This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision making ofhedging with derivative instruments in manufacturing companies withMiscellaneous Industry sectors on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018.The factors include: Leverage, Liquidity, Growth Opportunities, ManagerialOwnership, Dividend Policy The analytical method used in this study is the logisticregression method. The population of this research is the Miscellaneous IndustrySector Company. By using purposive sampling technique, there are 22 companieswith 4 years of observation from 2015-2018, obtained 88 research samples.Basedon the results of the study of the five independent variables on the dependentvariable, the variable liquidity, growth opportunity, managerial ownership showedthe results had a significant effect on hedging decisions with derivativeinstruments. Other variables such as leverage and dividend policy have nosignificant effect on hedging decisions with derivative instruments.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy on investment decisions in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015-2018 period. The factors tested are growth opportunities, capital structure and dividend policy and investment decisions. The data used in this study are secondary data and this study uses 18 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2018 period. This study uses the Social Sciences Statistics Package (SPSS) version 17.0 to determine the results of the hypothesis. Tests using SPSS get results that show that: 1) growth opportunities have a positive and significant influence on investment decisions; 2) capital structure has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions; 3) dividend policy has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions; 4) growth opportunity variables (company growth opportunities, capital structure, dividend policy simultaneously influence investment decisions.Kata Kunci: Incentives, Employee Discipline

This study aims to examine and analyze the factors that influence the dividend payout ratio in manufacturing companies in various industry sectors and the basic & chemical industry sector. The population of this research is 17 manufacturing companies in various industry sectors which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018. With a total sample of 51 and this sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), leverage (DER) and earnings per share (EPS). Whereas the dependent variable is the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The results of this study indicate that profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR) and earnings per share (EPS) affect the dividend payout ratio, laverage (DER) does not affect the dividend payout ratio.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of corporate governance and financial performance on dividend policies. The dependent variable is dividend policy and the independent variable is the size of the board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, liquidity and profitability. The population of this research is 14 Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015 – 2018. With a total sample size of 56 and this sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. Testing the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that the size of the board of commissioners, the board of independent commissioners and profitability affect the dividend policy, managerial ownership and liquidity do not affect the dividend policy

The population and sample of the company are classified as automotive and allied products sub sector manufacturing companies with annual data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011 to 2017, based on the Indonesia Capital Market Directory 2015. This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, board size, investment opportunities and investment opportunities on dividend policy with proxy payout ratio (DPR), dividend per shares (DPS) and dividend yield (DY) on manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 231 companies a year. The data used are secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and Indonesia Capital Market Directory. Data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results of multiple regression tests show that past dividends have a positive effect on dividend policy with all dividend policy proxies, subsequently investment opportunities have a positive effect on dividend policy with proxies from the DPR and DPS. While other variables do not affect dividend policy.Keywords: Dividend policy, managerial ownership, board size, past dividends, investment opportunities

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance (profitability, liquidity, leverage), dividend policy and managerial ownership on firm value. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period are the samples in this study. Samples were obtained as many as 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis tool. Financial performance is measured using profitability, liquidity, and leverage. The results of the study found that profitability and managerial ownership have an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity on dividend policy in industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2018 period. This research was conducted using quantitative methods using associative methods. The population in this study consisted of financial statements of industrial companies 2016-2018 as many as 45 companies and sampled as many as 11 companies with 33 financial statements. Sampling in this study is by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are the classical assumption and regression tests. The results in this study indicate: The variable taken is dividend policy while the independent variable is liquidity. The results showed that partially the liquidity variable had a negative effect on dividend policy with a t value of -4.095 <2.042 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, it could be interpreted that liquidity had a negative effect on dividend policy on companies in various industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia for the period of 2016-2018.

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policy on the value of the company. This research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study are all Manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. The sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 213 samples. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that investment decision variables affect the value of the company in a positive direction, funding decisions affect the value of the company in a negative direction, and dividend policy affects the value of the company with a positive direction on Manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. With this research, it is expected that researchers who can further conduct research related to factors that influence the value of the company whose impact is higher than what researchers have met. Research purposes were determined the effect of company size, management ownership, profitability, and leverage on risk management disclosures in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The research type is a quantitative descriptive. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used the documentation method. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis, namely multiple linear test, F test, and t test. The results how that 1) company size has a positive and significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 2) managerial ownership has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; 3) profitability has no significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018; 4) Laverage has a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2018; and 5) Company size, managerial ownership, profitability, and leverage simultaneously have a significant effect on the risk management disclosure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. Dividend policy is a management decision of a company in determining the amount of dividend to be distributed to shareholders. Investors who have long-term goals will choose a return in the form of dividends in large quantities or relatively stable to reduce the uncertainty of investors who have invested their funds in the company. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis that will test the influence of net income, sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage to dividend policy. The samples used in this study were 75 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016–2018. The results of this research indicate that net income has a significant effect on dividend policy, while sales growth, managerial ownership, and leverage do not have a significant effect on dividend policy.
