This study aimed to examine the effect of tax planning and mechanisms of good corporate governance (GCG) to corporate value and to test the effect of transparency of information on the influence of tax planning and mechanisms of good corporate governance (GCG) with the value of the company. The population in this study manufacturing consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange in 2012-2015. The sampling method using purposivesampling with a final total sample of 68 companies. The analysis technique used is Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The analysis showed that the independent variables are tax planning, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit quality have no effect on firm value. While the composition of the independent board positive effect on firm value. Tax planning and mechanisms of good corporate governance (GCG) jointly affect the value of the company, as well as the transparency of information can weaken the influence between tax planning and mechanisms of good corporate governance (GCG) to corporate value.

Purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of leverage and good corporate governance on firm value using dividend policy as an intervening variable. The sample of this research is BUMN listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the 2014-2018 financial statement period. From the results of the study found that there is no direct effect of leverage on dividend policy. There is a significant direct effect on leverage on firm value. Good corporate governance directly has no significant effect on corporate value. Dividend policy directly does not have a significant effect on firm value. Leverage through dividend policy has no significant effect on firm value. Good corporate governance through dividend policy has a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract: The purpose of purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), profitability, and leverage on firm value in mining companies. This study used secondary data from financial reports, annual reports, and other related information of mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchage (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period. The research method used is the explanatory method. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2014-2018 period, which were 41 companies with total sample 30 companies that matches the criteria. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of director has a positive and significant effect on the firm value, meanwhile profitability variable measured by Return On Asset (ROA), leverage variable measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable measured by board of commissioner independent not significantly impact on the firm value in mining companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR disclosure) on firm value. The object of this research is a state-owned company (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period. The sample selection method used in this research is purposive sampling method and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which includes classical assumption tests and hypothesis testing. The total sample in the study was 20 companies. The data processing in this study used the Eviews version 10. The results showed that the simultaneous effect of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value. In addition, this study proves that partially institutional ownership has an effect on firm value, while CSR disclosure has no effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of environmental performance (PROPER rating), GCG mechanism, and foreign ownership on company value. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 with a total of 34 companies, environmental performance seen from the PROPER rating achieved by the company, Tobin’s Q to measure corporate value and proxy for GCG obtained using factor analysis. The data analysis technique of this study uses multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that environmental performance and foreign ownership had a positive effect on firm value. This indicates that the higher the percentage of foreign ownership and PROPER ratings obtained by manufacturing companies, the higher the value of the company. The mechanism of Good Corporate Governance is stated to have no effect on the value of the company. Keywords : Environmental Performance; Company Value; Good Corporate Governanc; Foreign Ownership.

This research investigate the effect of Earning Manajement and Tax Planning on Corporate Value in Consumer Good companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The type of this research is associative. The population in this study were all consumer good companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018, and the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, with 16 sample from 57 consumer good companies. Multiple reggression was used to analysis the data. The result shows that earning management have a negative effect on corporate value. Tax planning have a negative effect on corporate value. Good Corporate Governance cannot moderate the relationship between earning management and tax planning to corporate value.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the Good Corporate Governance on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure with Profitability and Leverage as control variables. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression linear analysis. This research use causality method. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2017. The data chosen using random sampling method. Total sample in this research as many as 60 companies. The results showed that: (1) Institutional Ownership has no significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. (2) Foreign Ownership has significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. (3) Competence of Independent Commissioners Board has no significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. (4) Competence of Audit Committe has no significant effect on the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Good Corporate Governance and tax planning on corporate value. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id and the company's website. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 22 software. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013-2017. While the sample of this study was determined by purposive sampling method to obtain a total of 105 data that could be processed.Based on the results of good corporate governance regression analysis which is represented by institusional ownership proxy has a significant effect on firm value and tax planning has a significant effect on firm value.

<p><em>Corporate governance is an issue related to the practice of tax avoidance and audit delay and will impact on the value of firm. Application of corporate governance expected to mitigate the asymmetry of information and increase the confidence of shareholders. This study aimed to examine the relationship of corporate governance and tax evoidance practices and their effect on audit delay and firm value. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling and as many as 130 observations, after deducting the data outliers, the final sample of 125 observations 2010-2014 of corporate banking listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS version 17. </em></p><em>The results show that the first model: reputation, of KAP, audit quality, and audit committee has no effect on tax avoidance, while independent  commissioner negative effect on tax avoidance; The second model suggests that tax avoidance and independent commissioner has no effect on audit delay, while the audit committee negatively affect audit delay; The third model shows that tax avoidance (negative) and the audit committee (positive) effect on the value of firm, while the independent commissioner has not affect on value of firm.</em>

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine the effect of profitability and good corporate governance toward tax avoidance. Good corporate governance was proxied by institutional ownership, an independent board of commissioners, an audit committee, and audit quality toward tax avoidance. The population in this study were mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period with amount 47 companies. Samples were selected using the purposive sampling method. The total sample used in this study are 9 mining companies with a study period of 5 years, so that the samples obtained were 45 samples. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability have a significant effect toward tax avoidance, while the institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, and audit quality are unable to establish the influence toward tax avoidance.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, debt, and audit quality on the performance of company shares included in LQ 45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample is LQ 45 companies that issued financial statements as much as 120 companies with analysis technique used is multiple regression with one dependent variable and five independent variables. The results showed that foreign ownership, debt and audit quality have significant and positive effects on company performance. Moreover, the insider share ownership and the composition of independent commissioners were proven to not significantly affect company performance. This finding is practically useful to expand the possibility of foreign ownership, facilitate regulation of debt and quality audit obligations to improve stock performance. This study offers a new perspective on the implementation of good corporate governance in the context of the performance of liquid stocks on the stock exchange.
