Aam Cell's management information system aims to provide convenience in customer serving, selling, stock reporting and financial reporting. The selling process is doing by  online system on the web, so customers do not need to the counter to buy the goods. This selling information system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Waterfall design method. The proposed design system is described in four UML stages, they are context diagrams, use case diagrams, Activity  Diagrams and class diagrams. While the waterfall design method through the process of planning, modeling, construction, and deployment, which results in continuous support for a complete software. The tools used in developing this system are the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the Laravel framework, JavaScript, and using the MYSQL database. The security techniques used in designing this system are encryption, session and restrictions on the access rights of each user. With this system, it would be expected to assist customers in buying goods online, can help counter owners in managing goods stock and counter finance, so that the counter owner can estimate the profit correctly.Keywords: Management Information System, Counter, PHP, Laravel, MySQL.

The need for information in life has transformed into basic needs. As an impact, this will cause problems when not handled properly. The Garuda Cooperative is one of the Employee Cooperatives in Sragen with complex managerial data but its management is still manual. To support its business process, a management information system is needed to handle data quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a management information system for Garuda Cooperatives. The flow of research used is analysis, design, implementation, testing, and conclusion. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) in the form of a use case diagram and statechart diagram. The programming language used is Delphi with PostgreSQL as database management. The information system produced includes processing savings and loan business units, processing membership data and reports. The results of the system testing on 8 respondents showed that the system was running well to meet needs, had an attractive appearance, and was easy to use.

Pada saat ini penggunaan sistem informasi telah diterapkan oleh perusahaan untuk mendukung proses bisnis pada perusahaan secara real time dan terintegrasi. Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi ini pada dasarnya dapat diterapkan bukan hanya pada perusahaan saja, tetapi juga dalam industri pendidikan khususnya sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti ingin menggambarkan model sistem informasi manajemen untuk mendukung proses bisnis yang terdapat pada sekolah. Model konseptual sistem informasi manajemen untuk sekolah ini digambarkan dengan mengunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan pendekatan model arsitektur “4+1 View”. Model ini diharapkan dapat membantu analisis dan perancangan proses bisnis pada sekolah secara keseluruhan. ModelSistem informasi konseptual ini dapat membantu pengembang aplikasi sekolah dalam lebih memahami dan mengembangkan sistem. Sekolah dapat memperoleh pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang sistem informasi manajemen dengan menggunakan model sistem informasi manajemen ini.

This research was aiming to produce a management information system for Diploma Companion Certificate (SKPI). The target of the research to be achieved is the existence of an information system that can be used to manage the filling and printing of Companion Certificates. Management information system This Certificate of Companion is made to be applied in the Informatics Engineering Study Program S1 Faculty of Computer Science, University of Kuningan. This study discusses how the process of designing and developing an information system for managing Diploma Certificates of Completion in the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program. The absence of an application or information system for managing Diploma Certificates is a serious problem that must be considered. Managers of the S1 Informatics Engineering Study Program find it difficult in the process of making and filling Diploma Companion Certificates for their graduates. In the absence of a management information system, a Diploma of Companion Certificate, the process of making and filling with Certificate ofCompanion Certificate will take a long time. The method  used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). There are four stages in the use of this RUP method, namely the stages of inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The design model used in this study uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). The testing process is carried out using the Black Box Testing. Therefore, to solve these problems, an innovation is needed In the management ofa web-based Diploma Companion Certificate. It is expected that this information system can help and ease the Study Program in managing Diploma Companion Certificates.

Abstract - Knowledge management is needed right now, but many companies or institutions are constrained in conducting knowledge management because of the limitations of the information system. In Information Systems Study Program Universitas Terbuka still uses a manual system that uses Windows file explorer. This results in the difficulty of sharing information with outsiders. Therefore we need a web-based knowledge management information system design that can solve problems so far. The design model in this article uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, which is a structural model and techniques for modeling object-oriented program (OOP) design. The results of the design of knowledge management information systems are expected to be able to help develop software later. Keywords: information systems, knowledge management, Unified Modeling Language (UML).   Abstrak - Knowledge manajemen merupakan hal yang dibutuhkan saat ini, namun banyak perusahaan atau lembaga terkendala dalam melakukan knowledge manajemen karena keterbatasan sistem informasi. Di Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Terbuka masih menggunakan sistem manual yaitu menggunakan windows file explorer. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah perancangan sistem informasi manajemen knowledge berbasis web yang bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan selama ini. Model perancangan pada artikel ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML) yaitu model struktur dan teknik untuk pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP). The purpose of this study is to analyse the effectiveness of Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) on performance of public sector in Nigeria. Public finance management has come under immense scrutiny by donor community as well as general public in a call for enhanced accountability of the government expenditures for an improved public service delivery. To analyse the effectiveness of identified factors on the use of the system, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The sample size was drawn from the sections of finance department that includes, budgeting, procurement and internal audits, and at public works department where the financial systems are applied. The study revealed that there was a positive relationship between the effectiveness of IFMIS on public financial management and the independent variables; financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls and projects as was revealed in the regression analysis. The study concluded that there was a relationship between IFMIS in public finance and financial reporting, budgeting, internal control and government projects as 72.4% of the effectiveness of IFMIS was accounted for by the study independent variables. The relationship gave 95% confidence level of effectiveness. The study recommended that the IFMIS be enhanced and improved at system development level so that it gives real figure and factor in more functions of operation linked to financial service for better service delivery.

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Inspection of Universities infringement (PT) is one of Controlling, Supervising and Guidance (dalwasbin) activities aimed at developing problematic universities in order to be back on track and able to run Tri Dharma of Higher Education in accordance with National Standard of Higher Education. Based on the results of evaluation and inspection of Higher Education in 2017 at Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV there found 29 Universities out of 61 Universities that committed violations. Management of infringement inspection of Higher Education requires the role of information technology due to the geographic area of the Higher Education and management of Higher Education inspection that is still manual causing management to be ineffective and inefficient.  Coordination of Private Higher Education Region XIV requires an information system that can support and assist data of infringement in universities and management of universities inspection. The design of information system in this research used waterfall method. The design of system models used unified modeling language diagrams (UML) including use case diagrams and activity diagrams. The design of this information system generated a system that can support the management of integrated and centralized infringement inspection to facilitate the inspection, monitoring and reporting of inputs and information for Coordination of Private Higher Education and the ministry in mapping the institutional quality Higher Education.

ABSTRACTThe Village Management Information System is a system that produces information to support the management operations function and determine actions in the Village Government organization and Government on it. This system is designed and built based on the web to make it easier for relevant parties to interact with the system. The purpose of the design and construction of this system is to be able to realize orderly village government administration so as to produce the right information so that Village Governments and Governments at the top level can make decisions or policies that are also appropriate and to be able to shorten the time of administration by the public. The method of building this system begins by analyzing the system that is running and analyzing the system to be built. After analyzing the system, then designing the system using the Unified Modeling Languege modeling, MySQL Database Management System and built using the CodeIgniter Framework. The Village Management Information System was built based on observations made in Talawi Hilie Village, Talawi District, Sawahlunto City. With the construction of this system the Village Government can eliminate problems in the process of village administration, the community can save time in conducting village administration administration, and the Village Government and other relevant agencies can improve productivity and quality of work. Keywords: Information System, UML, MySql, codeIgniter.

This paper studied the Service-oriented software architecture. Recently service-oriented architecture is a research hot because it is open and flexible. But all people only concern its application in a certain field. Almost no one puts forward a general method for various field systems. Also there are no service-oriented developing software and tools. This paper proposes a service-orientation solution to the management information system based on SOA (Service-oriented architecture). Business process can be designed by interactive interface library. Users can complete the design of system by simply dragging the mouse. For various systems it is an efficient method because business process can be designed by interactive interface.
