Currently, the information and communication technology is experiencing a rapid development. Technological advances also trigger a variety of crimes (cybercrime). Cybercrime is a term that refers to criminal activities using computer and its network. One of the developing cybercrimes today is cyberbullying. The National Conference of State Legislatures describes this crime as an act of harassing and threatening others intentionally and repeatedly. In developed countries, serious efforts have been made to combat cyberbullying. While the awareness of cyberbullying threat as a crime is still low in Indonesia, there is no clear legal rule regarding this crime. This study used the theory of criminal policy and theory of criminal law reform. There are two impacts caused by the absence of the law. First, the difficulty of running a criminal policy. Second, cyberbullying has a psychological impact on victims such as a frustration, a depression, and even a suicidal intention. The result of the research showed that in terms of a penal policy, Indonesia applies the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) No.19 of 2016 in dealing with cyberbullying with cyberharassment type in article 27 paragraph 3 and cyberstalking in article 27 paragraph 4 after comparing with Arkansas code 2012 § 5-71-217. In terms of a non-penal policy, moral approach, technological approach, and media role are used.

Advances in mobile device technology and internet connectivity have created powerful new mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine capabilities. The guidelines regarding mHealth use in the clinical environment can be conflicting, which has resulted in some reluctance by institutions and medical staff to fully embrace these advances due to privacy and patient confidentiality concerns among others. The COVID-19 response has led to departments to reconfigurate care and revisit mHealth as a tool to allow social distancing and remote care. This article reviews mHealth guidance in practice and describes its use and interpretation as rapid decision-making aid and in telehealth.

With the rapid development of Android-based smartphone technology devices, many learning media applications for multimedia-based children have been developed, the aim of which is to increase children's interest and motivation to learn in order to better receive the learning material provided. In this study, an Android-based animal recognition application design was carried out using two languages namely Indonesian and English. The design process is done using UML modeling, while the process of making an application is done using a tool that is Thunkable. With Thunkable the process of making applications becomes easier, faster and efficient. To ensure that every functional application runs properly in accordance with expectations, Black-Box testing is performed. The results of this study are an Android application that uses a variety of multimedia resources such as images, audio (sound) and video, as well as having an attractive and easy to use interface so that it can help early childhood children learn the material presented in this application.

Since Banting and Best isolated insulin in the 1920s, dramatic progress has been made in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). However, dose titration and timely injection to maintain optimal glycemic control are often challenging for T1DM patients and their families because they require frequent blood glucose checks. In recent years, technological advances in insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring systems have created paradigm shifts in T1DM care that are being extended to develop artificial pancreas systems (APSs). Numerous studies that demonstrate the superiority of glycemic control offered by APSs over those offered by conventional treatment are still being published, and rapid commercialization and use in actual practice have already begun. Given this rapid development, keeping up with the latest knowledge in an organized way is confusing for both patients and medical staff. Herein, we explore the history, clinical evidence, and current state of APSs, focusing on various development groups and the commercialization status. We also discuss APS development in groups outside the usual T1DM patients and the administration of adjunct agents, such as amylin analogues, in APSs.

The existence of Salaf Islamic boarding schools must follow developments and modernization in every aspect of its development. Salaf Islamic boarding schools must open themselves from the rapid progress and development of the outside world and must be able to understand their needs and demands. The existence of the Salaf Islamic boarding school Nurul Muhibbin in Kemuja Village certainly must be able to color the stage of modernity to face the global challenges of the outside world, must be able to adapt and interact by not leaving and eliminating the values of salafiyah purity in accepting the development activities of the times. Of course, too, modernity has many advantages, but besides that there are also many possibilities that must be avoided. Progress in the field of technology must be watched out by Islamic boarding schools in general, the rapid development of technology should not then make the collapse of the pure values of Islamic teachings in salaf boarding schools just the opposite how Salaf Islamic boarding schools can use this information technology as a means to develop and promote education and teaching in Islamic boarding schools.
