The research has proposed the model of integrated farming production towards zero - emissions based on the foundation of rice farming cultivation. The model of application of ecological solutions, the turnaround, and self-contained energy flow solutions with taking advantage of the existing ecological and environmental conditions of the locality help to maintain livelihoods for the people. Model of a typical application for the household cluster in Dinh Thanh, Thoai Son, An Giang province. The result shows that a straw volume used for the planting of straw mushrooms brings new sources of income to increase the 7.000.000 VND mushroom crop in 40 days, in addition, the rotting medium for growing straw mushrooms, which can be used the flowers to bring effectively revenues in the idle time. At the same time, 2m3/day of livestock and wastewater is processed and reused for agriculture, 39.065,31 tons/year collected in the form of biological gases serving cooking and the amount of straw 6-7 tons of straw/ha is reused by producing Biochar for agriculture, improve the land, improve the efficiency of fertilizer use for households to ensure the requirements of environmental protection, reduce the dependence of existing livelihoods on external factors such as prices, food, human,…. After using Biochar combined with manure for rice fields, helping people reduce 50% of the cost of using chemical fertilizers/ha, equivalent to 5,000,000 VND/ha. This can be seen as the best-integrated model for households whóe the main inheritance is rice cultivation combining livestock, the ability to apply long-term and can easily develop on a wide area, as well as increasing the likelihood of linking for many households to create mutual support in the case of a residential cluster with other livelihood activities besides rice cultivation.

The study has proposed an integrated zero-emission farming model based on livestock production. The model applies ecological solutions, revolving solutions, and closures of energy flows along with utilizing the local environmental conditions available to help maintain livelihoods for the people. Typical models for Mr. Nguyen Van Hai households in Trung An hamlet, Le Tri commune, Tri Ton district, An Giang province. The results show that 3.18 m3/day of livestock and domestic waste water is treated and reused for agriculture, 39,065.31 tons of CO2tđ/year is collected in the form of biogas for cooking, models help to maintain existing livelihoods, creating a number of new livelihoods to increase income of VND 64,400,000/year, ensuring environmental protection requirements, reducing existing livelihood dependence on external actors such as price, food, human resources, etc. This can be considered as the best model for cow farmers; can overcome the disadvantages of previous local livelihood models; Both in terms of long-term applicability, as well as the development of a large number of households, there is an increase in the ability to connect among households in order to create mutual support in the case of a residential area with the same main livelihood as livestock cow.

Background: Schizophrenia is a disabling mental disorder with high prevalence and that usually  requires long-term follow-up and expensive lifelong treatment. The cost of schizophrenia treatment consumes a significant amount of the health services' budget in western countries. Objective: The aim of the study was to find out about the costs related to schizophrenia across different european countries and compare them. Results: Schizophrenia treatment costs an estimated 18 billion euros annually worldwide. The direct costs associated with medical help are only part of the total expenditure. The indirect costs are an equally (or even more)important part of the total cost. These expenses are related to the lack of productivity of schizophrenic patients and the cost that relatives have to bear as a result of taking care of their affected relatives. Conclusions: Although data on the cost of schizophrenia may vary slightly between different european countries, the general conclusion that can be drawn is that schizophrenia is a very costly disorder. Not only because of direct costs related to medical procedures, but also due to the non-medical (indirect) costs. Together this suggests the need to investigate cost-efficient strategies that could provide a better outcome for schizophrenic patients, as well as the people who care for them.

The overload of activities of the people causes the lack of time for the care of the pets, which causes that they do not receive their food in adequate schedules, or the opposite case of only leaving a food tower without measuring proportions. This causes serious problems in the health of pets in the long term, either malnutrition or obesity. The objective of the project is to feed the pets adequately at set times, avoiding health problems due to a bad diet in the pet due to lack of time, likewise avoiding the waste of food by giving specific portions according to the intake Automatic decision by weight and race size. This project will be carried out with recycled materials, reducing the cost of processing. A base that will hold an aluminum blade, this will be responsible for turning allowing or obstructing the passage of food. In the upper part there is a container with lid to store the food. With the help of an application created for cell phones where you enter the weight of your pet and the size of its breed, the amount of food that corresponds to it is calculated, this calculation is based on a food table. In this application you can also set different schedules for the three daily meals.

Uttarakhand is a newly incepted state, geographically and culturally distinct from the plains and is the prime destination of tourists not only from India but also from different parts of the globe. Railways in Uttarakhand will certainly play a crucial role in the development of the state. Ministry of Railways of India has launched and initiated a project to connect the Char dhams of the state which will surely prove a landmark in the developmental feat of the state but development and modernization at the cost of disturbing the ecosystem in general and agricultural ecosystem in particular will create an imbalance in the livelihood of the people who by and large depend on agriculture economy. The present study was carried out in an agriculturally rich medium sized village of Uttarakhand. The survey reveal that climatic and geographical conditions of the village are suitable for the cultivation of large number of vegetables, fruits, cereals, millets, pulses and fodder plants supporting the livelihood of the natives. Land acquisition would have a negative impact on the socio-economic condition of the farmers as well as on the traditional crop diversity of the area as the railway project covers most of the fertile land. Thus, for reducing the havoc in the lives of the villagers government should provide land as an exchange as most of the population is agriculture dependent and at the same time degradation should be viewed with long-term vision

Besides the domestic consumption of natural rubber into rubber goods is still very small, Indonesia is also still dependent on the export of these commodities abroad. The new natural rubber producing countries which are quite troubling the world natural rubber market including Indonesia are also China, Vietnam and Cambodia. One of the main weaknesses of Indonesian farmers' natural rubber is dirty. This is a cause of low prices. The cost of cleaning the rubber is too high. Therefore it is indeed necessary to have a way to diversify rubber products or increase the consumption of natural rubber in the country is very important. In order for many people to produce rubber goods, this means that many people know that cleaning rubber is necessary and does not need to be polluted. In Palembang itself, there was PT. Sri Bina Havea and Intirub Tire Factory, but both are gone. Thus, the way to produce rubber goods of natural rubber needs to be socialized to the Indonesian people, especially in South Sumatetra. This certainly greatly influences the development of the local economy given that South Sumatetra is the largest producer of natural rubber in Indonesia and this result is mostly produced by farmers rather than large companies. For this reason, this service aims to provide information about the technology of processing natural rubber into rubber goods to the public. This service was carried out on the people of Suban Jeriji village, Rambang Dangku Sub-District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this activity is a lecture and interactive discussion about the manufacture of natural rubber finished goods with the help of LCD and accompanied by providing samples of finished goods products from semi-finished natural rubber. The target to be achieved in this activity is the formation of insights into thinking that natural rubber goods are a way to overcome the ever-uncertain prices of natural rubber on the market. The long-term target of this activity is perhaps one day there are students or students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs of natural rubber goods.

SummaryBackground: Compression stockings are widely used in patients with varicose veins. Methods: Based on published literature three main points are discussed: 1. the rationale of compression therapy in primary varicose veins, 2. the prescription of compression stockings in daily practice, 3. studies required in the future. Results: The main objective of prescribing compression stockings for patients with varicose veins is to improve subjective leg complaints and to prevent swelling after sitting and standing. No convincing data are available concerning prevention of progression or of complications. In daily practice varicose veins are the most common indication to prescribe compression stockings. The compliance depends on the severity of the disorder and is rather poor in less severe stages. Long-term studies are needed to proof the cost-effectiveness of compression stockings concerning subjective symptoms and objective signs of varicose veins adjusted to their clinical severity. Conclusion: Compression stockings in primary varicose veins are able to improve leg complaints and to prevent swelling.
