Currently parking system that is running in Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra still uses a conventional parking system. When the driver wants to do parking, driver first presses the analog button on the parking gate to get a parking ticket. Lack of maintenance on the parking gate causes vehicle jams in the parking entrance area. To minimize errors that occur, the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to analyze the problem. After the problem was found, a parking reservation was developed that used qr-code as a scanner identification in the parking system. The system produced in this study is expected to facilitate parking drivers who want to park their vehicles in the parking area of Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra. The results of this system will be tested using blackbox testing.

The purpose of this research was to identify performance and determine the strategy for improving the performance of fish farmers groups in this area, which has excellent and dominant potential in freshwater aquaculture. There were about 131 fish farmers and 11 fish hatchery and rearing groups from this region's six research sample villages. The identification results of the fishbone diagram analysis showed that the fish farmer group's growth and development, in general, were still low, based on several dominant categories, namely infrastructure, fisheries extension performance, contribution performance, and the interests of fish farmers. In detail, the causes were: 1) insufficient facilities and infrastructure; 2) management in implementing fish farmers groups function has not run optimally; 3) the lack of fisheries extension workers; 4) the lack of contribution among group members; 5) relationship between fish farmers groups and local government institutions was still low; 6) fisheries activities were dominated by certain people; and 7) the interests of the fish farmers to form groups were still low. As the results of the SWOT analysis, the fish farmers group's performance development strategy was carried out by improving the performance of group roles and functions through mentoring and facilitating group activities.

Objective: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of quality control circles (QCCs) in improving the success rate of intravenous indwelling needles among patients. Methods: The study included 1136 patients, that were admitted to the kidney and thoracic surgery wards of the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University from June 2019 to December 2019. The patients were using an indwelling needle each. They were divided into two groups: 1) control group (n = 232), where patients received regular nursing interventions; 2) intervention group (n = 904), where patients received QCC nursing intervention. Result: The fishbone diagram analysis revealed that poor training, lack of indwelling needle-related evaluation sheet, and lack of dynamic assessments were the factors that contributed to indwelling failure. In addition, the average indwelling duration of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The success rate of indwelling needles in the intervention group (67.8%) was also significantly higher than that of the control group (48.3%), where p < 0.05. Furthermore, the intervention group (seepage = 19.9%; phlebitis = 6.7%) reported a significantly lower prevalence of the main factors of indwelling needle failure than the control group (seepage = 34.5%; phlebitis = 8.6%), where p < 0.05. Conclusion: The implementation of QCC can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and nursing risks as well as improve the success rate of intravenous indwelling needles among patients.

In today’s world, parking area constitutes nearly most of traffic congestion is caused by vehicles cruising around their destination and looking for a place to park. Due to this reason many day-to-day activities are affected such as waste of time, fuel wastage, frustration to drivers, theft fear, pollution etc. These factors motivated to pave a new method for smart parking system. In this method the detection is reliable, even when tests are performed using images captured from a different viewpoint. It also provides to design a highly reliable & compatible image segmentation measures for parking slot identification system and a user key driven data base measures to detect the vehicle using theft alarm system.

In the disruptive 4.0 era that emphasizes technological sophistication, blockchain is present as a technology that increasingly influences human life, helping humans in all aspects, including education. The role of blockchain technology in the world of education is to test the validity of diplomas, the increasing number of fake diplomas for an interest, both for work and continuing education to a higher level. The purpose of this research with the implementation of blockchain is expected to make it easier for users to verify the authenticity of a diploma. This study uses the SWOT analysis method to identify all possibilities that exist in blockchain technology. The final result of this research, the system will print a physical certificate in the form of paper in general, then the certificate will be printed a QR code. To verify numeric code on QR Code via scanning on smartphone or QR Reader. It is hoped that the blockchain technology applied to digital assets can reduce cases of forgery of diplomas and other important documents.

The vehicles are parked in parking lots. These parking lots are found in malls, offices etc. These parking slots are marked on the ground with different size based on vehicles. An Automated Parking System transports vehicles from the entrance to a parking space that is available. Prior to this, car owners must make a reservation for specific parking lot. It takes time for new members to register and have parking assigned to them. An automated parking allotting app is created as well as a hardware implementation for this project. The owner of a car parking lot may sign up and build a parking facility in his area by registering the location and installing a Raspberry Pi with camera, which will automatically update the available parking spaces. The user find available parking slots using app and book a special slot for his or her car. A QR code will be generated, and the customer's bill will be generated based on in-time and out-of-time scanning. This method would be able to save time for car owners as well as and the amount of labor needed to complete the process as a result of this. As a result, this project saves time while also automating the process.
