Information systems built in the form of social media and the internet make us able to carry out various activities without having to meet face to face. Social media is currently the main attraction for people to communicate and find information quickly. This is a great opportunity for companies to reach and expand their market. With an information system built in the form of social media and the internet, all obstacles, both distance and high costs, can be suppressed and communication can be carried out effectively. So far, PT. Red Eye Utama conducts marketing through radio advertisements, newspapers / billboards, this is what causes problems, due to limited space and time, as well as high costs to carry out all these processes. The negotiation process between the company and the customer is one of the obstacles that affects the company's service to customers. Therefore, one solution to the problems in this system is to build a Social Media Advertise Maintenance Information System. By using PIECES method analysis for improvements based on performance indicators, indicator information, economic indicators, control indicators, efficiency indicators and service indicators. To design the new system, object-oriented modeling is used, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language) which is the right tool to use in describing the system design that will be made according to User needs.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di UKM Dua Putra yaitu semua pengolahan data nya masih manual yaitu pengolahan data karyawan dan laporan penjualan. Pembuatan data karyawan dan laporan masih menggunakan kertas yang tentunya memakan banyak biaya untuk mencetaknya. Untuk meminimalisir kendala proses pengolahan data karyawan dan pembuatan laporan, maka di buatlah E-Commerce UKM Dua Putra. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk membuat sistem informasi E-Commerce di UKM Dua Putra. Dimana sistem informasi ini di buat menggunakan menggunakan konsep Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dan menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML). E-Commerce di toko UKM Dua Putra ini menggunakan kerangka PHP dan MySQL dalam proses penyusunan. Kerangka kerja ini dapat memudahkan programmer untuk membuat situs web E-Commerce. Setelah implementasi Sistem Informasi E-Commerce yang pada tugas terakhir ini berhasil. Sehingga bisa diterapkan oleh Toko UKM Dua Putra, dalam hal ini promosi dan penjualan online, dan dapat melakukan pengelolaan seluruh data produk, laporan data dan data pengguna.Kata kunci : E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP dan MySQL, UML. The problem that occurs in UKM Dua Putra is that all data processing is still manual, namely processing employee data and sales reports. Making employee data and reports still use paper which certainly costs a lot to print. To minimize the constraints on employee data processing and report generation, the Dua Putra SME E-Commerce was made. The purpose of this thesis is to create an E-Commerce information system in UKM Dua Putra. Where this information system is created using the concept of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. E-Commerce in the Dua Putra UKM store uses the PHP and MySQL framework in the preparation process. This framework can make it easier for programmers to create E-Commerce web sites. After the implementation of the E-Commerce Information System which in this last task was successful. So it can be applied by the Dua Putra SME Store, in this case online promotion and sales, and can manage all product data, data reports and user data.Keywords: E-Commerce, UKM Dua Putra, PHP and MySQL, UML.

Pura Barutama Inc. is a printing and packaging company based in the city of Kudus, where its financial information such as pre-order reports, accounts receivable balance reports, invoice information, and income tax article 23, must be inquired manually to the finance department. So there are issues with access to the financial information that is directly linked to consumers and vendors, namely a lack of flexibility and productivity in marketing, tax, and purchasing departments. Therefore, this study aims to provide solutions to the problems by designing and building a web-based financial information system. This information system was designed using object-oriented modeling methods, namely the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, and was built with the PHP programming language using the CodeIgniter framework and Oracle database which was directly connected to Pura Barutama Inc. This information system is expected to increase flexibility and efficiency in the marketing, taxation, and purchasing departments of the company’s financial data management process and can obtain financial details without requesting the finance department.

The Educational Assessment Center is a Government Agency under the Ministry of Education and Culture's Research and Development Agency. To carry out office activities, it is necessary to be supported by the availability of supplies to support these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the management of state owned goods. Where the data processing is still done manually, that is, the demand for goods is done by filling out the paper form, so that the process of processing requires more time. Based on these problems an information system is needed. This information system is designed based on Object Oriented by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system modeling language to facilitate employees in processing data of State owned goods..

Wedding Organizer is a service that works personally to help bride and groom in planning and supervision of the implementation of the wedding party in accordance with schedule and bugdet that have been set. Wedding organizer information system created using web-based information technology, with the aim to expand the area of promotion and sale of wedding packages and simplify the ordering process. System Design Information Ordering Wedding Organizer is UML modeling visualization (Unified Modeling Language) by using some object-oriented visualization diagram. The programming language used is the PHP programming language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) based on the Laravel framework as well as Javascript, with MySQL as the Database Management System (DBMS), and Atom as an editor. Wedding organizer information system is very helpful for people who do not want to bother with their wedding planning issues. Archiving incoming and outgoing mail is very important in an organization, especially for institutions such as SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru. The filing of letters at SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru is still done by writing incoming and outgoing letters on the agenda book and storing letters in filing cabinets, making it difficult to find old letter archives and often losing letters. The purpose of this research is to find the right solution so that the archiving of incoming and outgoing mail at SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru is more effective and efficient by making an application for archiving incoming and outgoing mail. The method used in this research is the system development model method, namely the Waterfall Model. The application design and analysis model uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model which is an object-oriented language or OOP (Object Oriented Programming). Application development and development uses a static programming language, namely PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor) and MySQL as application database. The results of the research on the making of incoming and outgoing mail archiving applications are very helpful and easier for SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru in filing incoming and outgoing mail, especially the Administration (School Administration) section because letter archiving is already stored in the database. The conclusion is that the application is very easy and helpful in archiving incoming mail and this letter is evident from the user's assessment of the application with a value of 92% more effective and efficient.

Design a Mobile Based Lecturer Payroll Information System at Ma’soem University to provide solutions to several lecturers who have limited time so they do not have time to fill in lecturer attendance after completing lectures so that it affects the work of the finance and curriculum sections,The approach method used is an object-oriented approach (object oriented) which consists of object-oriented analysis (OOA), and object-oriented design (OOD). The system development method used is prototype. While the author's modeling system uses Unified Modeling Language (UML).With the design of the lecturer payroll information system, it is expected to facilitate lecturers in completing attendance and seeing details of their income, the finance department does not have to work overtime to make lecturer salary reports, and the curriculum section is more facilitated in controlling lecturer performance.

<p><em>Mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Manajemen Informatika jenjang D3 Politeknik Negeri Sambas memiliki kewajiban untuk lulus seminar proposal skripsi sebagai syarat untuk dapat mengikuti pembimbingan skripsi. Namun dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini terdapat kendala dalam kegiatan akademik mahasiswa, dimana terbatasnya kegiatan akademik yang bersifat tatap muka. Dikarenakan sangat pentingnya kegiatan akademik seperti proses seminar proposal yang harus tetap berjalan, maka dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi pengajuan proposal agar dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan akademik mulai dari pengajuan proposal skripsi, verifikasi proposal skripsi, informaasi jadwal seminar serta monitoring kegiatan proposal skripsi. Adapun metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi prototyping, serta UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai metode permodelan secara visual untuk perancangan sistem berorientasi objek. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi proposal skripsi berbasis web yang dapat diimplementasikan di jurusan Manajemen Informatika POLTESA sehingga dapat dijangkau seluruh civitas akademika dengan mudah pada periode tugas akhir serta dapat mempermudah pihak jurusan untuk mengolah pengajuan skripsi dan memonitoring mahasiswa yang sedang dalam tahap menempuh skripsi, dimana hasil penelitian ini sangat dibutuhkan disituasi pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.</em></p><p><strong><em>Kata kunci</em></strong>— Proposal Skripsi, Covid-19, <em>prototyping</em>, UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>) </p><p><em>Final year students of the Department of Information Management at D3 State Polytechnic of Sambas have the obligation to pass the thesis proposal seminar as a condition of being able to participate in thesis guidance. However, in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic there are obstacles in student academic activities, where face-to-face academic activities are limited. Due to the very importance of academic activities such as the proposal seminar process that must continue, this study aims to create a proposal submission information system so that it can be used for academic activities starting from submitting thesis proposals, verifying thesis proposals, informing seminar schedules and monitoring thesis proposal activities. The software development methodology used in this study uses the prototyping methodology, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a visual modeling method for object-oriented system design. The result of this research is a web-based thesis proposal information system that can be implemented in the Department of Information Management POLTESA so that it can be easily reached by the entire academic community in the final project period and can make it easier for the department to process thesis submissions and monitor students who are in the thesis stage. where the results of this research are needed in the current situation of the Covid-19 pandemic.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong>— <em>Thesis proposal, </em><em>Covid-19, prototyping, UML (Unified Modeling Language)</em><em></em></p>

In managing the administrative data of loading and unloading production suction vessels at PT. Gusti Glori Sukses still uses manual administrative data management. All recapitulation of company administrative documents is still archived on sheets of paper, document preparation is still manual, which is considered less effective and efficient. Because data collection is still inaccurate, the effect on report presentation and administrative data processing tends to be slow. So that PT. Gusti Glori Sukses wants to have an information system for managing the loading and unloading administrative data of production suction vessels that is accessed internally which makes it easier for the company to run the company's operations smoothly. An information system that is made must be effective and in accordance with needs. The research method used in the development of this information system uses object-oriented design and analysis methods, with the FAST model, and the tools used are the Unified Modeling Language (UML). With the implementation of the information system for loading and unloading production suction vessels at PT. Gusti Glori Sukses based on computerization, all problems faced can be resolved, so that the administration of loading and unloading production suction boats can run optimally so that it becomes more effective and efficient.
