In the article we assume to consider pedagogical aspects of critical thinking, and for this purpose fi rst of all to formulate briefl y what has to enter the stated consideration. Critical thinking as the quality of the identity of the school student shown for formation at the school student by the social order and also as the quality formed at school students by pedagogical means as educational result of the school student, as the pedagogical problem solved by the teacher by means of application known and designing of own training techniques is presented in article; criteria of critical saturation of educational information and levels of formation of critical thinking are discussed. We consider necessary also to note that the didactic aspect of critical thinking assumes his consideration in a competence-based format as the requirement of the new federal state educational standard of the general secondary education.

The article is devoted to the problem of increasing the cognitive activity of students in the current environment of preparing future specialists in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the Secondary Education and the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education in teaching mathematical disciplines. The article shows that in the psychological-pedagogical literature cognitive activity is considered both as a personality trait and as a student's activity. The author's definitions of students' cognitive activity¿ and educational-cognitive activity of students¿ are formulated, their correlation is shown. The levels of formation of cognitive activity are highlighted: reproducing, interpreting, searching, and creative. A set of indicators of these levels has been formulated in accordance with the motivational, content-operational, value-volitional and evaluative components for didactic monitoring. The pedagogical conditions for the activation of students' cognitive activities in mathematical subjects have been established, which are the implementation of a differentiated approach and the application of pedagogical technologies, methods and techniques (the use of educational and technological maps, the technology of a portfolio of achievements, the propaedeutics of the professional competencies formation by means of mathematical problems, historical excursions, independent work of students), as well as didactic monitoring of cognitive activity. Experimental testing of pedagogical conditions has demonstrated a positive dynamics of changes in complex indicators of motivational, content-operational, value-volitional and evaluative components. The research results can be used in teaching mathematical subjects in higher educational establishments and specialized secondary-education institutions.students'

The article is a description of the Power Query technology training methodology implemented within the framework of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education 3++ taking into account professional standards in the direction of the bachelor’s program “Business Informatics”. The authors propose a set of laboratory works in the form of situational tasks and cases that allow to create professional competencies and labor functions of a future specialist (business analyst) as part of the development of the ETL process for processing data using Power Query technology. The use of situational tasks and cases allows to effectively implement the development of a set of professional competencies, which are elements of generalized labor functions, without tying the material in question specifically to any discipline. As part of the implementation of situational tasks and cases described in the article, bachelors not only learn to use the basic elements of Power Query technology, but also gain the skills and abilities associated with the application of the studied technology in performing standard professional tasks stipulated by a professional standard. The format for describing the methodology is presented in the form of the traditional “Key-by-Key” technology, widely used in obtaining professional IT competencies.

The need for basic training in toxicology of students of pharmaceutical universities and departments of toxicology is justified. The experience of teaching toxicology and medical protection to students of the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy was analyzed. Academic teaching staff were trained in the methodology of teaching toxicology, and a participated in the preparation of the all-Russian textbook «Toxicology and Medical Protection» (2016) and three tutorials for students of medical and pharmaceutical universities. It is shown that in accordance with the current Federal State Educational Standard of the third generation, toxicology issues are included in the curriculum of a complex discipline «Life Safety. Emergency Medicine» as a stand-alone module. Students study toxicology in the fifth year having received a good basic training in medical, biological, and professional disciplines in previous years. For realization of cognitive and creative activity of students in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used which make it possible to improve the quality of teaching and to use school time more efficiently. The potential of using algorithmic workbooks, interactive forms of training, test control, case-method for facilitating the perception of theoretical knowledge and improving the quality of practical skills development is demonstrated. Results of the anonymous questionnaire survey, in which 153 of 198 students who studied toxicology and medical protection in the autumn semester of the 2017/2018 academic year participated, are reported. It was shown that more than 80% of the students surveyed are convinced of the need to study toxicology during the undergraduate training of specialists of pharmaceutical profile and positively assessed the methodology of teaching toxicology that is performed at the St. Petersburg State Chemical Pharmaceutical Academy.

The requirements of the federal state educational standard of primary general education to the content, technologies and methods of the educational process in primary grades are disclosed. Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the system-activity approach, the technologies of primary education (problem-based learning, developmental learning, activity technology, project method, blended learning, etc.) are highlighted. Purpose. The article analyzes the normative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Labor, which underlie the development of the basic educational curriculum for the new Federal State Educational Standard 3 ++ majoring in 20.05.01 “Fire safety”. The types of professional activity in the specified specialty are considered, the range of tasks is outlined when introducing an independent assessment of qualifications into the institute system of specialists training. The principle has been determined, which, if not observed, will result in the unbalancing of specialist program. Methods. Theoretical level methods were used within the framework of the research, in particular, analysis, as well as methods of the empirical level – description, comparison and testing. Findings. The research resulted in the development of a scheme for a two-stage education system in the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3 ++, and the direction of specialization for a specialist program has been determined as well. Research application field. The results obtained will help to further develop the main professional educational curricula of a specialist program in two areas, in which graduates will be equally in demand. Conclusions. Taking into account the above said, the study will progress in developing a separate specialist program, aimed at the needs of the labor market in the field of fire safety (engineering, preventive and managerial personnel of the services providing fire safety in an organization).
