Abstract Information technology and the Internet (Internet of Things) today have been implemented in all aspects of life. This seems to be in line with the growing public interest in e-commerce. The e-commerce growth can be used as a competitive advantage of an organization. The company currently has a chatbot product which is a combination of chat and e-commerce in one application. Chatbot is a computer application which is designed to understand text and audio that can interact with humans. XYZ company currently requires business strategy planning to gain a broader market share of their products. In addition, the latest chatbot design can attract customers’ interest in chatbots use of XYZ company. The analysis was carried out by using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Treats (SWOT) analysis and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze and design the new chatbot. The results obtained a new proposed business processes and analysis as well as new chatbot system design of XYZ company.     Keywords: chatbot, business process, SWOT, UML, Fishbone     Abstrak   Teknologi informasi dan internet dewasa telah ini dimanfaatkan diseluruh aspek kehidupan. Hal ini nampaknya sejalan dengan bertumbuhnya minat masyarakat terhadap e-commerce. Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang terus mengalami peningkatan, dapat dijadikan suatu peluang yang telah dilihat oleh PT. XYZ. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki produk chatbot yang merupakan gabungan antara chat dan e-commerce dalam satu aplikasi. Chatbot adalah komputer yang telah dirancang khusus untuk memahami teks maupun audio dan dapat berinteraksi dengan manusia. PT XYZ saat ini membutuhkan perencanaan strategi bisnis yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang luas terhadap produk mereka dan juga perancangan chatbot yang terbaru sehingga pelanggan tertarik menggunakan chatbot dari PT XYZ. Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan SWOT analsisi dan UML untuk menganalisis serta perancangan chatbot terbaru. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah proses bisnis dan analisis serta perancanggan sistem chatbot terbaru PT.XYZ.     Kata kunci: chatbot, proses bisnis, SWOT, UML, Fishbone

Human Resources (HR) One of the main keys in the process of finding a professional and qualified workforce. In order to attract attention to applicants, namely information sent through the website so that information can be accessed and choose people who meet job requirements. All companies in any industry can benefit from contingency or maintain professional recruitment or outsourcing processes for recruitment agencies. The employee recruitment system receives importance in the process of inputting and processing, because it makes it easier for the admin to input the ongoing recruitment and selection process. However, the recruitment system is currently related to anything related to data because the paper is scattered. From these considerations, it is necessary to develop the recruitment so that it can be accessed on the system so that it becomes more systematic, organized. In the development of this recruitment system using the method of swot analysis and elicitation. And use one of  the PHP programming language, the data base-server uses MySQL. The results achieved from the analysis of the system used by the author is to use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are recruitment systems that can be stored more neatly and help the admin when inputting recruitment during the selection process.

According to the fast-changing business environment nowadays, we have to be more effective and faster in responding to customers' needs to make them able to access products instantly. This can be done by designing an E-commerce web website for unused goods, which sells various fashions and goods to the customers. To implement an online shopping website, a virtual store on the Internet is needed which allows customers to seek products and select them from a catalog. The customer needs to fill some fields to order a specific product. The purpose of this paper is designing and implementation of the website of unused goods, which sells various fashions and goods to the customers, the good that will be for sale on the website are new unused goods which the customer couldn’t return to the store they buy from to any reason. The proposed system was developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), ASP.NET and Access.

Setiap perusahaan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat dan akurat, salah satunya adalah informasi mengenai aset yang dimiliki oleh suatu perusahaan. Aset merupakan barang atau benda yang terdiri dari benda yang bersifat bergerak dan benda yang bersifat tidak bergerak yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. PD.BPR Kerta Raharja merupakan Perusahaan Daerah milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Tangerang bersama-sama Pemerintah Provinsi Banten, Provinsi Jawa Barat dan PT Bank Jabar Banten yang bergerak dalam pemberian kredit pada masyarakat. Yang dimana saat ini dalam proses pencatatan data aset masih menggunakan aplikasi Ms. Excel, dimana masih dapat terjadi salah input data aset dan bisa saja data hilang dari penyimpanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset pada PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Cabang Balaraja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisa menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Kemudian menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk menggambarkan prosedur sistem yang berjalan, menggunakan bahasa program PHP dan menunggunakan MySQL sebagai database yang dibangun. Hasil akhir yang dicapai pada sistem informasi manajemen aset memiliki kelebihan dalam membantu user untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih cepat dan akurat, mulai dari pendataan sampai pembuatan laporan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Aset, Data, Analisis  Every company needs fast and accurate information, one of them is information about assets that are owned by a single company. The asset is an item or object that is made up of objects that are in motion and an object that is not moving, owned by the company. PD. BPR Kerta Raharja is the company Governmentowned area of Tangerang Regency Government together Banten, West Java and PT Bank Jabar Banten in the granting of credit on the society. Which is currently in the process of recording data assets are still using Ms application. Excel, where it still can occur is wrong data input and data assets missing from storage. The purpose of this research is to design information systems asset management in PD.BPR Kerta Raharja Balaraja Branch. Research done by observation, interviews and literature study. Analysis using the method of SWOT analysis (Strenghts, Industry, Opportunities, Threats). Then use the UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the procedure in a system that is running, using the programming language PHP and the MySQL database as the menunggunakan was built. The end results were achieved at asset management information system has advantages in helping the user to obtain information more quickly and accurately, from logging to the making of the report. This chapter describes the modeling of the Collaborative Web Based System (CWBS). This CWBS is the means by which the CBPE model, discussed earlier in this book, is practically implemented. The focus of this chapter, however, is on the models of collaborative business processes that can be implemented in CWBS. The software architecture aspect of the CWBS is based on the detailed discussions of technologies in previous chapters 2, 4 and 5. The models in this chapter are based on the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and the use cases are based on the specifications of the Unified Modeling Language (UML). These notations and the ensuing process models are important when organizations try to collaborate with each other. These process models show, visually, how the interactions amongst multiple organizations will take place from a business viewpoint.

Database triggers are database procedures that are executed automatically when certain events occur and conditions are met. This paper presents a design methodology that helps users implement business processes using database triggers. The contributions of this paper are as follows. First, the proposed methodology uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML is a standard modeling language for the software industry and many commercial CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering) tools support UML. Second, many expensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems are employed to implement business processes. The methodology proposed by this paper produces triggers that can be executed on MySQL, an open-source database system that is free for download. Third, as an example of the usefulness of the proposed methodology, the authors present a case study making use of database triggers in a tax audit process. This process involves many steps that require human intervention, and thus is typical of business processes.

Design of payroll information systems and requests for funds to the company PT. Boetomix Nusantara Lestari WEB-based still uses Microsoft Excel. By using MS Excel, errors that occur in inputting data and requesting payroll data have many errors. The process of sending goods data still uses whatsapp, because whatsapp used by the salary recapitulation officer has difficulty at the end of every month. This application designed has the aim of providing convenience for users so that the recitation process at PT. Boetomix Nusanara Lestari can run quickly and has a high level of accuracy. Interviews, observations and document analysis are methods used in the data collection process. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe running business processes and the relationship between users and the system. The employee payroll information system has been tested and the results are in accordance with the needs of PT. Boetomix Nusanara Lestari.

Mendi Shopping is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of bags that are already using the internet as a media sales services. The internet service is up. However, in the recording of transactions still use manual recording that led to the frequent occurrence of data loss sales and had to repeat the recording back so that the generated report is not accurate. Use of the Website can be used as a media sales in Mendi Shopping. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is a tool or tools that can be used in doing the design of the system to be built. UML can describe clearly the information systems that will be built. Shopping Mendi to assist in storing their data, created a database using MySQL as a storage medium. In addition, it can reduce errors and data loss in data processing sales. Namun, dalam pencatatan transaksinya masih menggunakan pencatatan secara manual yang menyebabkan sering terjadinya kehilangan data penjualan dan harus mengulang pencatatan kembali sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan tidak akurat. Penggunaan Website dapat dijadikan sebagai media penjualan pada Mendi Shopping. </em><em>Unified Modeling Language (UML)</em><em> merupakan tools atau alat bantu yang dapat digunakan dalam melakukan desain terhadap sistem yang akan dibangun. UML dapat menggambarkan dengan jelas sistem informasi yang akan dibangun. Untuk membantu pihak Mendi Shopping dalam menyimpan data-data mereka, dibuat suatu database dengan menggunakan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan. Selain itu, dapat mengurangi kesalahan dan kehilangan data dalam pengolahan data penjualan. Website juga dapat menjadi media promosi yang menginformasikan produk-produk terbaru dan berkulitas sehingga dapat meningkatkan grafik penjualan pada Mendi Shopping.</em></p><p><em><strong>Kata kunci</strong></em><em>: </em><em>website, penjualan, MySQL, UML </em></p>
