Loyalty has a very important meaning for the sustainability of the Muhammadiyah Association. Muhammadiyah member's loyalty will automatically strengthen and enlarge the existence of the organization through the various propaganda activities it developed. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of satisfaction on Muhammadiyah's loyalty members. The study was developed using an associative design involving two variables, namely member's loyalty, and member's satisfaction. Each variable was developed into 18 and 16 indicators, respectively. The population was determined by all Muhammadiyah members in South Sumatra who had  Muhammadiyah Standard Number (NBM- Nomor Baku Muhammadiyah) of 6,617 people. The number of samples was determined as much as 5% of the population of 232 members by cluster sampling. The determination of clusters was based on districts spread across South Sumatra. The main data used primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used simple regression. The results of the study showed that member's satisfaction significantly influences Muhammadiyah's loyalty members in South Sumatra.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and workplacement on the performance of employees of the Palembang VIII RiverBasin Region. The study was developed using associative design. There arefour variables used, namely leadership, motivation, work placement, andemployee performance which are overall developed into eighteen indicators.The number of samples was determined by 162 employees who were takenin cluster sampling. The main data needed were primary data withquestionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used ismultiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that 1) there is asignificant influence of leadership, motivation and work placement togetheron the performance of employees of the Sumatra Sumgai VII Regional Officein Palembang 2) There is a significant influence of leadership, motivationand work placements partially on the performance of employees of theSumgai Sumatra Regional Office VII Palembang

Income is one important factor to measure the success of micro businesses. Increased capital also allows obtaining additional income for micro businesses. Koperasi Karya Indonesia Banda Aceh is one of the cooperatives consisting of micro entrepreneurs. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) To determine the effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders. The study uses a quantitative approach which is correlation research. There are three variables developed as a basis for assessment. There are 295 cooperative members as a population taken 62 as a sample. The data needed is primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that 1) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit together to the income of small traders 2) There is an effect of giving capital and giving credit partially to the income of small traders

<p><em>This study aims to: increase a deeper understanding of the value of tattwa education in Tutur Parakriya. This data is obtained using a method, and this method must also be precise so that the data obtained can be accurate and support the research results. This type of research is qualitative because it is a text research or library research whose primary data source is Tutur Parakriya which has been transcribed into text / text form. Literature study and interviews are used as data collection methods and then descriptive qualitative data processing is performed. As far as researchers know, no one has researched about this papyrus, so it is only based on text / text transcripts. This research uses the concept foundation to describe the problems to be discussed, and as a scalpel uses the theory of meaning and hermeneutic theory.</em><em> </em><em>The results of Tutur Parakriya's research contain the value of tattwa education, that is advice or advice to teach Hindus to be able to get the perfection of birth and mind.</em></p>

This research conducted to determine the effect of service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. This research was conducted at Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam. Mechanical determination of sample using a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 116 taxpayers. The type of data used is primary data. Methods of data collection are done by questionnaire. Data using multiple regression analysis with SPSS V.20.0. These results indicate that the service tax officials, penalties for late-payments and reporting have a positive and significant effect on the taxpayer compliance non-star hotels. The limitations in the study are the lack of understanding of respondents to the statements in the questionnaire and caring attitude and seriousness in answering statements. The study also suggested that Dinas Pendapatan Kota Batam provides socialization with both the taxpayer so they better understand the tax penalties and cause sanctions fines on taxpayers.

The purpose of this re search is to analze  identify application PP No. 23 Year 2018 on Taxpayer MSMEs on Tax Service Office Pratama North Makassar.The data required in this study is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this study is the interview and documentary. Data analysis techniques used by kualitative analysis.  The results showed that the implementation of PP No. 23 Year 2018 on Taxpayer MSMEs on Tax Service Office Pratama North Makassar has been going well and is in accordance with the principles of tax collection. This study aims to determine how much profit from Yu Chia Kiosk yellow rice business in Banjer Village, Tikala District, Manado City. This research was conducted during November 2019. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with business owners. Data collection methods used in this study were direct interviews with yellow rice business owners in the form of cost, price, and quantity of yellow rice products. Data analysis used in this study was descriptive data analysis and presented in the form of tables and profit analysis. The results of the study showed that the profit gained from this business was Rp. 628,915 per day. *eprm*

The study aims to find out service quality on building permit in Soppeng Regency. Population taken out for the study is community inhabiting Soppeng Regency, and the sample is taken out accidentally. Data collection methods applied are observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique applied is descriptive quantitative analysis, and the data is presented in form of table. The findings indicate that the service quality on building permit in Soppeng Regency is 67.25% or is categorized as fairly good based on the indicators of simplicity, on-time service, open, and indiscriminative deal to the community. However, based on the efficiency and economic service quality, it is still poor. There are still many people who are not served efficiently when service hours are not scheduled at the same time as office hours during the process of proposing plan to begin construction. Besides, the rate charged to the community in arranging building permit is high enough in addition to uneconomical. Therefore, in order to improve the service quality on building permit in Soppeng Regency, the local government has to provide dependable professional staffs who are able to serve those people in proposing building permit in simple, on-time, open, indiscriminative, efficient and economical.

This study aims to determine (1) how much is the cost of peanut farming, (2) how much income is obtained from peanut farming, (3) how much is the feasibility level of peanut farming. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis used was the B / C Ratio. Primary data which is the result of interviews with respondent farmers is tabulated to determine the cost and income of peanut farmers in Buae Village, the amount of costs used by peanut farmers is divided into three, among others: (1) the cost of labor outside the family (reel issued) of Rp. 5,465,316 and family workers (calculated) of Rp. 2,900,000, (2) the cost of production facilities is Rp. 2,321,457.31 (3) fixed costs of Rp. 345,299.67 total costs incurred by farmers of Rp. 8,132,073.21 / Ha. The amount of revenue is Rp. 18,071,018.06 / Ha. The amount of income received is Rp. 9,938,944.85 / Ha based on the calculation of B / C ratio shows 1.22 indicating that peanut farming in Buae Village is feasible to be developed where each expenditure is Rp. 1 can give you a profit of Rp. 1.22.

This study will analyze the implementation of amal saleh at the pesantren alUrwatul Wutsqo, Bulurejo, Diwek, Jombang. The approach in this study is aqualitative case study. The data collection methods were observation, interviewand documentation. To check the validity of the data I will use extension study,perseverance observation and triangulation. The analysis comes up with someconclusions that: 1). Amal saleh planning: determining what should be done,division of tasks, the determination of a group of amal saleh, preparation ofreports 2). The purpose of amal saleh is to enhance dhikr, sincerity, constancy,discipline, and ridlo. 3). Evaluation of charitable activities: Evaluation focused onthe two things: physically: regular report, deposit book activities, monitoring andsupervision. Moderate mental evaluation: tajribah method (testing). Pupils arecontinuously tested for his sincerity. 4).
