This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and workplacement on the performance of employees of the Palembang VIII RiverBasin Region. The study was developed using associative design. There arefour variables used, namely leadership, motivation, work placement, andemployee performance which are overall developed into eighteen indicators.The number of samples was determined by 162 employees who were takenin cluster sampling. The main data needed were primary data withquestionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used ismultiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that 1) there is asignificant influence of leadership, motivation and work placement togetheron the performance of employees of the Sumatra Sumgai VII Regional Officein Palembang 2) There is a significant influence of leadership, motivationand work placements partially on the performance of employees of theSumgai Sumatra Regional Office VII Palembang

Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had  Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. Accounting fraud is an action due to the desire or encouragement to use the opportunity so as to manipulate accounting of financial statements, corruption or misappropriation of assets. Research aims to determine the influence of individual morality, organizational commitment and conformity of compensation on accounting fraud in the LPD of Mengwi sub-district. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method is permormed using questionnaires and questionnaires returned are 194 questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the tests, individual morality, organizational commitment and compensation conformity have negative affect on accounting fraud. Organizational commitment is one of the important issues in the world of work. The purpose is to explain the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research was conducted at Puri Saron Seminyak Hotel. Population is 109 people, in this study the method of determining the sample used using the formula slovin obtained results 52 people. Data collection is done through primary data in the form of questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using independent variables of transformational leadership, organizational justice, and job satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Hotel Puri Saron Seminyak's employees. Organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of Puri Saron Seminyak.

The research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of experience, competence, independence, and audit fees on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Office in Bali registered in IAPI (Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia) 2019. The method of determining the sample uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 48 auditors. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that experience, competence, independence and audit fees had a positive effect on audit quality. Human resources (HR) matters are important in an organization, the existence of fair and satisfying treatment in HR in the organization can create maximum performance of employees in the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The number of samples used amounted to 44 respondents using probabilty sampling method with random sampling technique. The data collection is done through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis obtained leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that if the leadership, motivation, and organization at Warung Mina Peguyangan are good, then the performance of employees at Warung Mina Peguyangan also increases.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.
