Para las Universidades Tecnológicas al tener un modelo Educativo Basado en Competencias (Saber Ser, Saber Hacer, Saber), es prioritario establecer los criterios de evaluación que demuestren que el estudiante ha adquirido las capacidades planteadas en el objetivo de cada asignatura, determinado en los planes de estudio del perfil profesional de egreso. Por lo tanto, el docente tiene que implementar estrategias de evaluación en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje para llevar a cabo una valoración y retroalimentación objetiva en donde se clarifique cuáles son los parámetros a cubrir para desarrollar la competencia profesional esperada por el sector empresarial. La evaluación del Saber Ser es una valoración de manera cualitativa, por ello, es importante que al alumno se le oriente hacia las habilidades personales, las características afectivas y psicológicas a desarrollar al momento de trabajar en equipo, enfocándolo en obtener los resultados planteados. To the Technological Universities having a Educational model base on competitions (to know how to be, to know how to do, to know how to know), it’s a priority to establishing the evaluation criteria that shows that the student has acquired the skills in every subject, according to the student profile. Therefore the teacher has to implement evaluation strategies during the process of teaching process that has an objective evaluation and feedback in where the parameters are clear to develop a professional competition for the business sector. The evaluation for “To know how to be” is a qualitative assessment, therefore, it’s important that the student is guided towards personal skills, the psychological characteristics to develop while working in teams, focusing on obtaining results.

: The NOx gasses (NO and NO2) are among the most important air pollutants, due to the toxicity of NO2, as well as the role of NOx in the tropospheric oxidation of Volatile Organic Carbons (VOCs), contributing to the formation of other hazardous air pollutants. Air pollution is one of the biggest health threats world-wide, hence reducing NOx levels is an important objective of the UN sustainable development goals, e.g. #3, “Good health and well-being” and #11 “Sustainable cities and communities”. Photocatalysis using TiO2 and light is a promising technique for removing NOx along with other pollutants, as demonstrated on laboratory scale. Furthermore, a long range of real-life test studies of varying scales have been conducted during the past two decades. The results of these studies have been conflicting, with some studies reporting no effect on the ambient air quality and others reporting significant reductions of NOx level. However, the studies are very difficult to compare and assess due to the very different approaches used, which consequently vary in quality. In this review, we aim to develop a set of objective evaluation criteria to assess the quality of the individual studies in order to simplify the interpretation and comparison of the existing studies. Moreover, we propose some guidelines for future test-studies. Furthermore, the approaches and main conclusions from 23 studies are independently assessed and discussed herein.

AbstractThe purpose of this research is (1) want to know how to implement door to door learning done by teachers, (2) want to know the development of children learning psychology at TKIT Raudlotul Mu'minin. The study uses a field research approach and is qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the development of child psychology was very influential in the learning activities, because the children had different psychological characteristics and developments. In order to teach learning activities can run well, the strategy of learning with the system from home to home is expected to make children in terms of education is still well served in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic conditions and useful to help the development of children learning psychology.Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) ingin mengetahui bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran door to door yang dilakukan oleh guru, (2) ingin mengetahui perkembangan psikologi belajar anak di TKIT Raudlotul Mu’minin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan dan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan psikologi anak sangat berpengaruh pada kegiatan belajarnya, sebab anak memiliki karakteristik dan perkembangan psikologis yang berbeda-beda. Agar kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan baik, maka strategi belajar dengan sistem dari rumah ke rumah diharapkan membuat anak-anak dalam hal pendidikan tetap terlayani dengan baik di tengah kondisi pandemi Covid-19 dan berguna untuk membantu perkembangan psikologi belajar anak.

In this paper, a novel image fusion algorithm based on framelet transform is presented. The core idea is to decompose all the images to be fused into low and high-frequency bands using framelet transform. For fusion, two different selection strategies are developed and used for low and high-frequency bands. The first strategy is adaptive weighted average based on local energy and is applied to fuse the low-frequency bands. In order to fuse high-frequency bands, a new strategy is developed based on texture while exploiting the human visual system characteristics, which can preserve more details in source images and further improve the quality of fused image. Experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and better performance than existing image fusion methods both in visual inspection and objective evaluation criteria.

Noise in residential buildings should be assessed not only in terms of impact on health, safety and performance of inhabitants, but also for the “value” of the building (apartment) in a certain environment. Building energetic certification implementation is one of the first compulsory legislative evaluation criteria. This paper wants to draw the attention to the need for vibro-accoustic building (apartment) certification. Presented tabular evaluation is an objective evaluation. The reason for that are the tendencies related to noise in environment: increased number and levels of noise sources in buildings’ exterior and interior, increasing demands for sound insulation of building structures and growing number of “noise” complaints.

A personage as a part of literary, visual and audiovisual works is one of intellectual property objects, and thus is the subject to legal protection. The task of forensic expert is an empirical determination of the level of personage independence on the objective evaluation criteria. Therefore, the objective and task of the article is to provide a generalized outline of the main analytical practices and scientific-methodic concepts of North American forensic specialists which are used in the process of case materials evaluation concerning personages as objects of copyright. In the United States, the key legal provision governing the protection of the author rights (the copyright holder) on personage is that such personage is protected to the extent which is defined by the so-called "source identifier" certifying the presence of associative relation of a personage under research with concrete works or commercial objects. The contemporary research also takes into account the "secondary meaning" -factor in the process ofpersonages evaluation, which is based on their value in relation to the source of origin. Forensic experts of the United States also use two main research "tests" to determine whether a personage is a subject to legal protection. The first of them, the so-called "The Character Delineation Test" which is based on the assumption that personages underdeveloped in the artistic sense, give evidence to the lack of obvious signs of author’s creativity, hence they are deprived with attributes of creative character represented in the objective form. Another common analytical technique is so-called "The Story Being Told Test" which considers a personage as an integral part of an artistic structure of the analyzed work, without which the work, as a whole, can not exist in accordance with the rules of the traditional artistic logic.

Abstract In the field of machine vision, image edge detection is an important technology, which can make necessary preparation for the later image processing. Consequently, accurate evaluation of the edge detection effect of the processed image is a more critical technology. In this paper, the new three criteria are proposed, which is based on Canny's three criteria for edge detection. Through theoretical analysis, three quantitative basic evaluation indexes are given to the new three criteria, namely SSIM index of image reconstruction similarity, BIdx index of edge reliability and CIdx index of edge continuity. Additionally, noise evaluation criteria is also considered. Then the four basic evaluation indexes are fused to get the objective evaluation index EIdx of image edge detection.Finally, the experimental data show that the accuracy of the method is better than that of the subjective evaluation system.

AbstractEnergy savings and environmental protection are the only way for the sustainable development of the automotive industry. The poor shifting performance of automobile transmission may reduce the driver's driving pleasure and make the driver feel tired. In addition, improper shifting would also increase fuel consumption. Therefore, in view of the importance of improving the shift performance of vehicle transmission, GSA testing technology was employed for the existing shift quality problems of commercial vehicles to continuously realize high shifting efficiency and low fuel consumption. Through the establishment of subjective and objective evaluation criteria of the experimentally determined shift performance of commercial vehicles, a reliable theoretical basis is provided for product optimization design and shift performance evaluation. As a result, the shift control strategy and optimization matching measures are formulated to ensure that the power, smoothness and transmission of the whole vehicle system meet the technical requirements and finally achieve a rapid and stable gearshift. Thus, this work unveils the high potential of improving the shift performance and quality of the whole vehicle and is expected to have an impact on reducing fuel consumption and emissions in the relevant automotive industry, contributing to the establishment of a more sustainable society.
