At this time in the world of work or in job management workers are required to be able to solve problems that mean that in education and psychology management must be able to build or develop instruments in all fields of management. The development of measurement instruments in the field of psychology and education many assume the use of unidimensional measurements, which conceptually formulated that there is one type of ability factor, personality, character, and attitude measured by one measurement instrument. This study aims to allow readers to understand the notions of reliability, reliability of learning outcomes tests, general models of reliability, simple methods of estimating reliability, retesting methods, parallel methods, halves, moment product equations, Flanagan equations, Rulon equations, reliability coefficients , and standard measurement errors. In order for this management research to take place smoothly, the researcher uses the literature study method as his research method. This study aims to 1) identify the various types of assessment project techniques, (2) formulating the measurement instrument in the assessment of the project, (3) develop a model assessment project to measure aspects of psychomotor. The methods used in this research is the study of literature. The results of this research are a model of assessment in the form of matrix flow chart and measurement instruments. The development model has not been conducted product trials. The model is only based on the results of literature study analysis. Then, it becomes a recommendation for further researchers.

Work fatigue is one of the factors that affect occupational health and safety. To create a good quality of occupational health, an approach that can be applied to reduce work fatigue is needed, so that good work performance can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to carry out a systematic literature study to determine the application of the Total Ergonomics Approach in reducing worker fatigue. This literature study is useful for explaining the Total Ergonomic Approach model, fatigue measurement instruments, and various improvement interventions carried out in various fields of work. The research method used is a systematic literature study through databases such as Google Scholar, Science Direct, Researchgate, and the Indonesian Scientific Repository-Neliti, using the keywords total ergonomics approach and work fatigue. The Total Ergonomic Approach Model was found to obtain optimal repair solutions, in the fields of industrial work, agriculture, education and hospitality, and others. Improvement interventions developed include improving work attitudes, working conditions, providing nutrition, and redesigning work tools. The measurement of work fatigue in all literature was carried out using a questionnaire instrument. Based on this literature study, there is a research gap to develop a model of a total ergonomics approach in the transportation sector to reduce logistics driver fatigue and to develop an objective and real-time fatigue measurement instrument. So that it can produce a contribution to creating quality health and safety for logistics drivers.

The common measurement error when measuring the component geometrical dimensions using universal contact measurement instruments is caused by different factors, such as error of the measurement instrument, personal reading errors, effect of surface roughness on the measuring line deviation, influence of contact deformation measurement force, and others. The present article examines one of these factors, i.e. contact deformations under the influence of measurement force. To make precise measurements it is essential to find out the effect of roughness of measured components. High roughness creates additional measurement errors. It is particularly important in the measurement of thin components, flexible materials and films, as well as for components with nanocoating. Flexible bodies in the meaning of this article are components of different shape and sizes made of rubber or soft plastic. This article studies principles of error formation based on the deformation of surface roughness and basic material.

The management activity of research report writing requires sufficient knowledge in its preparation. A researcher must learn about the management of understanding scientific concepts, as well as management of research reports that are based on scientific truth. In this study, 1 (one) method was used, namely a literature study of 10 (ten) to support the understanding of scientific concepts according to experts. The concept is a general idea that represents perceived understanding on the basis of reason and logic by someone who then forms a meaning deductively or inductively. Whereas knowledge is what is known or the results of work know. Then scientific truth is related to the quality of knowledge, where every knowledge possessed is viewed from the type of knowledge that is built. Thus scientific truth is an important point in scientific reporting, as the basic foundation of accurate management of report writing and must be displayed in every corner of the report. Objective Shared decision making integrates health care provider expertise with patient values and preferences. The MAPPIN’SDM is a recently developed measurement instrument that incorporates physician, patient, and observer perspectives during medical consultations. This review sought to critically appraise the development, sensibility, reliability, and validity of the MAPPIN’SDM and to determine in which settings it has been used. Methods This critical appraisal was performed through a targeted review of the literature. Articles outlining the development or measurement property assessment of the MAPPIN’SDM or that used the instrument for predictor or outcome purposes were identified. Results Thirteen studies were included. The MAPPIN’SDM was developed by both adapting and building on previous shared decision making measurement instruments, as well as through creation of novel items. Content validity, face validity, and item quality of the MAPPIN’SDM are adequate. Internal consistency ranged from 0.91 to 0.94 and agreement statistics from 0.41 to 0.92. The MAPPIN’SDM has been evaluated in several populations and settings, ranging from chronic disease to acute oncological settings. Limitations include high reading levels required for self-administered patient questionnaires and the small number of studies that have employed the instrument to date. Conclusion The MAPPIN’SDM generally shows adequate development, sensibility, reliability, and validity in preliminary testing and holds promise for shared decision making research integrating multiple perspectives. Further research is needed to develop its use in other patient populations and to assess patient understanding of complex item wording.

Lighting conditions in buildings are verified by experts on a daily basis. Such verifications may be done at several phases in various ways. In the field of daylighting, it is common to make an assessment within the pre-design and in-design phases of a construction work throughout calculations, only rarely by measurements. This approach is the opposite of artificial lighting design, which is done within the in-design phase by calculations and is verified by measurements in post-realization phase. The verification of artificial lighting design is required by the building and public health authority otherwise buildings cannot be approved to use. In the field of daylighting, measurements could be performed as well, nevertheless those are often problematic because regulations usually require fulfilments of the daylight factor which can be determined only under CIE overcast sky. Howbeit, both artificial lighting and daylighting measurements are influenced by many errors, e.g. errors of light measurement instruments, measurement conditions, measurement methods and human factor. The paper is focused on this aspect of lighting design, more specifically on the daylighting measurement errors.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to develop a measurement instrument for organizational learning capability (OLC) in a Chinese management context. Previous research has indicated a need for measurement instruments with proven ecological validity in China, because the learning capability of organizations is influenced by the organization’s external environment. Design/methodology/approach The authors followed a consequent inductive procedure from item sampling through exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and nomological validation. The initial part sampled relevant descriptors from a diverse sample of 159 employees from heterogeneous backgrounds in China. After sorting by an expert panel, EFA of data from a sample of 161 executive students yielded a three-dimensional construct comprising knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilization. These three constructs were again tested in CFA using a sample of 357 employees from five companies. Findings The findings across the three samples resulted in a three-dimensional measurement scale that is called as the organizational learning capability questionnaire (OLCQ). The OLCQ displayed high internal consistency, reliability and nomological validity. Research limitations/implications This focus of this study has only been to establish a measurement instrument that allows indigenous research on organizational learning in China. The approach was statistically driven grounded approach, not a theoretical assumption of learning mechanisms special to the Chinese culture. Further research is needed to estimate how this approach yields results that are different from other cultures or the extent to which our findings can be explained by features of the Chinese culture or business environment. Practical implications This study offers a practical measurement instrument to assess practical and scientific problems of organizational learning in China. Social implications The work here emphasizes the necessity of a knowledge sharing community for organizational learning to appear. It addresses a call for more indigenous Chinese management research. Originality/value The authors provide a measurement instrument for OLC with proven ecological validity and with promising consequences for research and practice in China. The instrument is empirically grounded in the practices and behaviors of Chinese managers, avoiding biases that stem from previously identified shortcomings in cross-cultural management research. To the knowledge, it is the first of its kind and a contribution to a call for indigenous management theories with contextual validity.

Abstract The research aims to develop mobile learning media with augmented reality for electrical measurement instruments. The learner can use this application to improve their skills and knowledge about using electrical measurement instruments correctly. One of the essential skills for electricians is using voltmeter, ammeter, and ohmmeter. The result of measuring they can do some analysis about an issue or troubleshooting the electrical field. From the development research, was produced learning media application product was named ARAVO. ARAVO is an abbreviation of augmented reality of Ammeter, Voltmeter, and Ohmmeter. ARAVO helps learners and even lecturers to simulate the use of electrical measuring instruments by combining virtual objects such as multimeter with the real world. Thus will provide a more visible visualization of how to use electrical measuring instruments before they practice directly with actual measuring instruments. ARAVO is a mobile application that can run on the smartphone platform mobile Android. Into the development of this application must go through several stages before it is ready for use.
