Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.

The research was aimed to know the process of current system and also design and develop submission of pension credit information system design at BTPN branch office Majalaya. The research method used were done by direct observation, interview, and also literature study. Based on the research result, the process of current system is still manual is the Lorina Menu, so it is less effective and efficient. The software development method used was using waterfall method and the design tool was UML (Unified Modeling Language), Delphi as language program and SQL Server as database system. There are some suggestion for solving those problems: 1) maximaxing technology usage; 2) making system maintenance routinely: 3) providing training for users of the application system; and 4) developing system in future.

This study aims to create a system that can simplify common operational activities of pharmacy such as purchasing, inventory, and sales. The system is expected to improve manual processes of purchasing, inventory, and sales into a computerized ones. In addition, this system also provides convenience, accuracy, and speed for owner or management to access reports of purchase, inventory, and sales in real-time. The research methods used are literature studies, field studies, and the methods of analysis and design of object-oriented information system design language UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tthe result of this research is an information system of purchasing, inventory, and sales of medicines that may help pharmacies to get information quickly and accurately, and to help pharmacy operations to run more effectively and efficiently.

Dengan melihat kecanggihan teknologi terkini, sehingga informasi tidak lagi dalam bentuk konvensional namun sekarang sudah diterapkan elektronik yang disajikan. Di dalam pengelolaan karya ilmiah di STISIP YUPPENTEK ini masih manual sehingga memiliki permasalahan-permaslahan seperti penerbitan jurnal yang begitu susah dan data terpisah-pisah karena membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dan biaya cukup besar. Arikel ilmiah pada STISIP YUPPENTEK belum memenuhi syarat ketentuan dikti perihal akreditasi jurnal yang mengharuskan jurnal dikelola dengan cara online dalam pengelolaan yang dilakukan lebih dengan mudah dan cepat. Setelah peneliti menganalisa permasalahan dengan menggunakan suatu metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka serta menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut peneliti memberikan usulan sistem yang memudakan pengguna sehingga proses pengelolaan jurnal dapat lebih memudahkan pengguna. Kata Kunci: Jurnal Ilmiah, E-Journal, Open Journal System, Indeksasi By looking at the sophistication of the latest technology, so the information is no longer in the conventional form but now it is applied electronics are presented. In the management of scientific work in STISIP YUPPENTEK is still manual so it has problems such as publishing journals that are so difficult and data separated because it takes quite a long time and cost is quite large. The scientific article on STISIP YUPPENTEK has not fulfilled the requirement of dictation about journaling accreditation which requires the journal to be managed by online in the management which done more easily and quickly. After the researchers analyze the problem by using a method of collecting data in the form of observation, interview and literature study and using Flowchart. To overcome these problems the researchers provide a system proposal that allows users so that the process of managing the journal can further facilitate the user. The method used to develop an information system is to apply the analytical method using SWOT analysis, as well as data collection methods, there are three stages that must be done in collecting data, namely, Observation, Interview, and determining Literature Review (Literature Study) with the journal. The design method is done using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Notepad ++, XAMPP and the web browser used to open the web that has been designed, Google Chrome. With the licensing system in and out of employees at PT Sintech Berkah Abadi can make it easier for employees to permit and more efficient in its use because they do not have to wait for HRD or leaders when outside the city.

Employees as one element in a company have rights and obligations to the company. One of the rights for employees is leave or permission for a certain time. The obligation of a company is to provide such leave or permission. In the process of applying for leave or employee permits so far, many use conventional processes. Conventional here means still using a form in the form of a sheet of paper leave or permission and must be sent to various parties for approval. This will take a long time and is not in line with the Go Green Program that is being carried out by many companies. Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and Replace are the four concepts of the Go Green program. Replacing the application for leave or permission that has been using a form (paper) by using a web-based application program is a step forward by the company to implement the Go Green concept. Web-based application programs in addition to reducing paper usage also do not require large physical data storage areas. This can be realized by making a web-based leave application which is certainly easier in terms of access to all employees. Meanwhile, data storage can be stored in cloud storage media. In this study, an application design will be made using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to be used as a reference during development. UML provides many diagrams, but in this study only a few diagrams were used. The results of the study indicate that application design using UML can facilitate communication between stakeholders, can make it easier for programmers to translate into programming languages. Using UML can reduce application creation errors and speed up completion.

In terms of data processing information, in NIASA CV there is no permanent systemyet, did not use any application like Microsoft Excel and others. For the size of a company, according to the author's observations there are many weaknesses, and the system used so far is only the result of the calculation of the purchase of raw materials and the sale of finished goods. The report also took a long time to record it because there is no bookkeeping.In this design system using the method of survey in the collection and processing of data information to contain a picture of the situation in place of research object.  As for system design, the author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML it self are one of many tools under Object Oriented Programming, so safe to assume that Star UML will be the right tool for analyze. The design is now expected to facilitate users in reporting and the owners of  Niasa CV can view or collect reports easily, quickly, and probably help the CV to have a permanent system.

ayroll systems in every company vary, most have used computer-based information systems, but there are still some companies that have not implemented it as in SD KUMNAMU SCHOOL. In this educational institution in the payroll information system is still using the calculation manually and using MS aids program. Excel. In this study using SWOT method as a method used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and system threats that run today through several stages of interview and literature study. Which produces a payroll information system that can manage computerized payroll, perform absentee calculations, automatically calculate monthly salary, allowances calculation, present salary slips and salary reports required every month or every year and others. System design using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool, while in making system program using MySQL tool to design database and PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) as programming language.

PT Surya Multi Cipta is a company engaged in manufacturing machine. Sales process at PT Surya Multi Cipta still rely on Microsoft Office and Excel for recording sales and other data. Reporting process is often hampered due to the data must be searched manually, so that required sales information system. The purpose of research is to build information systems sales of PT. Surya Multi Cipta to solve systematic sales and report problems. The method used by researcher to make sales information system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototype method and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sales information system created using laravel framework and programming language PHP, JavaScript and MySQL database. The results of this research is a websitebased sales information system that helps in the process of selling. Based on the results of testing and evaluation of researchers, sales information system is able to help the business process running.

PT Himalaya Everest Jaya, a company engaged in importers, exporters of electricity and mechanics. In its daily life, PT Himalaya Everest Jaya has used information technology in its operational activities. But problems are often found in supporting operational activities in the field. Where this can hamper the work of every employee who uses it. The problems that often occur include hardware, software, and network connections. Current problem submission is still not effective because employees who have problems must contact the IT directly or by using the telephone. Likewise with recording problems, because the EDP / IT still records every problem using a paper that can be lost or damaged at any time. Therefore, an integrated Helpdesk application is needed and can be accessed quickly by employees and the EDP / IT division. The method used in designing this application is based on the Web, to find out which system is running, the author uses several tools such as Flowmap and UML (Unified Modeling Language), while the system development method uses the Waterfall method. The supporting software used is Xampp, and MySQL as the builder and program documentation. With the existence of a web-based system that has been connected to this database, the process of delivering and handling complaints is expected to be resolved properly and quickly in its handling.
