Abstract: the construction method of continuous paving of the upper and lower base of the water stable macadam base can improve the construction efficiency, overcome the quality problems of the traditional layered paving of the upper and lower base, such as untimely curing, slow construction, poor interlayer bonding, contraction joint and interlayer, so as to ensure the construction quality of the water stable macadam. In the process of reconstruction and extension of highways, the most important thing is to ensure that the overall level of the widening of interchanges is comprehensively improved to ensure safe traffic. However, due to the heavy and difficult tasks in the widening of interchanges, higher requirements are put forward for the construction quality of the project. In the actual construction of the project, it is necessary to actively analyze and explain the specific construction of the interchange widening project to ensure that the improvement level of the interchange widening in highway reconstruction and extension project is effectively upgraded. Construction quality is one of the main reasons which lead to the failure of cement deep mixing pile. In order to ensure the construction quality of cement deep mixing pile and control its construction process, the influence of four construction parameters such as slurry conveying capacity, drilling and hoisting speed, agitation shaft rotation speed and remixing times on pile quality are analyzed. At last key reasons to ensure the construction quality of cement deep mixing pile are pointed out. Pile quality and construction efficiency should be considered when construction parameters being optimized. The research results provide reference for construction of cement deep mixing piles in the future.

The anti-seepage technology plays a significant role in affecting the construction quality of water conservancy projects. Under the current strong supervision of water conservancy projects, relevant personnel should pay more attention to the application of anti-seepage technology. From the perspective of actual engineering practice, this paper analyzed the importance of anti-seepage technology, sorted out the causes of leakage, and specifically explored the implementation points of anti-seepage technology in water conservancy project construction.

With the promotion of social economy and science and technology, the number of water conservancy projects has been greatly improved. At present, water conservancy projects of different sizes, large and small, are being carried on continuously. With the vigorous development of water conservancy project, higher requirements are put forward for water conservancy project construction. Sluices plays an extremely important role in water conservancy project, sluice is built on the river to control the flow of important facilities, water conservancy construction of downstream river drainage, water supply, flood control has an important role in flood season, therefore, guaranteeing the quality of lock of water conservancy project on the surrounding residents’ life safety and property safety is of great significance. This paper expounds the significance of sluice reinforcement in water conservancy projects, analyzes on the technical points of sluice reinforcement, and further discusses them with practical examples for reference.
