In Islamic economy, the market has important values, because it must have morality or ethics which is one of the responsibilities of every economic agents. Ethics in business must be realized personally which aims for every business person who trades to seek the maximum profit, in Islamic trade it is not just looking for a profit but looking for a blessing. This research explains how the application of Islamic business ethics in marketing Muslim clothing at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor and how the concept of Islamic marketing in Muslim business at Almeera Moslem Store Bogor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which means to describe some information in the field with data collection techniques used in this study in the form of interviews, and documentation.  The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics in the marketing practice of Muslim clothing at Almeera Muslim Store Bogor has fully implemented the principles of justice, the principle of justice, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility, and the principle of truth.  In the implementation of the marketing concept at the Almeera Moslem Store Bogor in the form of product marketing, prices, and transactions, but there is one thing, namely product satisfaction which is a problem for which there is no solution.  The general solution is to negotiate. Almeera Moslem Store Bogor is always friendly and courteous to consumers in service and marketing as has been implemented in Islamic law.

Women play a fundamental role in the economy of any society. They work as a farmer, on wages basis, as business person, administrator, and entrepreneurs. Women in rural areas face constraints in engaging in all activities viz. cultural, social, economical, health and nutrition etc. Because of gender-based discrimination and social norms, most of their work remains unseen, unrecognized and undervalued. Therefore, this study was conducted on 600 rural (300 male 300 female) people to assess the educational status and sensitivity level. Data was collected with the help of self structured questionnaire by survey method. Results of the study shows that illiterate females (42.90%) were almost double of male (24.40%) that shows high degree of gender disparity in educational level and male members were more sensitized on different aspects (Household responsibility 4.407*, Economical 3.815*, Health and Nutrition 3.243*, Political 2.548*, Media and Technologies 2.126*)  as compare to female regarding equality.  So, there was a need to promoting gender equality and women’s economic empowerment.

Quality is the overall characteristics and characteristics of a product or service whose ability to satisfy needs, both expressed and implied (Irwan & Haryono, 2015). In this era of increasingly competitive industrialization, every business person who wants to win the competition in the industrial world will pay full attention to quality. QCC is a new concept to improve the quality and productivity of industrial/service work. It is evident that one of the success factors of industrialization in Japan is the effective implementation of QCC. In this research journal, the quality of crude palm oil (CPO) levels is decreasing. There are 3 types of defects, namely levels of FFA (Free Fatty Acids), levels of Moisture (Water) and levels of Dirt (Stool). Of these three, the most dominant are FFA levels and Moisture levels. Free fatty acid content (FFA) of 158 samples tested contained 150 samples of free fatty acids (FFA) which were outside the company standard. Then followed by moisture content with a total defect of 45 samples from 158 test samples. At the level of dirt (Dirt) there are absolutely no samples that are outside the company's standards.

The social media forum is a new way to change the face value of commercial products and services. We can say that it is a new door or door to enter this door over time, connect people from all over the world, and not spend a lot of money. You can create a fan page portal to promote your business through commodity communication skills, good strategy, and marketing. You can reach the place where you set the target. The primary reason for this examination is to contemplate the connection between informal organizations and the development of a business person. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire of 250 respondents. Four elements—Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter—were tested to see the relationship of social networks and entrepreneur growth. The results show the impact of Google, LinkedIn, and Twitter on companies, but Facebook has no impact on entrepreneurs.

The article considers the training method for teaching professionally oriented and intercultural communication. The use of training sessions during the study of educational topics in the classroom activates the students’ work, helps to consolidate the theoretical knowledge obtained, and motivates students for independent, collective, team work. There is no universally recognized classification of training. The article considers the division of training into three types: educational, personal, and professional. All these three types of training are used by the authors as the final stage of work on a certain topic. The work using the training method is described by the example of teaching students in the discipline “Professionally oriented foreign language”, which consists of two modules: professional communication and intercultural communication. The article provides examples of training in the first and second modules. In the first module, training helps to consolidate the so-called “flexible skills”, which cover the following topics: leadership, the ability to manage, criticize, resolve conflicts, speak publicly, persuade, negotiate, hold small-talk conversations, be a business person, learn from animals, birds, have business qualities of a leader. In the second module, students get acquainted with training on intercultural communication; learn to deal with people of other cultures, with the peculiarities of cultures, and with mistakes that can be made at the intercultural level.

With the existence of a company as a business entity in the business world between Indonesia and Cambodia, it makes the arrangement of company establishment an initial concern. In Indonesia, a Company is a legal entity that is a capital partnership, established based on an agreement, carrying out business activities with capital, established based on an agreement, conducting business activities with an authorized capital wholly divided into shares and complying with the requirements stipulated in this Law and its implementing regulations. A Cambodia limited liability company (LLC) is managed by officers and directors and is funded by capital provided by the shareholders. It can be as small as a single business person or as large as a business with many shareholders. Companies provide a framework for businesses to own property, sign contracts, and engage in legal action without putting the assets of their shareholders at risk.
