The article presents the results of the diagnosis of acmeological culture of future music teachers in the process of singing. Based on the developed system of criteria and indicators of the structural components of the studied phenomenon (motivational-value, cognitive-developmental, communicative-heuristic and creative-projective), the contents of the phased diagnostic technique of the ascertaining experiment, which consists of pedagogical conversations, oral questioning, questioning, testing, essay – annotations, creative tasks, typical types of conducting and choral activities, expert assessments, mathematical methods of data processing. The levels of formation of the acmeological culture of future music teachers are determined, their substantive characteristics are formulated. Ukraine's accession to a single European educational space declares new requirements for professional training of music teachers. Increasingly, it is becoming necessary to focus higher education on the training of professionals capable of professional mobility, rapid adaptation to new educational conditions, self-realization and self-improvement throughout life – individuals with high levels of acmeological culture. According to the results of the ascertainment experiment, the calculation of the arithmetic mean of quantitative indicators by certain structural components was performed: motivational-value, cognitive-developmental, communicative-heuristic and creative-design. Of particular importance is the problem of formation of acmeological culture in the singing activity of future music teachers. It is the high professionalism of vocal-choral activity of the music teacher that not only enhances the prestige of the teacher's profession, but also provides a peculiarity of personal influence of the teacher-professional on the spiritual development of students by means of vocal-choral art.

The article suggests and substantiates the model of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers. The concept of “model” is analyzed and its essential characteristics are identified in the works of leading scientists, theorists of the philosophy of science and in pedagogical research. The content core of the proposed model defines four interrelated components: motivational-target, content-procedural, analytical-cognitive, personal-creative. The methodological basis of the design block of the presented model are system, activity-organizational, synergetic, competence-based and personality-oriented approaches. The characteristic features of the criteria and their indicators are clarified and justified. The following criteria are identified: professional-motivational, cognitive-informational, search-research, creative-productive. Three levels of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities are highlighted – low (indifferent), medium (motivated) and high (creative), which holistically reflect the implementation of the process of the development in the intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers in the process of professional training.Key words: Model, Pedagogical Conditions, Approaches, Structural Components, Criteria, Indicators, Levels, Development of Intellectual and Creative Abilities, Future Music Teachers, Professional Training.

  The aim of this paper is to analyze the results of soft skills development of music teachers through involvement in student project office activities. The content analysis of normative and legal documents regulating professional training and professional activity of a music teacher resulted in the following soft skills content for this category of employees: communicative competences, self-management skills, critical thinking, and managerial competences. The study of music teachers' soft skills development in the process of their involvement in project activities was carried out through a pedagogical experiment. 76 students (3-4 years) of the Institute of History and Culture, 15 teachers and 12 social partners took part in the research. The conducted research confirmed the effectiveness of developing soft skills of future music educators in the process of involving students in project management. The implementation of this activity began with the creation of student project office, which is a necessary tool to organize project management in the student environment.

The purpose of the article. The aim of the article is to identify and reveal aspects of the development of amateur vocal art, the qualities of a musician and teacher who are aware of the values of artistic action and fully immerse, perceive, feel and immerse themselves in the content of works. The urgency of the problem is due to the fact that the training of future musicians and teachers should be based on their competence and awareness, which will lead to the quality professional training of amateurs in vocal and instrumental groups who will have fundamental abilities and master the art of seeing, creating and feeling. Methodology. Leading methods of research of this problem are methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, and historical comparison, which will help to recognize the features and professional competencies and skills that make up the stage culture of an individual member of an amateur folk group, revealing issues from a broader paradigm to narrower and clearer understanding systems. Scientific novelty. The article reveals and substantiates the essence of the concept of "stage culture", current trends in vocational training, considers the theoretical foundations of this set of qualities, its impact on teaching and the gradual formation of structural components of the phenomenon, its relationship with amateur and folk vocal and instrumental teams; components of stage culture, ways of its formation in artists and its influence on folklore and folk art are revealed. Conclusions. The materials of the article are of the practical and theoretical value for students, future teachers, music teachers, artists, vocalists, and other artists who are engaged in professional and personal self-development and want to have such an integrated quality as stage culture that will significantly improve their abilities and skills. will contribute to the success of music and pedagogical work in schools and independent creative activity. The objective of this study was to determine whether higher education institutions, teachers and students of the specialization in musical art are prepared to create and use the digital educational space in the educational process. The study involved the following methods: literature review and analysis of the content of official documents of higher educational institutions that provide professional training for music teachers; survey; mathematical methods of data processing; Statistica software package. The research has shown that not all higher educational institutions have the necessary resources to implement learning in the digital education space. Besides, not all higher educational institutions teach subjects that help improve students’ digital literacy. There are also teachers who have difficulties using the digital educational space in the learning process due to lack of digital literacy. The study demonstrated awareness of the importance of using the digital educational space in the education of future music teachers. But, it is necessary to pay attention to improving the digital literacy of all participants in the educational process, as well as provide educational institutions with proper modern recourses, software, hardware and equipment, including also computer music technologies and electronic musical instruments.

         The article examines pedagogical activity as a way of social and cultural practice of the individual, which implements the tasks of preserving national traditions, adapting and regulating the process of professional development of a future teacher. The modernization of the educational system of Ukraine is determined by the tendencies of European integration, which can be considered an essential lever of success not only for the economic and political transformation of society, but also for strategic changes in the educational policy of Ukraine. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the practical importance of media education, taking into account modern trends in the modernization of the educational system in Ukraine in the era of globalization of the world educational space. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were set: to consider the role of media education in the professional activities of future music education specialists, to substantiate media education as a component of general education, and media literacy and media competence as a component of the professional and general culture of a modern music teacher; identify ways to solve the problem of the need for media education in the professional activity of a future musician teacher; to reveal and analyze promising directions for increasing the level of media educational training of future music teachers in social relations, new dimensions of his self-realization; substantiate the conclusions and directions for further consideration of the selected problem. The main methods used in the study are comparative, analytical, systemic and structural. Conclusions. We consider media education as a component of ICT, which includes, on the one hand, knowledge, skills and abilities of their application, on the other hand, media literacy, media competence and media culture. We associate the training of future teachers of musical disciplines using ICT tools with the need to improve the state educational standard by introducing new specialties, the need for which is dictated by the current state of art education and culture. The practical implementation of media education requires a change in scientific views on the need to introduce media education as a component of general education, and media literacy and media competence as an integral part of the professional and general culture of a modern music teacher. The solution to the problem posed also depends on the understanding of the value of professional activity, which occurs only through the actualization of the processes of self-awareness by future teachers-musicians, revealing themselves in the search for the meaning of artistic values.          Key words: media education, modernization of professional training, musical and pedagogical activity, information and communication technologies, future teacher-musician.

The article examines and substantiates the structural components of independent work as an effective pedagogical condition, which ensures the development of intellectual and creative abilities of future music teachers. The author distinguishes the following key structural components: methodical, musical performance, and field-research. With its particular specialization, each component contributes to the constitution of an integral unity in achieving the development of intellectual and creative abilities. The study substantiates the essence of each of the presented components. It has been proven that the methodical component performs the function of the basic components in the structure of independent work. Methodical training contributes to the effective qualifications process as well as selection of techniques, methods, and exercises to improve professional training. Musical performance is considered as a process that determines the development of intellectual and creative abilities of future music instructors by forming intellectual and creative thinking through the use of different ways of cognitive activities. Also, the musical performances of the future music teachers during independent work involves solving a number of creative tasks. At the same time, you need to use interactive teaching methods that are aimed at optimizing the educational process. The field-research component provides students with artistic creativity as well as pedagogical skills, which contributes to the enrichment of their intellectual potentials and formation of research thinking, as a result, expanding their analytical, intellectual and creative skills. Within the research component, it has been assumed that the formation of research skills contributes not only to the research culture, but also to the highest level of development of intellectual and creative abilities for upcoming music teachers.

Concert and performance activity is an important component for future music teachers. It encourages them to analyse their needs, interests, inclinations. It contributes to the formation of personal significance, emotional confidence, ensures the independence of the performer in the process of professional training. Thus, the insufficient elaboration of the problem of preparation of a future music teacher for concert and performance activity becomes an actual one in the art educational process. The article is devoted to the problem of concert and performance activity of a future music teacher in the process of professional training. It reveals the principles of forming the readiness of a future teacher of music for concert and performance practice, analyses the research on this issue. The purpose of the article is to reveal the influence of the concert and performance activity as a kind of artistic creativity on the process of professional training of a future music teacher. The scope of research on this issue includes the definition of the most effective ways and methods of preparing future music teachers for concert and performance activity, as well as numerous aspects of the creative process in which the future musician-performer is involved. The methods and techniques of diagnosing the characteristics of an individual and his performance qualities are of particular importance. This allows identifying “problem issues” that require active pedagogical influence to overcome existing shortcomings. Universal approaches (systemic, axiological, competence) must be constantly combined with individual-personal, which takes into account the features (physiological, mental, ideological, etc.) that are specific to this person and that distinguish him from everyone else. The individual-personal approach is one of the most important tasks of studying the professional and spiritual formation of the person for the future music teacher. It defines the ability to create his / her own original musical world embodying the maintenance and values of a mussician-performer as the basic criterion of the readiness for professional concert and performance activity.

The reform of Ukrainian education has put forward new requirements for the training of teachers, in particular, future music teachers and music supervisors of preschool institutions. There was a need to revise traditional teaching methods, update the content of education and change emphasis in the educational process from cognitive to emotional. One of the factors affecting the professional training of a music teacher is emotional intelligence as integrated phenomenon that combines emotional and intellectual abilities into a single developing (dynamic) system, which gives the opportunity to distinguish cognitive-emotional, empathy-creative (artistic) and regulatory-behavioral components. The purpose of the article is the theoretical argumentation of the emotional intelligence concept and structure, the approbation results presentation of emotional intelligence formation methods by future music teachers and music supervisors of preschool institutions in the process of studying special music disciplines "Basic Special Instrument", "Voice Staging", "Choral Conducting". During the experimental research, which was conducted by students of the Preschool Education And Musical Art Faculty, various methods of diagnosing emotional intelligence were used, special methods and methods of its formation were created ("Self-knowledge", "Emotional infection", "Physical actions" methods; "What am I?", "Show your emotion", "Diary of emotions" techniques). It is proved that the implementation of the proposed methodological aspects into the educational process influences positive changes of this quality development, which, in turn, will ensure the successful adaptation of the future music teacher in his professional activity.

The article analyses the independent work of future music teachers in higher educational institutions of art as a pedagogical condition for the development of intellectual and creative abilities. The concept of “independent work” is considered in the works of modern and domestic researchers. The role of independent work is defined as an integral system and forming factor of the educational environment of higher art institutions. The tasks are highlighted and the classification of types of independent work of future music teachers is considered. The phenomenon of independence, which is an integral attribute, the inner essence of independent work and acts as a sign of its intellectual component, is analysed. On the other hand, independence is seen as the highest step in the formation of personal competence. The future music teacher makes the significant both intellectual and creative efforts and thus reaches a certain level of intellectual and creative abilities by mastering professional training, carrying out professional and creative selection of the repertoire, methods of its processing, based on their preferences, intentions, and motivations. The author investigates the most important component of education — a self-education, the ability which is exclusively formed through the self-educational activities. The self-educational activity of the future music teacher is considered as an effective means of professional self-improvement and self-development of personality, which also provides the significant professional qualities and abilities such as both intellectual and creative, the development of which determines the level of professional self-development. It is proven that professional self-realization is the highest level of manifestation of professional training of future music teachers, in the process of which are carried out the intensive development of both intellectual and creative abilities.

The aim of the research was to study features of integrated professional training of the music teacher by means of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies. The results demonstrate the main features of the use of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies in a pandemic: 1) the transition to information and communication means of communication and limited consultations in various disciplines; 2) independent processing of educational materials, which negatively affects practical skills of students; 3) electronic reporting is the most common form of control over the work of future music teachers; 4) partner innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies of vocational training are poorly integrated into the practice of teaching at the university; 5) the frequency of use of artistic and integrative tools is reduced due to the predominance of independent work of music teachers; 6) interactive tools of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies are used to a lesser extent in the educational process.
