Broiler farm business continues to grow. This research aims to find out the income and feasibility reviewed from financial aspect of broiler chicken farmers partnership patterns and independent patterns in Tanjung Morawa Sub-district. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through observation and interviews and secondary data. Determination of samples with purposive sampling with broiler chicken breeders partnership pattern as many as 9 people and broiler chicken farmer independent pattern as many as 3 people. Data analysis was observed by calculating revenue income and financial viability of Revenue Cost Ratio, Break Event Point, Return on Investman and Internal Rate of Return. The results showed that the average income per head breeder of partnership patterns with company A, company B and company C amounted to Rp 2,216, Rp2,407, Rp 2,310 and the average income of independent pattern farmers amounted to Rp 3,077. Broiler business farmers partnership obtained ROI of 63%-80%, IRR is greater than the interest rate, which is 22%-24% and R/C more than one. Based on the feasibility criteria of financial analysis of partner and independent pattern farms is feasible to run and develop.

ABSTRACT ANALYSIS OF PROFIT AND BREAK-EVEN ON BROILER FARM WITH BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP PATTERN (Case Study at Tetey village, Dimembe District of North Minahasa Regency). The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the pattern of partnerships business broiler farm at Tetey village with   DMC company, 2) to analyze the profit of  broiler farms run through a partnership pattern, 3) to analyze the breakeven point on a broiler farm run through a partnership pattern. Case study method was used on broiler chicken farm with the partnership model. The primary data obtained through observation and direct interviews with business owners of broiler chicken farms by using a questionaire. Secondary data were obtained from agencies associated with this research such as the Office of Agriculture, District Office. The results of study revealed that 1) Partnership pattern run by broiler breeders at Tetey village provided the doc, as many as 10,000 heads / period, including feed, vitamins and medicines, while farmers supplied cage and supplies, water, electricity, as well as labor and land. In addition, Broiler prices were IDR 18,000 / kg as fix price, 2) total profit of broiler farm at Tetey village through a partnership pattern were IDR 53,159,675 / period or IDR 22,149,685 / month, and 3) the number of breakeven point on broiler farm at Tetey village run with a partnership pattern were 18,691 head, or on the sale of IDR 958,644, 442.Keywords: breakeven point, partnership pattern, broiler farm.

<p><em>The research was conducted to determine the feasibility of financial investment on  Limousine cattle farming. Research was done from January to May 2007, located in Sleman District. Survey methods was done to collect primary data at the farm level and secondary data from related institution. Purposive sampling was applied to sellect farmers’ respondent. Criteria used to analyze the feasibility of financial investment were consisted of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PPC), based on 7 years investment and 12% annual discount factor. The result showed that based on NPV, IRR, BCR and payback period analysis, the most feasible investment of Limousine cattle breeding farm under farmers’ condition with the value of NPV = </em><em>Rp 11.900.156,00, IRR = 32,64%, BCR = 1,74 and payback period = 3,25 years. </em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Keywords : Limousine cattle, Cattle breeding farm, Investment financial analysis</em><em></em></p>

Juli Tani Group is a farmer group that received the cluster program from Bank Indonesia of Sumatera Utara for the red chili commodity. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Bank Indonesia Cluster Program on the income level of chili farmers in the Juli Tani Group in Sidodadi Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. The data used are primary data obtained directly from the sample of red chili farmers in Juli Tani Group using a questionnaire. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin method with a total sample of 52 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research were (1) Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Cluster Program (2) Analysis of farm business income, to determine whether farming is profitable or not economically, the researcher uses Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C Ratio) then (3) uses non-statistical parametric with the Spearman Rank correlation test. Based on the research results, it was known that the Bank Indonesia cluster program is very effective in increasing the income of chili farmers in the Juli Tani Group in Sidodadi Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency with an average farmer income of Rp 117,404,895 per growing season.

This study aims to analyze the competitiveness of soybean farming in Landawe District, North Konawe Regency. The study was conducted in December 2019. The population in the study were all soybean farmers, amounting to 49 people. Determination of the sample using the census method. Types and sources of data in the study include primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in research are direct interviews with respondents and literature studies. Variables in the study include revenue, tradable inputs, non-tradable inputs, production, private prices, and social prices. Analysis of the data used is the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that soybean farming in Landawe Subdistrict, North Konawe District has competitive competitiveness, which is the value of the ratio of private costs (Private Cost Ratio) of 0.30 smaller than one, which means that to produce a product requires a smaller additional cost. However, it does not have comparative competitiveness because the value of the ratio of domestic resource cost ratio is greater than one, namely 5.07 which means inefficient farming

Increased production of plant canna canna tubers into flour and processed back into the cake, would increase income for farmers' groups this White Orchid. The expected increase in revenue, attract writers to know more about the revenue from the sale of the processing plant at the farmers' group canna White Orchid Central Bengkulu. The research was carried out at Farmers Group White Orchid Central Bengkulu. Data obtained both primary data and secondary data, analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The data is then presented in the form of descriptive statistical tabulation and simple. Analysis is conducted revenue analysis, revenue and cost analysis ratios (R / C). Based on the research results, the average income in the first month in the group White Orchid Central Bengkulu District, specifically from the sale of plant canna bulbs and canna flour is Rp 1.128.562, so that the average amount of revenue on the farm KUB white orchid is Rp 5.300.000, - and the amount of the costs of Rp 4.171.438, -. With the results of the analysis showed that the ratio between revenue and cost of 1,27 is greater than 1, it means that any costs incurred amounted to Rp 1, - then the farmers will earn revenue of Rp 1,27, it indicates that the canna crop farming in the District Pondok Kubang Central Bengkulu profitable and feasible to be developed.Keywords: Financial Analysis, canna, canna flour

<div class="WordSection1"><pre> </pre><p><strong>Abstract</strong>: This research is aimed to analyze cost, revenue, profit, profitability, Break Event Point, business efficiency  and the risks of broiler chicken farming in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency. This research was conducted in June-July 2018. Data used was one production period (35 days). The basic method in this study is descriptive analytical method and using case study techniques. Determination of the location of the study was carried out by purposive (intentional), namely in the District of Jumantono, Karanganyar Regency. The respondents were taken by quota sampling method as many as 30 respondents. The types and and sources of data consist of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by interview, observation and recording. The results showed that the average total cost of broiler chicken farming was IDR 124,291,091 and the average income was IDR 165,114,558, - so that the profits obtained were IDR 40,823,467. Broiler chicken farms in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency benefit from a profitability rate of 32.85%. Nliai  R / C ratio or broiler chicken business efficiency of 1.32. BEP products from broiler chicken farms amounted to 1,665.1 kg, BEP sales amounted to IDR 29,391,635, and BEP prices were IDR 13,489 / kg. Broiler chicken farming in Jumantono District, Karanganyar Regency has a CV value of ≤ 0.5 or L ≥ 0 so that it avoids the risk, because the lower limit of profit (L) shows a positive value (+).</p><pre> </pre><pre> </pre><p><strong>Abstrak</strong>: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya biaya, penerimaan, keuntungan, profitabilitas, <em>Break Event Point</em>, efisiensi usaha serta risiko pada usaha ternak ayam broiler di Kecamatan Jumantono, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Juli 2018. Data yang digunakan yaitu satu periode produksi (35 hari). Metode dasar pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitik dan menggunakan teknik studi kasus. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara <em>purposive</em> (sengaja) yaitu di Kecamatan Jumantono, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pengambilan responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>kuota sampling </em>sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis dan sumber data terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya total dari usaha ternak ayam broiler sebesar Rp 124.291.091,-  dan penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp 165.114.558,- sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh sebesar  Rp 40.823.467,-. Usaha ternak ayam broiler di Kecamatan Jumantono Kabupaten Karanganyar memperoleh keuntungan dengan tingkat profitabilitas 32,85%. The research intends to know the profitability and Break Even Point implemented in the Perbalan Village, Gunungpati, Semarang. Research obtained by Damin Farm with cattle scale ≥ 12000 chickensin Perbalan Village, Gunungpati, Semarang. The method used in this research is survey method. The study took place from June to August 2016. Data collection consisted of primary and secondary data. The data used in the research is direct interview and observation. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with respondent owners and labor farms based on the questionnaire. The results showed that the calculation of total variable costs with the scale of the amount of broiler chicken maintenance as much as 10.000 – 13.000 1st periode to 10th period is Rp. 2.996.584.152 and total production cost from 1st periode to 10th period is Rp 3.119.435.929 and the average profitability obtained at Damin Farm broiler farm is as much as 6,84%, while the average of BEP is 2749,068 kg.Keywords: Number of chickens, variable cost, production cost, profitability and Break Even Point

ABSTRACT The research intends to know the cost and income broiler breeders in Semarang City. Reasearch obtained by breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district. The method use in this research is survey method with purposive sampling method. The study look place from January until February 2015. Data collection consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from the observation and interviews of respondents. The results of this study show calculation there is no difference in cost and income between broiler breeders in Gunungpati district with Mijen district. The results show that the average cost of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 198.003.520,04 and in Mijen district Rp 183.488.974,87 and the average income of broiler breeders in Gunungpati district Rp 14.422.095 and in Mijen district Rp 17.209.832. There is no difference in cost broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance value 0,627>0,05, and there is no difference in income broiler breeders in Gunungpati district and Mijen district with significance 0,653>0,05. Large Cardamom is major exportable commodities prioritized by Ministry of Commerce and Supply in Nepal. However, no study has been reported for its financial analysis in the country. In this context, this study was designed and conducted in Ilam, Panchthar, and Taplejung to assess the profitability and financial viability of cardamom production. Primary data needed for the study were collected using structured survey schedule with 30 randomly selected cardamom growers from each selected district in May-July 2017. Primary information mainly compose information on investment cost, operating cost and revenue. Three Focus Group Discussions were also carried out in each district for triangulation of collected information. The secondary data were used for the Compound Annual Growth Analysis and financial analysis. The economic yield starts from the fourth year and remains similar up to 20 years. But, it was found from the study that with the proper management of the crop cultivation packages, about 10% yield starts from third year which have not been reported yet. The financial analysis result showed that, the Return on Investment was found about 160% with payback period of 4.09 years. Similarly, Net Present Value was assessed at NRs. 3,545,771 at 12% discount rate. Likewise, the Internal Rate of Return Benefit-Cost Ratio of cardamom production was 82.6% and 3.06, respectively. The sensitivity analysis with 20% increase in the cost of production and 20% decrease in the sold price rate also found profitable and viable enterprises as its Return on Investment is 34%, PBP is 5.64 years, NPV equals NRs. 2,154,393, IRR 57.6% and BCR found 2.06. Hence, the study recommends that this enterprise is very profitable and viable and farmer could invest confidently even its rate fluctuates very often.

<div class="Section1"><p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the financial feasibility and break even point on the cattle's breeding  farms. Taking place in  the three sites in the rural areas with the highest, moderate and lowest on population of beef cattle, such as  villages of Kemejing, Candirejo , and  Pundungsari all of them  in the district of Semin, Gunung Kidul regency, Yogyakarta. This study was conducted in September up to October 2011. The  using methode of survey to collect primary data from 60 farmers respondents and secondary data from relevant agencies. Sample was determined by purposive sampling. Financial analysis of the cattle's breeding farms using investment criteria such as a benefit cost ratio (BCR), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period of credit (PPC), and the break even point (BEP) based on 8 years investment with a discount factor of 12% per year. The analysis showed that the BCR value of 1.61; NPV </em><em>of  </em><em> 12.308.146,72; IRR of 23.40%; PPC for 4.53 years and the BEP value is based on sales amounted to Rp 25,991,672.10 or based on 6 heads </em><em>of animal units. The conclusion of this study is a cattle's breeding farms in dryland farming areas are eligible to run with BEP on 6 heads of beef cattle </em></p></div>
