Information technology is currently growing rapidly. Computers as information technology tools play an important role in solving data processing problems. Therefore, many companies are using information technology to improve enterprise data management. One of them is GAPEKSINDO Association. It is the organization of companies in construction services. In collecting data and processing business entity data, the companies will apply for Business Certificate, Gapeksindo Association in Papua have the problems, they are data collection and data processing is still using Excel. The weakness use Excel is the data storage can be accidentally deleted and search data will take a long time. Based on the problems above, information system is needed to support Papua Gapeksindo Association in collecting data and processing business data. It can provide convenience in collecting data and processing business data, ensuring security in storing data and it will be stored in database. This information system based on web by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design method. The development method using the Waterfall method and the testing method using Black Box.

The need of information and services quickly, accurately, and satisfy the modern era like today, felt increasingly required by each agency. Especially RSIA Selaras engaged in health services and services at any time is always in touch with the community or customer. Problems that occur in the institution are particularly RSIA Selaras outpatient care system that is not good because it is still an error occurs in the search for patient data, preparation of reports, the accumulated cost of service and does not support the use of information technology in this case the client server. With the construction of the optimal system would minimize the problems that often occur in patient care and the system can run smoothly. Designing the information system of computerized patient care will be able to ensure the provision of time to generate information and can control the opinion of the hospital automatically because most of the data stored in the file as well as the support of the computerized system. Information system design services outpatient designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, using a MySQL database. It is expected the system he designed outpatient care information might help solve the problems faced RSIA Selaras. To obtain the data needed for the study, the authors used several methods, among others: interviews, observation, and literature. The data obtained and analyzed and described using UML (Unified Modeling Language), and design method by analyzing the running system to detect problems. Hence the need for a data processing and semi-manual system to a computerized data processing system by using a programming outpatient services in order to facilitate the process of outpatient services.

Department of Information Technology Padang State Polytechnic growing rapidly, the number of students and the amount of data will increase too. However, these conditions will bring complex problems to the department to manage it in quantitative and qualitative way.  How complicated the problems faced when there are a lot of data that needs to be processed, and if it goes wrong it needs a long time to find, fix and change it. To minimize the errors and redundancies in processing the data, the department requires an academic information system. This system will manage student grades, final assignment and job training data at Information Technology Department. This web based Academic Information System was develop by using object oriented concept and JAVA especially J2EE technology as programming language and MYSQL Server as database. This system also design by using UML(Unified Modeling Language).

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Abstract The development of the day is increasingly rapidly, as well as technological advances.  Especially in computerised field. Computer is a tool to help work primarily in the field of business. Therefore, the community needs technology to complete its work and the presence of computer technology that is increasingly modern, fast and practical greatly affects the life of the wider community. The speed and accuracy of the information usually takes a long time, now in just a matter of seconds the information we can already receive.  By looking at the development of computer technology today, it is very important for the business world to improve the customer service and provide facilities in the rental service of West Jakarta area. Some buildings in West Jakarta are currently booking the building is still done manually so that it can cause errors and loss on consumer data data. In this case, the design of information system will be done to help booking a multipurpose building in West Jakarta area. Design to be created using UML. Beberapa gedung di Jakarta barat saat ini pemesanan gedung masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat menyebabkan kesalahan dan kehilangan pada data data konsumen. Dalam hal ini akan dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk membantu pemesanan gedung serbaguna wilayah Jakarta barat. Perancangan yang akan dibuat menggunakan Unified Modeling Language(UML). The development of information from time to time continues to increase` this is supported by the development of more advanced and adequate technology so that information can be accessed quickly and precisely. Based on the 2014-2018 Pasar Baru Kelurahan Vision that has been established and efforts to support the achievement of the Tangerang City mission by optimizing the authority of information technology-based public services through improving the quality of population administration and civil registration services. In fact in the process of storing data from the results of each work unit is still storing files in the ordner so it takes a long time to find the file that will be needed. To overcome the problems that occur, the authors make the design of a new village market administration information system The system will be built using the PHP programming language and Microsoft Access database. This application can simplify and speed up section heads and employees in accessing their documents independently so that administrative services become more effective and efficient and provide convenience in the processing of urban operational data in data storage services.

Information technology is closely related to wide area networks. BINUS University pays much attention to the development of information technology. Yet, it has not applied all concepts of information technology. There are still activities carried out conventionally such as meeting activity. This is the main attraction of the authors to implement a new system. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design an e-meeting application of Computer Science Department of BINUS University. By using this application, user will be easyto conduct meeting without location barrier. This research is using analysis method on literacy study, as well as analysis on current meeting process through interview with expert and user to detect current problem. Design method usies software engineering concept, by Unified Modeling Language and Entity Relationship Diagram. UML notation explains the overview and the detail of e-meeting system. Relational database explains data structure used in this system. The result of this research is a development of e-meeting web based application to help improve meeting activity to be more effective and efficient. E-meeting application has many helpful features as used in regular meeting, as well as administration panel to control and manage user of this application.

Information technology is very influential for the progress of a business. Various ways are done to promote the business owned, one of them by using ecommerce website. E-commerce is a buying and selling activity conducted online through the website or website. In KUN Toko case study case, the problem that often faced is the promotion media using only banners, the sale is still limited to offline, data storage and printing report is still in the form of records in the form of archives. The purpose of the research is to provide solutions to solve existing problems by designing an ecommerce-based sales information system. The results and conclusions of this research is ecommerce-based sales website can be used as a media campaign, simplify the process of selling done online, and can simplify the data processing and printing reports that no longer require recording in the form of archives.

Along with the increasingly tight competition of technology and information, making many government parties in Indonesia use technology as a supporter to improve its performance. The development of information technology systems led to changes in the role of information technology systems ranging from the role of efficiency, effectiveness to the strategic role, the existence of computerized data processing information becomes very important. That's because computerized data processing can contribute greatly to a company's performance, when compared to manual data processing. (Imtihan, 2015) Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Kota Praya Kabupaten Lombok Tengah do not have a computerized system for data processing promotion of employees, still done manually and data storage is still archive so as to enable the loss of damaged data or archive and also takes longer time in data processing employees. The process can create a continuous error and since the promotion is routinely given to the employee, it is necessary to create an information system that can manage the promotion process automatically in order to avoid mistakes or continuous errors such as errors when data lost or damaged archives and accelerate in time processing data employee who will conduct the promotion process so that required a computerized promotion information system that can regulate the process of promotion of employees. The information system is built using PHP programming language and Mysql database. Data collection method used in this research is the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The method of analysis used is SWOT method, design method used in this research is waterfall method and testing method used is black box testing method. The result of this research is to produce information system of processing process of promotion of employee to facilitate the employee in search process of promotion data and can facilitate officer at the time of data processing increase of employee pangat and also to minimize mistake of data processing promotion of employee rank.

In payroll data processing, AMIK Al Ma'soem still use semi computerization that is using Microsoft Excel application. Based on the observation of the author there are several weaknesses of the system used so far, namely: not integrated data, risk of duplication, edited and deleted data, reporting takes a long time and no lecturer paycheck.In the design of this system using a descriptive method approach in collecting data information needed to create a picture of the situation, incident, or the trend that is developing. While for system design isUML (unified Modeling Language). This system is implemented by using PHP web programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database.The design of this system is expected to facilitate the users in printing pay slips, printing payroll reports, making assignments, printing report assignments, making absences and lecturers can find information on salary and assignment easily.

Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is in need of an accounting information system that supports and provides satisfactory services for its members. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari is a cooperative engaged in several fields, one of which is a loan unit on credit. For this reason, researchers designed the Loan Accounting Information System. Koperasi Bina Mitra Usaha Jatisari method used by the buyer is swot analysis for the design method using unified Modeling language (UML) and blackbox testing system testing methods. This study makes it easy to record loan applications, member loan data, payments, data input, calculations and report generation.
