This research is a causality study with the title "Effect of Government Internal Control Systems and Employee Competence on the Performance of Government Agencies in Karimun Regency." The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of the Government's Internal Control System on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies and to determine the effect of employee competence on the performance of Karimun Regency government agencies. Data collection using a questionnaire where the questionnaire contained questions about the Government's Internal Control System, employee competencies and agency performance. Data were tested using multiple linear regression statistical tests. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the governmental internal control system has a significant positive effect on Government Agency Performance with the results of statistical tests that show a sig value of 0.016 <0.05 (alpha 5%). Employee Competency has a significant positive effect on Government Performance with the results of statistical tests showing a sig value of 0,000.

Internal control systems are needed for every government agency from planning, supervision, to accountability, must be carried out in an orderly, controlled, efficient and effective. So that the performance of government agencies is directed and reaches the goal. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of the internal control system on the performance and retribution parking income at the Manado city transportation office is adequate or inadequate. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be seen that the internal control system on the performance and retribution  parking income at Transportation department of at Manado city has been "adequate and effective" because the procedure for retribution parking income have elements of internal control, namely the proper delegation of authority and responsibility. the separation of functions, recording carried out accurately and on time, the documents used contain clear and reliable information and are carried out continuously. The target achievement of the 2016-2017  is effective and the performance had been in accordance with government regulation number 60 of 2008 concerning the government's internal control system.Keywords: Government Internal Control System, Performance, Income Parking Retribution

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity and morality of individuals on accounting fraud with internal control systems as a mediating variable. The population in this study are 37 Regional Organizations in Badung. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling with 74 respondents. The results showed that individual integrity and morality had a negative effect on accounting fraud, integrity and morality of individuals had a positive effect on the internal control system and the internal control system had a negative effect on accounting fraud. Internal control system partially mediates the negative effect of Integrity on accounting fraud. Internal control system does not mediate the negative effect of Individual Morality on Accounting Fraud. The results are expected to be able to provide insight for relevant parties to pay more attention to internal control systems because they can influence mediating integrity against accounting fraud. In a government organization requires the existence of an internal control system because with the existence of  an internal control system, activities carried out by government agencies are more directed and avoid fraud and safe guard the company’s assets from irresponsible parties. The object in this study is the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the internal control system on the performance of government agencies in the Regional Revenue Service of South Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Results of research internal control systems applied Government Institution in Regional tax and Retribution Management Agency of South Minahasa Regency are less effective. The achievement of Revenues and realization of Regions in 2016 is less effective because the regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency was only formed in early 2016.Keywords: Effectiveness, Internal Control

This research was carried out because of the phenomenon of the large potential of zakat in Indonesia and the large number of zakat funds that were corrupted due to unaccountable financial reporting. Many payers of zakat (muzakki) still do not believe in National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), so zakat payments are often not made through the official of BAZNAS. This research was carried out through a survey which was designed to examine the accountability of financial reporting at the amil zakat and amil zakat institutions in Jakarta and Banten, related to internal control competencies and financial reporting accountability. The expected results of this study are an increase in the accountability of financial reporting by conducting sharia accounting training for staff in amil zakat and amil zakat institutions in Jakarta and Banten. The goal of this study is to contribute scientifically to the science of sharia accounting, specifically accounting for zakat, and to assist accounting departments in preparing financial statements. The results of this study state that compliance with the application of zakat accounting with Financial Accounting Standards Guidelines (PSAK 109) had no significant effect on financial reporting accountability, while the role of the internal control system had a significant positive effect on financial reporting accountability.

This study aims to test the influence of the implementation of the system of internal control of government and compliance with laws and regulations on the performance accountability of government agencies. The data is using the primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to the head of the Regional Device Organization in the office of government agencies of Bengkulu City. The result of hypothesis testing shows that the application of the government's internal control system and the obedience to the regulation have a positive effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. From the results of this study, shows that the performance accountability of government agencies are required to improve the implementation of government internal control system and compliance with laws and regulations that will improve the accountability of performance control system of government agencies of Bengkulu City.

This study is an empirical study that aims to analyze the factors that affect the quality of local government financial reports. The type of data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of the Bireuen Regency Government, the subject in this study is the LKPD Preparation Team Kab. Bireuen as many as 24 people, Budget Users and Financial Administration Officers as many as 104 people, and Auditors from Bireuen Regency as many as 22 people. The analytical model used in this study is the Partial Least Squard (PLS) analysis using Warppls 7.0. The results showed that the variable Quality of Human Resources had a positive and significant effect on the quality of local government financial reports, Utilization of Information Technology had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Regional Financial Accounting Systems had a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, Internal Control Systems has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is able to strengthen the influence of the Quality of Human Resources on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports, the Internal Control System is not able to strengthen the the influence of the regional financial accounting system on the Quality of Local Government Financial Reports.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Internal Control System (SPI) on the reliability of financial statements, with fixed assets administration as the intervening variable, in the Government of Bondowoso Regency. Data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results shows that Internal Control System has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements and fixed assets administration, fixed assets administration has a significant positive effect on the reliability of financial statements, and the fixed assets administration has a significant role in mediating the effect of Internal Control System on the reliability of financial statements. Local government financial statement made to provide information about financial position and all transactions conducted by local government. A qualified local government financial statement must have relevant, reliable, comparable and understandable characteristics. There are several factors that may affect the quality of local government financial statements, that is, internal control system and financial accounting system of local government. This research was aimed to determine the effect of internal control system and financial accounting system of local government to the quality of financial statements at the local government of Manado City. Respondents of this research were 40 financial management personnel from 10 Manado City SKPD from 168 population of financial management personnel of Manado City SKPD. This research used a quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaires. The variables in this research is the internal control system and financial accounting system of local government as the independent variables and the quality of local government financial statement as the dependent variable. The data collected were processed using SPSS version 23.0. The statistical methods used to test the hypotheses is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis shown that the internal control system has a significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statement  while the implementation of financial accounting system of local government has no significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statements and internal control system and financial accounting system of local government has a significant positive effect on the quality of Manado City local government financial statement.Keywords : Internal control system, financial accounting system of local government, financial accounting system of local government

This research was motivated by a phenomenon in the district of Buleleng related to the number of LPD with conditions that are less healthy to jammed has increased. In addition, the number of LPD that are stuck in Buleleng regency is the highest in Bali. The purpose of this study is to determine the implications of the internal control system and credit policy on the credit settlement strategy, the settlement of bad loans is settled by the principle of “Pang Pada Payu”. The number of samples in this study were 60 LPD selected based on the stratified random sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study was a structural equation model (seminal structural modeling) based on variance or component based sem with smartpls 3.0 analysis tools. Based on the results of testing the internal control system has a significant positive effect on the strategy of settlement bad loans “Pang Pade Payu” Bad Loans Strategy in LPD in Buleleng Regency. Both credit policies have a significant positive effect on the strategy of settlement bad loans “Pang Pade Payu” Bad Loans Strategy in Village Credit Institutions in Buleleng Regency.

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of village apparatus competence, individual morality, internal control system, and whistleblowing system on the prevention of village fund fraud. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to village officials in Sumowono District, Central Java, Indonesia with 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems simultaneously have a significant effect on the prevention of village fund fraud. Partially, the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems have a positive effect on the prevention of village fund fraud.
