The current practice of cadastral and forensic activities shows its subjectivity. The expert makes a resolution in each specific case and for each specific real estate object. The traditional priority of a paper document over an electronic one also plays an important role. The article deals with the problem of the EGRN data reliability, which, according to the author, consists in the lack of unified approaches to gathering and processing source documents, analyzing the set of real estate objects characteristics, as well as their verification (audit). The purpose of the study is to develop a method of multi-documentary cadastral audit of real estate objects, which consists of a set of procedures for processing and analyzing documented cadastral information presented in the form of a disparate documents set. The results of the study showed the possibility of unifying and justifying a reliable model of a real estate object at any time, which is essential for verifying the reliability of the registered characteristics in the EGRN and formalizing expert activities. The developed method of multi-documentary cadastral audit simulates the work of a specialist and enables automating expert activities in the field of real estate, which meets modern trends in automation and digitalization.

Documents are an essential element of any information system functioning in society: social, economic, political, technical. Different types of information are materialized in different documents, which at present can be paper-based or electronic. Despite the fact that the modern state and its citizens are more and more “digitalized”, the traditional paper document does not lose its position, being the main form of consolidating both legal relations and human thoughts. Accordingly, it is he who is of utmost importance in proving the factual circumstances of the commission of crimes. A “paper” document can be the object of research of a number of examinations, which are far from being limited to traditional forensic ones, but are widely supplemented by other judicial ones. Each of them makes its own requirements for the documents, both the carriers of the direct object of research, and other materials necessary for the effective solution of the expert problem in order to establish the factual circumstances of the crime under investigation. In this regard, we consider it necessary to consider the tactical and methodological foundations of the examination of the document and the further appointment of examinations, taking into account their modern capabilities.

Radial charts were commonly used in the industry to allow retrospective assessment of technological parameters. Today it is relevant to digitize the obtained data in order to simplify the automation of technological processes. Digitization of radial charts by means of standard methods is carried out with the help of human labor at significant time costs. The article proposes an automated method for digitizing radial charts using software, developed in the LabVIEW programming environment. The results of processing radial charts are displayed on the screen in numerical and graphical form, and can also be exported to a file (for example, to Notepad or MS Excel). The presented technique can be applied to images obtained on a color or black-and-white scanner, which minimizes geometric distortions, associated with the conversion of a paper document into electronic form, and ensures recognition quality of the clear plot line with an average relative error of up to 3 %. In case of ink fading or perspective photos of the diagram, the value of relative error can reach 8 %, as a result of which additional manual correction of the data will be required.

The global shipbuilding community continues to embrace digital ecosystems in the context of Industry 4.0. Functioning ecosystems, in turn, are an indispensable attribute of digitalization. The growth of interest in ecosystems is explained by the emergence of technologies that enable interaction between participants in business processes within the framework of their activities, as well as the almost instant provision of the necessary information to interested parties (digital twin, big data, etc.). For the widespread adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, it is still necessary to solve many particular problems, which reflect narrowly focused issues of limitations and applicability of technologies in relation to shipbuilding, as well as a range of issues of legal regulation, standardization and certification. On the one hand, a tool such as 3D modeling, which is one of the key points of digitalization of production, has long been used in shipbuilding, but in the form of design aids. The purpose of this work is to analyze the problems of the existing interaction between design bureaus and shipyards in organizing the digital transformation of production. The main reasons for the emerging problems are identified and considered, such as the lack of a centralized approach to interaction, the absence at the industry level of a decision on the dominance of the 3D model over the paper document, the heterogeneity of the CAD systems used, the unavailability of industrial sites to use the information of the 3D model in full, etc. aspects of interaction and methods of their solution. New solutions are proposed for the composition of the supplied documentation and in terms of interaction between the participants in this process from the side of design bureaus and shipyards.

In a difficult economic context in the world in general and in the countries of sub-Saharan Africa in particular where we seek to make maximum return on investments; this paper draws on part of cloud computing technologies to offer traditional universities the possibility of carrying out practical work via the cloud without using either physical IT equipment or physical practical rooms; and on the other hand, on videoconferencing technologies to ensure synchronous monitoring of this practical work. Thus, a cloud-based laboratory model for STEM disciplines is proposed in [1]. In the implementation of the model, we proposed the solution based on practical work in the field of IT. This paper document is an extension of [1] and offers a videoconferencing solution for monitoring practical work applied on the cloud for collaborative work between the teacher and the learners. In this new model, practical work is done using virtual machines from the cloud, but real-time monitoring is provided by a videoconferencing system, the following functionalities of which have been added: screen sharing, file sharing and virtual classroom recording.
