Human Resources (HR) One of the main keys in the process of finding a professional and qualified workforce. In order to attract attention to applicants, namely information sent through the website so that information can be accessed and choose people who meet job requirements. All companies in any industry can benefit from contingency or maintain professional recruitment or outsourcing processes for recruitment agencies. The employee recruitment system receives importance in the process of inputting and processing, because it makes it easier for the admin to input the ongoing recruitment and selection process. However, the recruitment system is currently related to anything related to data because the paper is scattered. From these considerations, it is necessary to develop the recruitment so that it can be accessed on the system so that it becomes more systematic, organized. In the development of this recruitment system using the method of swot analysis and elicitation. And use one of  the PHP programming language, the data base-server uses MySQL. The results achieved from the analysis of the system used by the author is to use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are recruitment systems that can be stored more neatly and help the admin when inputting recruitment during the selection process.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. Abstract Information technology and the Internet (Internet of Things) today have been implemented in all aspects of life. This seems to be in line with the growing public interest in e-commerce. The e-commerce growth can be used as a competitive advantage of an organization. The company currently has a chatbot product which is a combination of chat and e-commerce in one application. Chatbot is a computer application which is designed to understand text and audio that can interact with humans. XYZ company currently requires business strategy planning to gain a broader market share of their products. In addition, the latest chatbot design can attract customers’ interest in chatbots use of XYZ company. The analysis was carried out by using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Treats (SWOT) analysis and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze and design the new chatbot. The results obtained a new proposed business processes and analysis as well as new chatbot system design of XYZ company.     Keywords: chatbot, business process, SWOT, UML, Fishbone     Abstrak   Teknologi informasi dan internet dewasa telah ini dimanfaatkan diseluruh aspek kehidupan. Hal ini nampaknya sejalan dengan bertumbuhnya minat masyarakat terhadap e-commerce. Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang terus mengalami peningkatan, dapat dijadikan suatu peluang yang telah dilihat oleh PT. XYZ. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki produk chatbot yang merupakan gabungan antara chat dan e-commerce dalam satu aplikasi. Chatbot adalah komputer yang telah dirancang khusus untuk memahami teks maupun audio dan dapat berinteraksi dengan manusia. PT XYZ saat ini membutuhkan perencanaan strategi bisnis yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang luas terhadap produk mereka dan juga perancangan chatbot yang terbaru sehingga pelanggan tertarik menggunakan chatbot dari PT XYZ. Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan SWOT analsisi dan UML untuk menganalisis serta perancangan chatbot terbaru. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah proses bisnis dan analisis serta perancanggan sistem chatbot terbaru PT.XYZ.     Kata kunci: chatbot, proses bisnis, SWOT, UML, Fishbone

Admission of new employees is undoubtedly one of the programs for the company to gethuman resources who have the potential and qualifications according to company needs. Thepurpose of this study is to design an employee recruitment system at PT Megah PerkasaTeknologi that still utilizes social media and verbal communication from one person toanother so that only a few are aware of the recruitment needs. HRD still records and selectsincoming files both obtained via e-mail and sent through the delivery service. Therefore weneed a web-based employee recruitment system that can provide more comprehensiveinformation to the public, especially those who are looking for work. The system designedusing the Unified Modeling Language, and software developers use the Waterfall model withthe PHP and MySQL programming languages. The results of this study indicate that employeerecruitment information disseminated to the community and its requirements. Applicants canonly apply for one position in the employee recruitment period with the ease of filling outapplications. Also, file selection becomes more accessible and faster because the applicant isonly required to apply according to the desired application position. So with this web-basedrecruitment system, the HRD team's performance is expected to be more productive andefficient at every stage from file receipt, written test, interview test, to decision making.

Abstrak: Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat merupakan salah satu Sekolah Islami pada Kota Ternate. Sebagai sekolah yang memiliki peran besar bagi masyarakat luas tentunya sangat membutuhkan Teknologi Informasi seperti website untuk mengelola data maupun proses seleksi siswa baru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat Perancangan Website Sistem Seleksi Siswa Baru pada Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kalumpang Kota Ternate. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Tahapan kemudian  penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan pengembangan sistem. Metode analisis sistem adalah metode terstruktur dengan menggunakan model bottom-up, untuk perancangannya menggunakan metode berorentasi objek sedangkan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan metode Prototyping. Sistem ini dirancang dengan Alat Bantu UML (Unified Modeling Language), bahasa pemrograman yang di gunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan PHP, Database dibuat menggunakan MySQL. Penelitian menghasilkan website seleksi siswa baru pada Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kota Ternate yang memudahkan pihak sekolah pada proses pengelolaan data seleksi serta menginformasikan pengumuman kelulusan, untuk siswa baru dapat memudahkan proses seleksi dan pengumuman kelulusan siswa baru dimana saja, tanpa harus datang ke sekolah terkait.Kata Kunci: Perancangan Sistem Website, Seleksi Siswa baruAbstract: Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat is one of the Islamic Schools in Ternate City. As a school that has a significant role for the wider community, of course, need Information Technology such as websites to manage data and the selection process of new students. The purpose of this study was to create a New Student Selection System Website Design at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Kalumpang Ternate City. Data collection in this study uses interview and observation techniques. The next stage of research starts with system analysis, system design, and system development. The system analysis method is a structured method using a bottom-up model, for the design using object-oriented methods while for its development using the Prototyping method. This system is designed with UML (Unified Modeling Language) Tools. The programming languages used are HTML, CSS, and PHP. The database is created using MySQL. The research produced a new student selection website at Madrasah Aliyah Alkhairaat Ternate City which made it easy for schools to manage the selection data and inform graduation announcements, for new students to facilitate the selection process and the announcement of new student graduations everywhere, without having to come to the relevant school.Keywords: Website System Design, New Student Selection

Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi dan saran pengembangan sistem informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan user yang tertuang dalam elisitasi.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

Jenis produk yang dihasilkan mencakup produk farmasi , OT (obat tradisional), suplemen dan kosmetik. PT.Medikon Prima Laboratories telah mengimpor produk ke seluruh wilayah indonesia.Yang beralamat di Jl. Raya Serang No. 23, Bitung Jaya, Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang. Untuk memudahkan pengolahan data para pegawai, inputan data Cuti dan Absensi maupun izin sakit dibutuhkan suatu perangkat lunak yang nantinya dapat melakukan pengolahan data ,berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka perlu di lakukan analisis sehinnga nantinya dapat diperoleh hasil dan kebutuhankebutuhan yang diperlukan untuk perangkat /system yang akan di bangun. Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan cara menganalisis kebutuhan, pengguna dan fasilitas yang diperlukan oleh perangkat lunak yang di bangun benar-benar bermanfaat.berdasarkan hasil analisis permasalahan yang dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat rancangan suatu sistem perangkat lunak dengan melakukan analisis data menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain : wawancara dan observasi maupun studi pustaka, dengan menggunakan software UML (Unified Modeling Language).berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut maka penulis melakukan penelitian dan mengambil judul yang berkaitan dengan "Prototype Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Pegawai Di PT.Medikon Prima Laboratories".yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan dalam melakukan pengolahan data pegawai dan dapat menampilkan informasi akurat yang di butuhkan oleh pengguna di PT.Medikon prima laboratories.

The modern business milieu is highly competitive due to vast technological advancement which makes employees a vital source of competitive advantage. Precisely, the recruitment process has become a key determinant of an organization’s success and a logistic capital resource to the human resource; thus, the process should be entirely modern. A conventional recruitment and selection process comprises of job analysis, manpower planning, and recruitment and selection. The current study seeks to explore employee recruitment practices and proposes areas of future research in Indian Railways using secondary data. It also gives recommendations on how to improve the recruitment practices in the government-owned Indian Railways. The trends investigated in the study include the applicant tracking software (ATS), use of video resumes, Chatbots, the utilization of social networks, and increased focus on passive candidates.

Pada saat ini, kebutuhan informasi semakin penting dan mendesak sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju. Banyak perusahaan berskala besar maupun kecil menggunakan komputer untuk mendukung kegiatan dalam perusahaannnya. Komputer serta aplikasi didalamnya pada saat ini bukanlah merupakan sesuatu hal yang baru lagi, hampir seluruh badan usaha yang besar maupun kecil telah menggunakan komputer sebagai salah satu sarana pendukung dalam kegiatan pada perusahaan tersebut. PT Auto Daya Keisindo Jakarta Selatan merupakan perusahaan swasta yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pengolahan data, terutama pada pengolahan data persediaan barang sehingga memperlambat dalam proses pengolahan data dan pengontrolan persediaan barang. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dirancanglah sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). dengan aplikasi Eclipse 2018, SQL Server 2008 untuk perancangan basis datanya. Dengan menggunakan sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis java ini dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat kinerja bagian gudang serta dapat mengontrol jumlah persediaan barang.Kata kunci: Sistem Inventory, Java, MYSQL, SDLC, UML
