content-procedural, analytical-cognitive, personal-creative. The methodological basis of the design block of the presented model are system, activity-organizational, synergetic, competence-based and personality-oriented approaches. The characteristic features of the criteria and their indicators are clarified and justified. The following criteria are identified: professional-motivational, cognitive-informational, search-research, creative-productive. The article presents the results of the diagnosis of acmeological culture of future music teachers in the process of singing. Based on the developed system of criteria and indicators of the structural components of the studied phenomenon (motivational-value, cognitive-developmental, communicative-heuristic and creative-projective), the contents of the phased diagnostic technique of the ascertaining experiment, which consists of pedagogical conversations, oral questioning, questioning, testing, essay – annotations, creative tasks, typical types of conducting and choral activities, expert assessments, mathematical methods of data processing. The levels of formation of the acmeological culture of future music teachers are determined, their substantive characteristics are formulated. Ukraine's accession to a single European educational space declares new requirements for professional training of music teachers. Increasingly, it is becoming necessary to focus higher education on the training of professionals capable of professional mobility, rapid adaptation to new educational conditions, self-realization and self-improvement throughout life – individuals with high levels of acmeological culture. According to the results of the ascertainment experiment, the calculation of the arithmetic mean of quantitative indicators by certain structural components was performed: motivational-value, cognitive-developmental, communicative-heuristic and creative-design. Of particular importance is the problem of formation of acmeological culture in the singing activity of future music teachers. It is the high professionalism of vocal-choral activity of the music teacher that not only enhances the prestige of the teacher's profession, but also provides a peculiarity of personal influence of the teacher-professional on the spiritual development of students by means of vocal-choral art.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the phenomenon of music teachers’ artistic and educational activity in the artistic and value context as well as projections for professional training. The integral content of such activity in the teaching profession is revealed in general, and its connection with the values of culture is considered. It is emphasized that art education covers all disciplines of professional music and pedagogical training. At the same time, the tasks of the particular discipline always are in the centre of the solution of problems of other disciplines. Moreover, the place of education in life and work of prominent artists and teachers of Ukraine, China, and other countries is indicated. The role of poly-artistic training of music teachers as a basis for the formation of artistic values is emphasized. The requirements of artistic and educational activity for professional training of music teachers are outlined as the following: attitude towards educational activity, self-development of cultural skills, mastery of information space, development of performing skills, mastering the techniques of verbal and nonverbal communication with the audience. The article specifies the essence of music teacher’s artistic and educational activity as a purposeful permanent process that integrates various components of artistic cognition. The interdependent vectors of professional training of music students are formulated. They are the following: a directed influence on artistic values of others and conscious enrichment of one’s own artistic value sphere. The potential of music teacher’s artistic and educational activity as a foundation and reference point for acquiring personal artistic values is revealed, which includes motivation to expand general artistic erudition, the possibility of holistic practice-oriented immersion in art, presentation of the results of artistic search, and self-presentation.

The article examines and substantiates the structural components of independent work as an effective pedagogical condition, which ensures the development of intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers. The author distinguishes the following key structural components: methodical, musical performance, and field-research. With its particular specialization, each component contributes to the constitution of an integral unity in achieving the development of intellectual and creative abilities. The study substantiates the essence of each of the presented components. It has been proven that the methodical component performs the function of the basic components in the structure of independent work. Methodical training contributes to the effective qualifications process as well as selection of techniques, methods, and exercises to improve professional training. Musical performance is considered as a process that determines the development of intellectual and creative abilities of future music instructors by forming intellectual and creative thinking through the use of different ways of cognitive activities. Also, the musical performances of the future music teachers during independent work involves solving a number of creative tasks. At the same time, you need to use interactive teaching methods that are aimed at optimizing the educational process. The field-research component provides students with artistic creativity as well as pedagogical skills, which contributes to the enrichment of their intellectual potentials and formation of research thinking, as a result, expanding their analytical, intellectual and creative skills. Within the research component, it has been assumed that the formation of research skills contributes not only to the research culture, but also to the highest level of development of intellectual and creative abilities for upcoming music teachers.

Directions of elaboration of the policy of social and economic adaptation of disabled persons in Ukraine are analyzed within the article. Current trends in the implementation of the state policy in the field of social and economic support of disabled persons are analyzed. Detailed attention is paid to the definition of basic provisions of the institutional regulation of social and economic provision of disabled persons, justification for such regulation measures, which were combined into two groups: active and passive. In addition, within the article, main measures for the formation of an inclusive educational space are defined and substantiated, issues of the access to education for disabled persons, formation of the policy of their professional training, retraining and advanced training are considered, In particular, an analysis of the peculiarities of the existing system functioning of vocational training of unoccupied population and unemployed disabled persons is conducted.

The article describes the possibility of providing pedagogical conditions to involve the future PE teachers into the system of multicultural relations. This system determines the quality of physical culture and self-development of the learner in models and means of self-expression and self-realization, cooperation and socialization. Specific features of professional training and organization of practice in obtaining professional skills and experience of professional activity determine the process and the content of the process of shaping the teacher's personality, which will enable them to independently solve the developmental tasks for their future students. Pedagogical conditions for the preparation of the PE teacher for physical training and self-development of their future students depends on the successful solution of the following tasks: personified use of the foundations of pedagogical modeling and constructs of pedagogical activity in vocational training. The paper features the concept of "pedagogical conditions of preparation of the future PE teacher for the physical training and self-development of their students". It stresses the possibility of personified solution of the task in the structure of continuous professional education of teachers.

The article analyses the independent work of future music teachers in higher educational institutions of art as a pedagogical condition for the development of intellectual and creative abilities. The concept of “independent work” is considered in the works of modern and domestic researchers. The role of independent work is defined as an integral system and forming factor of the educational environment of higher art institutions. The tasks are highlighted and the classification of types of independent work of future music teachers is considered. The phenomenon of independence, which is an integral attribute, the inner essence of independent work and acts as a sign of its intellectual component, is analysed. On the other hand, independence is seen as the highest step in the formation of personal competence. The future music teacher makes the significant both intellectual and creative efforts and thus reaches a certain level of intellectual and creative abilities by mastering professional training, carrying out professional and creative selection of the repertoire, methods of its processing, based on their preferences, intentions, and motivations. The author investigates the most important component of education — a self-education, the ability which is exclusively formed through the self-educational activities. The self-educational activity of the future music teacher is considered as an effective means of professional self-improvement and self-development of personality, which also provides the significant professional qualities and abilities such as both intellectual and creative, the development of which determines the level of professional self-development. It is proven that professional self-realization is the highest level of manifestation of professional training of future music teachers, in the process of which are carried out the intensive development of both intellectual and creative abilities.

The article deals with the problem of the vocal and performance development of future music teacher as a complicated, important, holistic, multifaceted process of awareness and improvement, development ability to complete creative professional realization and performance of personal qualities and talents of the teacher. It analyses nformation about professional development and self-development of personality as a study subject of psychologists and educators; it presents different methodological approaches to its solution. It is concluded that professional self-development is connected with the inner combination of constituents of the psyche of personality aimed at its efficacious interaction with the environment by means of achieving the result which is personally significant and adequate to the requirements of society. The professional development is defined as conscious human activity aimed at full self-realization of themselves as individuals in the field which is determined by their future profession. Great attention is focused on the reasonability of consideration of professional self-development issue from the perspective of readiness for its implementation. It is concluded that the development of vocal and performance is an important, multifaceted component that occurs at all stages of professional training of future music teachers and includes various forms of self-expression, self-improvement, self-fulfillment, the ability to realize much better teacher’s personal talents and professional skills. The following research is aimed to identify pedagogical conditions of vocal and performance development of future music teachers in the classroom setting rates.

Due to processes of European integration and ICT implementation, standards of professional training in all fields of the modern society have significantly grown. Labour market needs professionals capable of broadening the horizons of their activities by using innovative approaches, showing creativity and leadership skills along with sustainable self-perfection. In this case, the necessity to increase the level of professional training encourages searching for different ways of educational process improvement, creating new approaches and learning methods. Future vocalists` professional training at higher educational establishments also becomes the object of the research. The author finds the emotional expressiveness to be one of the instruments of improvement and renovation of the future vocalists` professional training and dwells on its structural components in the article. To reach the aim, the author does a theoretical analysis of preceding pedagogical, psychological, methodological and art research on the problem. It allows to state an insufficient research of the structure of the emotional expressiveness in the scientific discourse. As a result of the scientific research, for the first time, such structural components of future vocalists` emotional expressiveness are suggested: motivational and axiological, cognitive and analytical, emotional and evaluative, practical and creative. We find these components both most immanent for the future vocalists` emotional expressiveness and showing its essence. It is found out that forming of some components of the emotional expressiveness depends on the level of empathy and reflection (self-reflection), which are inseparable from the vocal art. The article states that motivation and orientation on human values play a crucial role in some structural components of the future vocalists` emotional expressiveness. Results of the research influence further scientific dwells on the structure of the emotional expressiveness. Further research on the topic should refer to defining pedagogical conditions of forming of each structural component of the future vocalists` emotional expressiveness and looking for methods to encourage intensification of this process.
