AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the role of spirituality in teacher performance seen from the organizational commitment of Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency. This research is a quantitative study that is correlational, namely research that is asking the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were all Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency with 370 teachers, while the total sample in this study was 185 teachers. To conduct data analysis in this study, then: (1) analysis techniques with descriptive statistics; (2) technical analysis of multiple regression; and (3) path analysis techniques. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been conducted, the results of this study are (1) Spirituality has a very significant role in influencing teacher performance through organizational commitment, Muhammadiyah Middle School teachers in Magelang Regency; (2) Spirituality directly affect teacher performance, although not as much as if it is through organizational commitment variables; and (3) Teachers who have high spirituality will have good performance because they have high organizational commitment. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran spiritualitas dalam kinerja guru dilihat dari komitmen organisasi pada guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat korelasional, yaitu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang yang berjumlah 370 guru, sedang jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 guru. Untuk melakukan analisis data pada penelitian ini, maka digunakan (1) teknik analisis dengan statistik deskriptif; (2) teknis analisis regresi ganda; dan (3) teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka hasil penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Spiritualitas mempunyai peran sangat signifikan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja guru melalui komitmen organisasi, guru SMP Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Magelang; (2) Spiritualitas secara langsung mempengaruhi kinerja guru meskipun tidak sebesar jika melalui variabel komitmen organisasi; dan (3) Guru yang memiliki spiritualitas yang tinggi akan memiliki kinerja yang bagus karena memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi.

The research problem lies in the following questions: What is the nature of the correlation between social communication skills and self-transcendence among middle school teachers, and does this relationship differ according to gender? Therefore, the current research aims to identify: 1-The social communication skills of middle school teachers. 2- Self-transcendence among middle school teachers. 3- The relationship between social communication skills and self- transcendence among middle school teachers 4 - The difference in the relationship between social communication skills and self-transcendence among middle school teachers according to the gender variable (male - female).For the purpose of verifying this, the scale of social communication skills prepared by Al-Samadoni and built according to the Reggio model, which includes (32) items, as well as the scale of self-transcendence prepared by Abdel Wahab, which includes (57) items, was used. The two scales were applied to a sample of (120) chosen by the random cluster method ,The results of the research showed that the social communication skills of middle school teachers were respectively social control, social expression and social sensitivity. As for self transcendence, it appeared that they enjoy a high level of self-transcendence, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between social communication skills and self-transcendence, and there are no differences in the relationship Between social communication skills and self-transcendence can be traced back to the gender variable, and in light of these results, the current research reached a set of recommendations and suggestions. The purpose of this study was to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, and the promotion of emotions, to explain the influence of the retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions on impulse buying, to explain the role of emotions as mediating the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying at Hypermart Mall Bali consumers. Galeria. The population in this study were all consumers who had shopped at Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria and had done Impulse Buying. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The samples selected in this study were 108 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study shows that the retail atmosphere, and promotion has a positive effect on emotions. Retail atmosphere, promotion, and emotions have a positive effect on impulse buying. Emotions mediate the relationship between the retail atmosphere and promotion of impulse buying on Hypermart Mall Bali Galeria consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated samples because the entire population is used as a sample, and the number of samples used is 33 people. Data were analyzed using path analysis techniques and multiple tests. The results of data analysis showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. Employee organizational commitment can be improved by maintaining employee job satisfaction and increasing emotional intelligence in employees.   Keywords: organizational commitment, emotional intelligence, job satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to look at the role of organizational commitment as a mediator between spiritual leadership and Sharia Hotels performance in Padang City, Indonesia, with a sample size of 50 respondents, and this study uses path analysis. The results showed that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Sharia Hotels Performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 5%. Spiritual leadership also has a positive and significant effect on Sharia Hotels Performance of 0.000 < 5%. The influence of spiritual leadership on Sharia Hotels' performance with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable with a calculated t value of 2.78> t table of 1.6787.

Organizational commitment is an attitude that shows employee loyalty and ongoing process of how they expresses their attention to organization's success. Purpose of study is to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment of KutaBex Beach Front Hotel Bali employees. The population was 113 people and the sample are 54 people using proportionate random sampling method. Data are analyzed using path analysis techniques. Data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership on organizational commitment partially. The implication of this research is that high job satisfaction owned by employees will increase employee organizational commitment through the influence of transformational leadership.
