Kinerja karyawan merupakan kunci sukses dari keberhasilan perusahaan, maka dari itu karyawan dituntut profesional, integritas serta produktif dalam pencapaian kerjanya. Agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Keterbaharuan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketemukan penelitian sebelumnya yang membahas mengenai upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang distribusi di Serang. Batasan dalam penelitian ini hanya untuk melakukan analisis besarnya pengaruh upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantuan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 10 poin dan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 40 buah untuk menguji tiga (5) hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Model Structural Equation Modeling dipergunakan untuk menguji signifikansi statistik koefisien jalur. Temuan hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi temuan membuktikan bahwa kedisiplinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara tidak langsung pengaruhnya melalui motivasi

Train users in Indonesia began to increase, it can be seen from the data of passengers as a whole increased from year to year. These improvements must be supported with the customer perceived value, because it will affect of rail users. Long distance train in Indonesia distinguished its kind, namely the executive, business and economics. In this study, it more emphasis on the train executives, especially in Java. Issues examined here is whether the customer perceived value have an influence on satisfaction and commitment resulting in loyalty. This affects the sustainability of a rail business, because the level of competition arise among existing transportation, whether by air, land or sea. Sampling was done by simple random sampling, the number of respondents was 323. The instrument was tested with reliability and validity. The data used to answer the problem by using structural equation modeling with six hypotheses were tested. The results indicate that the hypothesis occurs between the customer perceived value influence consumer satisfaction and commitment. The effect between satisfaction and commitment to loyalty shows that satisfaction has no effect on loyalty, commitment while consumers have an influence on loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari angket dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di lembaga pendidikan tinggi islam sebanyak 75 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling acak tanpa memperhatikan strata anggota populasi karena dianggap telah homogen. Teknik analisis data pengukuran dan pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian lanjutan adalah menambah jumlah variabel penelitian dan menggunakan mix method sebagai metode untuk memperkaya telaah

Industri Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor industri. Pembinaan dan pendampingan kelompok usaha ini merupakan bagian penting dari Kementerian Perindustrian, termasuk keterlibatan Pejabat Fungsional Penyuluh Industri (PFPP). PFPP, adalah pejabat fungsional yang bertugas melakukan penyuluhan terhadap industri khususnya industri kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) PFPP dilihat dari sikap kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 191 responden PFPP yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah yang dipilih dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS yang sebelumnya telah diuji dengan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap kewirausahaan terhadap komitmen dan OCB. Ditemukan juga pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sikap kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen terhadap OCB, serta pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB melalui komitmen. Sedangkan pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen ditemukan berhubungan negatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap kewirausahaan tidak mendukung OCB melalui komitmen. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memiliki beberapa variabel yang lebih luas, dengan tetap memperhatikan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel bebas. This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity and spiritual intelligence to the students self-efficacy. The object in this study were management students of the Economics faculty at UNIM management (Islamic University of Majapahit) Mojokerto 2013/2014. This study used Simple random sampling. The number of samples which were used in this study were 113 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The method of analysis was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that creativity gives significant effect on students self-efficacy. Creativity influences independence. Spiritual intelligence influences students self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences student independence. However, Spiritual intelligence does not affect the independence of the student. Creativity does not affect the independence through student self-efficacy. Spiritual intelligence does not affect the independence through self-efficacy

This study aimed to determine empirically learning organization have affect to competence, competence have significant affects to performance, learning organization through competence have significant affect to performance. The method used in sampling was simple random sampling, a total of  200 employee at Bank “XXX” in Jakarta The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), using by LISREL versi 8.8 are need to test the hypothesis. The results showed, learning organization give effect competence, competence give effect performance, learning organization through competence give effect performance  which means that the research hypothesis tested.  Through these results can be material for the attention of Bank “XXX”to keep improving the learning organization, competence heve affect the performance of the business, because through good performance can affect the competitive advantage for Bank XXX” in running the business. Keywords: learning organization,competence, performance, SEM

This study determines the impact of loneliness on creativity through a powerful and essential mediator of intrinsic motivation. The ability to motivate oneself leads towards the accomplishment of tasks and creative work. In recent years, workplace loneliness has become a more critical issue in both academic and practical debates. So, this study highlighted the significant cause of creativity which could help the organization to handle the problem of loneliness. The study assumes that when isolation at the workplace is high, employees are less approachable towards their tasks. So, their performance and creativity reduced. Because loneliness leads to stress, depression and anger, it reduces the creative skills of employees. To enhance creativity, lonely employees must be motivated to minimise their adverse outcomes. So, the research question arises: Does intrinsic motivation (IM) intervene in between the workplace loneliness (WL) and employees' creativity? This study is also significant because employees and employers' relations are the backbone of their respective organizations and directly affect the performance and growth of their respective organizations. A data collection survey method was held on employees of Banking Sector currently working in Vehari district of Pakistan. Sample space was the employees of Pakistani banks working on officer grades. There is a total of 124 bank branches in Vehari District of Pakistan. In these 124 branches, a total of 726 employees were working on managerial positions which were targeted for data collection. Simple random sampling technique was employed to collect the information from the respondents. Simple random sampling techniques were used to avoid from the busyness and undesirable unknown effects from the target population. Data were obtained from 400 banking officers. For data collection, validated and adapted questionnaires were used. Each variable of the survey was measured through a Likert scale of 5 points. For statistics evaluation, the statistical tools such as reliability of data, collinearity of data, the association of variable's, mediation and Regression were tested. For data reliability and validation, Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used while to measure the direct, indirect or mediation effect was measured through smart pls 3. Smart PLS3 is a landmark in latent variable modelling. It combines state of the art methods with an easy to use and in-built graphical user interface. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is utilized to quantify the power of essential philosophies with spotted data. Results showed Workplace Loneliness has a definite and meaningful relationship with employee's creativity. Results also supported the intervening role of Intrinsic motivation (IM) between the relationship Workplace Loneliness (WL) on Employees’ creativity (EC). The study provides significant implications in literature and for practitioners who are interested in measuring the profound effect of loneliness on creativity. Hypotheses are tested through mediation and for mediation analysis through the most commonly used approach of baron and Kenny. From results, it is stated that workplace loneliness is predicting the intrinsic motivation and creativity. Intrinsic motivation is the mediator in the current study, which partially intermediates the relation of WL and EC. So, it can be stated that employees can only be creative and able to utilize their cognition abilities for creativity when they are socially isolated from other works. The findings authenticate all hypotheses and their correspondence between the workplace loneliness, creativity and intrinsic motivation. In a nutshell, intrinsic motivation is the crucial element for creativity because when employees are internally satisfied with their work, they become energized and motivated and perform their work in a creative way. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi khususnya di Indonesia menyebabkan munculnya praktik e-business baru yaitu OFD (Online Food Delivery) yang banyak diminati masyarakat karena membuat proses pemesanan makanan menjadi lebih hemat biaya dan efektif, karena makanan tiba tepat saat dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang strategi pemasaran digital RACE berbasis perilaku pelanggan dengan studi kasus pada pengguna layanan OFD Go-Food dan GrabFood di Surabaya. Tahapan digital marketing RACE terbagi menjadi 4 tahapan yaitu Reach, Act, Convert and Engage, sedangkan customer behavior memiliki 10 elemen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku customer yaitu Motivasi, Gaya Hidup, Persepsi Konsumen, Pembelajaran, Sikap, Komunikasi, Kelompok Rujukan, Keluarga, Kelas Sosial, dan Budaya. Dalam penelitian ini Go-Food dan GrabFood digunakan sebagai objek penelitian karena saat ini sebagai pemimpin segmen OFD untuk kawasan Asia Tenggara termasuk Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan total sebanyak 100 responden dan teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tahap Reach dipengaruhi oleh keluarga, Tahap Act dipengaruhi oleh persepsi konsumen, komunikasi, dan sikap, Tahap Convert dipengaruhi oleh kelompok rujukan, dan motivasi, Tahap Engage dipengaruhi oleh budaya, gaya hidup, kelompok rujukan keluarga, kepribadian, komunikasi, pembelajaran, persepsi konsumen, dan sikap.

Revolusi Industri yang sudah memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 memiliki peluang dan tantangan bagi perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di seluruh dunia. Tidak terkecuali dengan lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah. Lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah harus dapat adaptatif dan bertahan ditengah perubahan  lingkungan dan persaingan yang semakin luar biasa. Untuk dapat bertahan dan mencapai visi, misi dan tujuan-tujuan perusahaan, sumber daya manusia memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sangat vital. Dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 , sumber daya manusia harus memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan perubahan yang diakibatkan oleh era revolusi industri ini. Sebagai lembaga keuangan syariah, kompetensi berbasis nilai-nilai Islam harus dimiliki para pegawai ataupun karyawan sebagai bekal dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan sehari-hari maupun dukungan terhadap pencapaian tujuan-tujuan perusahaan  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis anteseden kompetensi sumber daya manusia Islami dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 bagi  lembaga keuangan berbasis syariah. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square ( SEM-PLS ) dimana terlebih dahulu di lakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik kemudian uji hipotesis untuk data tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai lembaga keuangan syariah di Kota Medan yang meliputi perbankan syariah, asuransi syariah dan pegadaian syariah. Metode penarikan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Variabel motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap kompetensi sumber daya manusia Islami dalam mneghadapi revolusi industtri.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promotion mix terhadap keputusan mahasiswa kuliah di Universitas Tamansiswa Padang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling sehingga dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 103 responden, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan angket dan observasi dan keperpustakaan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis structural equation modeling (SEM). Berdasarkan analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) pada indikator advertising, sales promotion, public relation, direct marketing, word of mounth dan event didapatkan bahwa semua indikator promotion mix berpengaruh kearah positif atau signifikan dengan nilai probability < 0,05, sedangkan Chi_Squarehitung sebesar 3086,861 > Chi_Squaretabel sebesar 31,671 dengan probability (p) sebesar 0,000.
