This study aims to determine how much influence the Accrual Based Accounting, Internal Control Systems and Financial Statement Quality on the Accountability of Government Institution Performance, at the Central Bengkulu District Inspectorate.Based on the results and hypothesis testing that has been described, accrual-based accounting has a significant effect with the value of 0.714 on the accountability of government performance in the Central Bengkulu District Inspectorate. This shows that in the first hypothesis Accrual Based Accounting the hypothesis is accepted. The internal control system has a significant effect with a value of 0.801 on the accountability of government performance in the Central Bengkulu District Inspectorate. This shows that in the second hypothesis, the internal control system is accepted. The quality of financial statements has a significant effect with a value of 0.774 on the accountability of government performance in the Central Bengkulu Inspectorate, this shows in the third hypothesis The quality of the financial statements is accepted. So that it can be concluded that Accrual Based Accounting, Internal Control System and Quality of Financial Statements have a significant effect on the accountability of the performance of government agencies in the Central Bengkulu Inspectorate, with a value of 82% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the X variable in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the competencies of the apparatus and internal control systems on the quality of financial statement information and good governance. The study was conducted at the Makassar City Government. The population in this study was 44 Indonesian: Regional Working Unit (SKPD) in the Makassar City Government consisting of 687 people, and a sample of 268 respondents were obtained through the Slovin formula. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18. The results found that the overall variables studied were apparatus competence and internal control systems both directly and indirectly had a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statement information and good governance in the City Government Makassar. The dominant direct effect is the internal control system on the quality of financial statement information and good governance in the Makassar City Government. The dominant indirect effect is the internal control system through the quality of financial statement information on good governance in the Makassar City Government.

<p>This research was conducted to recognize the implementation of the implementation of government accounting standards, internal control systems, human resource competence, and information utilization of information on the quality of local government financial statements. Quantitative is used for approaches in this study. In the Financial Agency of Boyolali Regency of the election of the research for research. With the amount of 63 employees used as samples. Sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection with the spread of questionnaire. The method of data analysis used is multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study prove that the effect of the implementing government accounting standards and internal control system have an effect on the qualityof local government financial reports, otherwise competence of human resources and information technology utilization does not affect the quality of local government financial statement.</p>

This study aims to examine the influence of several factors of Internal Control Systems (control environment, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring) on the quality of local government financial statements. The population in this study are all working in SKPD Manokwari. The sample in this study is the head of department and the staff/employees of the financial part. Our sample are 45 respondents. The samples were selected by using a probability sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaire to the respondents directly concerned. The results show that all independent variables of Internal Control System has a significant effect on the quality of local government financial statements. It then can be concluded that all element factor of Internal Control System is the most effective.

This research is a causality study with the title "Effect of Government Internal Control Systems and Employee Competence on the Performance of Government Agencies in Karimun Regency." The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Government's Internal Control System on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies and to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies. Data collection using a questionnaire where the questionnaire contained questions about the Government's Internal Control System, employee competencies and agency performance. Data were tested using multiple linear regression statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the governmental internal control system has a significant positive effect on Government Agency Performance with the results of statistical tests that show a sig value of 0.016 <0.05 (alpha 5%). Employee Competency has a significant positive effect on Government Performance with the results of statistical tests showing a sig value of 0,000.

The problem with the low quality of financial reports in local governments is the reason this research was conducted. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports by considering the internal control system (SPI) factor. The location of this research is in the Karisidenan Surakarta area which includes 6 districts and 1 city. The population of this research is all state civil servants (ASN) in local governments who work in accounting. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the use of information technology had a positive effect on the quality of financial reporting in local governments, while the internal control system moderated the effect of the use of information technology on the quality of financial reporting in local governments.

Application of Internal Control System and Regional Financial Accounting System in management of local government financial statements is a very important thing. This financial statements of local governments must meet the following characteristics : relevant, reliable, comparable, and understandable.  The purpose this study to examine the influence of the Internal Control System,Regional Financial Accounting System on the quality of goverment financial statements. The population in this study are all working in BPKAD Bolaang Mongondow Utara.  The sample in this study is the staff / employees of the financial part of the respondents were 30 respondents. The samples were selected by using a purposive samplingmethod. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents directly concerned. Technical analysis of the data used is multiple regression with SPSS 22. The result showed that : the Internal Control System has a significant effect on the quality of government financial statements and the Regional Financial Accounting System has a positive significant effect on the quality of goverment financial statements.Keywords : Internal Control system, Regional finsncisl accaounting system, quality of goverment financial statements.

The corruption has emerged as the main topic of discussion in many countries and fraud prevention becomes important as well. The 2018 Annual Report of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed that in general the KPK's enforcement action over the past 10 years showed a significant increase. This was also confirmed by President Jokowi that one of the big problems of Indonesia is related to Corruption This study is aimed to discover fraud prevention from the perspective of financial statements through the internal control system effectiveness and good corporate governance implementation.This study uses an explanatory research approach to analyze how one variable affects other variables through hypothesis testing. The data was collected using a questionnaire which distributed and filled by all regional authorities in Bandung Regency and then analyzed through path analysis using SPSS data processing tools. The results indicate that the effectiveness of internal control systems along with the good corporate governance implementation and the quality of financial statements have a positive effect on fraud prevention and partially the effectiveness variable of the internal control system has no significant effect, while the other two variables have a significant effect.

This study aims to examine the effect of human resource competence, government internal control system and the use of information technology on the quality of financial statements of Central Bureau of Statistics in the Maluku Region.The population in this study are employees who handle accounting / financial reports on all accounting entities within the Central Bureau of Statistics in the Maluku Region.The research sample is the financial statements stylist includes PPK , PPSPM, financial staff, equipment, program development (planning) or administration as well as employees in the technical field who make financial reports. The data analyzed are primary data obtained through questionnaires. Total questionnaires distributed amounted to 57 and processed as many as 50 questionnaires (87.72%). The analytical method used is the multiple regression analysis method.Hypothesis testing results indicate that the competence of human resources and government internal control systems has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial statements while the use of information technology has no effect on the quality of financial statements.

This study aims to examine the Influence of Regional Financial Accounting Systems, Competence of the Government Aaparatur, and Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports with Internal Control Systems as moderating variables. The data used in this study is primary data. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The questionnaire was distributed to 64 Serang City Government Organization employees involved in the process of preparing financial statements. The data analysis method used in this study is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the influence of the Regional Financial Accounting System has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Regional Government's Financial Statements, Competency of Government Officials does not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the Regional Government's Financial Statements, and the Utilization of Information Technology has no positive and significant effect on the quality of the Government's Financial Statements. Area. The results of this study also indicate that the Internal Control System moderates the relationship between the Effects of the Regional Financial Accounting System, while the Internal Control System is not able to moderate the Effect of Competency of Government Apparatuses, and the Utilization of Information Technology on the Quality of Regional Government Financial Statements.

In a government organization requires the existence of an internal control system because with the existence of  an internal control system, activities carried out by government agencies are more directed and avoid fraud and safe guard the company’s assets from irresponsible parties. The object in this study is the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system on the performance of government agencies in the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Results of research internal control systems applied Government Institution in Regional tax and Retribution Management Agency of South Minahasa Regency are less effective. The achievement of Revenues and realization of Regions in 2016 is less effective because the regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency was only formed in early 2016.Keywords: Effectiveness, Internal Control
