The aims of this research is to find out the empirical evidence of the factors affecting the financial reporting timeliness of food and beverage companies listed on Indonesia stock exchange. The factors tested in this research are profitability. The population of the research are 26 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2019. Purposive sampling method were used to draw out the samples out of population. The hypotheses were tested using logistic regression at a 5 percent significance level. The results of the research indicated that the profitability, leverage and liquidity had no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting of the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

<p><em>This study aims to to prove empirically the factors which affect the timeliness of financial statement submission to manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Factors analyzed in this research are profitability, liquidity, and firm size. The sample of this research uses 65 manufacturing companies that consistently listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016 which is studied by using purposive sampling method. Statistical method used in this research is logistic regression at 5% significance level. Based on the results from testing the hypothesis concluded that capital structure and profitability had a negative and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting while company size had a positive and significant effect to timeliness of financial reporting.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Faktor yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur modal, profitabilitas, dan size perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dari penelitian ini menggunakan 65 perusahaan manufaktur yang konsisten terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012-2016 yang diteliti dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan sedangkan size perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.</em></p>

Abstract. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Profitability (X1), Liquidity (X2), Leverage (X3), Company Size (X4) and Auditor Opinion (X5) on Financial Reporting Timeliness on Manufacture Companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016. Sampling method used purposive sampling. There are 125 years of companies from 25 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data were taken from audited financial reports from 2012 to 2016 which published in www.idx.co.id. Hypotesis was tested by Logistic regression. The result of this research shows that profitability had significant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,041 < 0,05, liquidity had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,0,718 > 0,05, leverage had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,589 > 0,05, company size had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,364 > 0,05, and auditor opinion had insignificant effect on financial reporting timeliness as shown by the value of level significant 0,652 > 0,05.Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, Company Size, Auditor Opinion, financial reporting timelinessAbstrak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Terdapat 125 tahun perusahaan dari 25 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik karena variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini ialah variabel dummy (variabel yang sifatnya kualitatif). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama yaitu profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,041 < 0,05, hipotesis kedua yaitu likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,718 > 0,05, hipotesis ketiga yaitu Leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,589 > 0,05, hipotesis keempat yaitu ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,364 > 0,05, dan hipotesis kelima yaitu opini auditor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan waktu penyampaian laporan keuangan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,652 > 0,05. Public Accounting Firm (PAF) switching in companies follows the regulation number 17/PMK.01/2008 article 3 of the Minister of Finance Republik Indonesia, which is in a period of 6 years or voluntarily. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the size of PAF, financial distress (FD), firm size of client (FSC), client management switching (CMS), audit comitee switching (ACS) to PAF switching voluntarily on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2014. The population in this research are manufacturing companies listed in IDX in 2010-2014. The sample in this study were taken by purposive sampling method and 21 companies are selected as the sample by criteria. These variables are then tested using logistic regression at a significance level of 5 percent. The result showed that the size of PAF, FD, FSC, CMS does not affect PAF Switching and ACS has affect PAF Switching. The limitations of this research, the variables used only five independent variables, the research period only five years, and sample selection is only based on a purposive sampling.

AbstractThis research aims to examine wether liquidity, profitability, leverage, and operating cash flow can be used as financial distress predictor. Manufacturing companies which were listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014-2015, were used as samples. This research used purposive sampling method and 96 companies can be used as samples according to the criteria. Data was analyzed using logistic regression. The result showed that only profitability can be used as financial distress predictor, while liquidity, leverage, and operating cash flow cannot.Keywords: Financial Distress, Liquidity, Leverage, Operating Cash Flow, and Profitability

<p class="IABSSS"><strong>Purpose</strong> - This research aimed to determine the role of Internet Financial Reporting application for manufacturing companies on Indonesia stock exchange in the increase of firm value both directly and indirectly.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Method </strong>- This research used a purposive sampling method. The number of data collected was 95 company samples. This research employed SPSS 25 for testing the data.  </p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Result</strong> - The results of this study indicated that Internet Financial Reporting can mediate the relationship between institutional ownership and profitability on firm value.</p><p class="IABSSS"><strong>Implication</strong> - Internet Financial Reporting application for companies today attracts investors to invest their capital to the companies because of the ease in getting the information needed at any time.</p><strong>Originality</strong> - This study used Internet Financial Reporting as mediation and source of the data year 2018.

This study aims to find empirical evidence whether factors such as debt to equity ratio, profitability, auditor quality, and auditor turnover affect the compliance of manufacturing companies in the timely submission of financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the company's annual financial statements in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This type of research is ex post facto research. This research was conducted using a sample of 76 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018, so the research data analyzed amounted to 201. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics, multivariate test using logistic regression. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that overall, the companies that are on time are more numerous than the companies that are not on time in financial reporting to Bapepam. And the test results with logistic regression show empirical evidence that debt to equity ratio, profitability, auditor quality, and auditor turnover do not affect the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. This study aims to find the empirical evidence about the factors that affect the timeliness of financial reporting in companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The factors tested in this study are tax avoidance, audit opinion, and leverage ratio. The samples consist of 100 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2014-2017. The 400 total observed cases are comprised of annual reports from the selected companies are analyzed using logistic regression. The results of this study identified that audit opinion affects the timeliness of financial reporting, while tax avoidance and leverage have no effect on the timeliness of financial reporting of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

This research aims to analyze the effects of company size, inventory variability, cost of goods sold variability, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership in selecting the inventory accounting methods. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. In addition, this research used a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. The research results indicate that company size and inventory variability affect the choice of inventory accounting methods, while variability of cost of goods sold, gross profit margin, leverage, current ratio, and managerial ownership do not affect the choice of inventory accounting methods.

This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting financial distress in Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2020. The data used is sourced from the company's financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the sample has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2020 totaling 30 companies, with purposive sampling method, the sample received is 12 companies. From this research, it can be seen that sales growth and working capital turnover partially effect financial distress significantly. Institutional ownership and debt to equity ratio have an insignificant effect on financial distress. All variables have a significant effect on financial distress simultaneously.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh debt to equity ratio profltabilitas, pergantian auditor dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan. Perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014-2017 dipilih sebagai populasi penelitian. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, profitabilitas dan pergantian    auditor memengaruhi ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan sedangkan variabel debt to equity ratio dan ukuran perusahaan tidak memeengaruhi ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.  Secara simultan keseluruhan variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap ketepatanwaktuan pelaporan keuangan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of debt to equity ratio, profitability, auditor switching and size on the timeliness of financial reporting. Mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017 were selected as the study population. The sampling method is purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by logistic regression. The results showed that profitability and auditor turnover affect the timeliness of financial reporting. Debt to equity ratio and size do not affect the timeliness of financial reporting. Simultaneously, all of independent variable affected on the timeliness of financial reporting.
