 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation in mediating the effect self esteem and self efficacy on employee performance at CV. Alam Tanpaka, Denpasar Bali. The study was conducted in 2018, with data collection techniques through interviews and questionnaires. The number of respondents is 52 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS Version 23 application for Windows and Sobel test. The results showed that self esteem, self efficacy had no effect on work motivation, self esteem had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation had a significant role in mediating self esteem influencing employee performance, self efficacy had no effect on employee performance, work motivation had not significant role in mediating self efficacy influences employee performance, work motivation does not affect employee performance on CV. Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Luas Lahan, Luas Bangunan dan Tata Letak Tanah terhadap Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kabupaten Minahasa pada tahun 2015 sampai tahun 2017. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 25 kecamatan yang berada di Kabupaten Minahasa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik library research dan teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik untuk mengolah data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel  dependent secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB) dengan hasil Fhitung  > Ftabel (18,594 > 2,736) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (0,0%) < 5%. Secara parsial hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Tata letak tanah secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai Thitung < Ttabel (1,802<1,994) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,076>0,05. Dengan hasil Ajusted R2 sebesar 0,416 artinya variabel independent pada penelitian ini menjelaskan variabel dependent sebesar 41,6% sedangkan sisanya 58,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of land area, building area and land layout on land and building tax revenues in Minahasa district from 2015 to 2017. The population of this study were 25 sub-districts in Minahasa district. The data collection method uses library research techniques and documentation techniques, and the technique for processing data uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the dependent variable simultaneously influences land and building tax (PBB) revenues with the results of Fcount> Ftable (18.594> 2.736) with a significance value of 0.000 (0.0%) <5%. Partially the results of this study show that partially the land layout has no significant effect with the value of tcount <ttable (1.802 <1.994) with a significance level of 0.076> 0.05. With the results of Ajusted R2 of 0.416, it means that the independent variable in this study explains the dependent variable of 41.6% while the remaining 58.4% is explained by other variables outside of this study.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, pelatihan, dan lingkungan kerja pada kualitas kinerja pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berpenaruh terhadap kualitas kinerja pegawai, sedangkan kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh.Kata Kunci: pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kinerja pegawaiAbstractThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, motivation, training, and work environment on the quality of employee performance. This research was conducted by considering the inconsistency of research results regarding the influence of independence, professionalism and accounting information systems on the performance of the Supervisory Body as the internal controller of the LPD by moderating the organizational culture of Tri Hita Karana. The sample in this study amounted to 35 LPDs in Denpasar City. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that independence has a positive effect on the performance of LPD supervisors, professionalism and SIA have no effect on supervisor performance, the Tri Hita Karana culture is able to moderate and strengthen the influence of independence. on LPD staffing performance, and tri-black culture because it has not been able to moderate the influence of professionalism and BSM on the performance of LPD supervisors in Denpasar City. The research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of experience, competence, independence, and audit fees on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accountant Office in Bali registered in IAPI (Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia) 2019. The method of determining the sample uses non-probability sampling techniques. The number of samples in this study were 48 auditors. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that experience, competence, independence and audit fees had a positive effect on audit quality. This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

The purpose of this study is to find out the work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees in the financial management and gresik district asset management agencies. The sample uses probability sampling technique as many as 72 respondents propotionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work motivation and work environment are proven to have a significant partial effect on employee performance in financial management and gresik district assets. Simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment also proved to have a significant effect on performance

This study aims to see the work ethic and work environment variables on the performance of the employees of PT Berlian Indah Nusantara Abadi Surabaya, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this method is quantitative and the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires given to 57 employees, consisting of men mean 30 people while 27 women. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis processed using the SPSS version 21.00 program. From the research results, work ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a negative and significant effect on the work environment.

The aim of this research was to determine and analyze the influence of the Work Environment, Compensation, and Work Motivation on the performance of the employees of PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. The hypotheses of this research are 1) Work environment has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 2) Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga, 3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Braling Wisnu Satriya Purbalingga. To test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, and based on the results of the analysis, the t₁ value was 2.653, t₂ was 4.682, t was 2.627 and each t was greater than t table (1.672), which means that Ho rejected or Ha accepted, so based on the t test, the first, second, and third hypotheses are accepted.  Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Motivation, Employee Performance

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner.” Dari 4000 karyawan diambil sampel sebanyak 364 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Kemudian dibaca output yang dihasilkan seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji regresi linier berganda mendapatkanhasil RSquare sebesar 43,6%. Sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa 43,6% variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan sisanya 56,4% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Kabupaten Semarang melalui uji simultan maupun uji parsial. ABSTRACT “The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang. “In this study using quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in this study were 364 respondents. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 22. Then look at the resulting output how much influence the work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance in hypothesis testing. From regression analysis tes, explained that 43,6% variabel of work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction. Meanhile 56,4% influenced by other variables. From the results of this study it is concludedthat work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction through partial test and simultaneous test have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sahabat Unggul Internasional Semarang.
