This article describes about the contribution of education in the family to form muslim personality qualified. The family has an important role in determining the progress of a nation, so they theorize that the family is a very important unit in society. Therefore, all kinds of community depravity is the result of weak family institutions. For a child the family is the first and foremost place for growth and development. The main function of the family is as a vehicle to educate, nurture and socialize children, develop the ability of all its members in order to perform its functions in the community well, and, to provide satisfaction and a healthy environment in order to achieve prosperous family. The family is the earliest and most effective place to run the functions of the education and welfare. If the family fails to teach the truth, the spirit, the desire to be the best, and master the basic abilities. Because the failure of the family in shaping the character of the child will result in the growth of people with bad character or not character.

Evaluation Of The Acceleration Program In SMA Negeri 3, Gorontalo. This study aims to: a) evaluate various policies regarding the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the context stage, b) evaluate the availability of available resources to support the implementation of the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the input stage, c) evaluate the implementation of the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the stage of the process, and d) evaluate the success achieved in the implementation of the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city at the product stage. This study employs an evaluative approach with data collection techniques, such as interview, observation and documentation.The results indicate that; 1) the results of the evaluation context that supports the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city show that there is an acceleration program of policy in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo City and the understanding of policy makers about the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city is intensively good , the formulation of the vision and mission of the school supports the policy implementation of the accelerated program, b) the results of the input evaluation show that the input component is a) the availability of human resources, namely teachers and academic support personnel, 2) the availability of facilities and infrastructure that support the implementation of the program (classes, laboratories, IT), d) curriculum, e) student recruitment , f) availability of funds, all of which support the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city, 3) the results of the evaluation of the process show that the stages of the learning process carried out in the acceleration program in SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city are very dynamic and support the improvement of the competence of students studying in the accelerated class, and 4) the results of product evaluation indicate that a product stage of the acceleration program at SMA Negeri 3 Gorontalo city , shows that the evaluation criteria for students’ learning outcomes in the accelerated class display good results with an average of 95.75 or very good category.

Children's Education in Transmigrant Muslim Communities in Huwongo Paguyaman Village, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo. This paper aims to find out more about formal and non-formal education in the children of Muslim transmigrants in the village of Huwongo Paguyaman, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo.In general, various forms of implementation of education have been seen in the Transmigrant community in Huwongo Village. This can be proven by not having a child from this Transmigrant community who has not received an education. This is due to the encouragement and willingness of the parents themselves because for them, whatever the circumstances, children are still obliged to study, especially in formal schools, this is also evidenced by the achievements of the children of the Transmigrant community in Huwongo village very well, this can be seen from the achievements in every the delivery of report cards in each semester at school is always the superior student achievement is the children of the Transmigrant community of Huwongo village compared to the children of the local community, this is due to the encouragement and motivation of their parents - each of the Transmigrants of Huwongo village.As an obstacle to formal education because there is no formal school specifically for the transmigrant community but it does not spark the intention of parents to send their children to school, even junior high and high school are very far from where they live but it is not a barrier to continue their children in school formal.The problem of children's non-formal education in the Muslim community of Transmigrants in Huwongo Village is not directly proportional to the progress of their formal education. This evidenced by the author's observations and the results of interviews with the community as well as the acknowledgment of the management that there are many obstacles regarding this non-formal education, which is caused by the lack of encouragement from the community. parents and also lack of awareness of the children themselves

Prolematics of Non-Formal Islamic Education Management in Muslim Communities. This article aims to describe the prolematics of managing non-formal Islamic education in the Muslim community, specifically TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. Management problems in non-formal education, specifically TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea are related to the non-optimally implementation of institutional management based on management functions (planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluating). In addition, it also illustrates the driving and inhibiting factors in the management of TPQ Nurul Taqwa Sea relating to (1) curriculum and teaching, (2) teaching staff, (3) students, (4) facilities and infrastructure, (5) finance and financing, (6) TPQ's relationship with the community

The Concept of Teacher Ethics in Al-Bukhari's Perspective; Study of the Book of Sahih al-Bukhari by Abu 'Abdillah Muhammad bin Ismail al-Bukhari. This paper aims to discuss study of hadist about the concept of ideal teacher offered by Muhammad bin Ismail al-Bukhari in his book, Shahih al-Bukhari, and also relevant to the professionalism of Islamic Education Teacher in basic constitusion about teacher and lecturer No. 14 Tahun 2005. The method used is library research by applying content analysis technique in discussion of teacher’s etihc in al-Bukhari’s perspective. And the conclusion in this paper tahat is a teacher must have nature of sincerity, knowledge, concern, compassion, pay attention to student, patient, fair, no discriminating and responsible. Ant this relevant to the professionalism of Islamic education teacher.

Quality Management of Rukun Santoso Orphanage Caregivers, Kencong Kediri. The government in carrying out its duties to care for the poor and displaced children will not succeed without the participation of the community, namely the helping hand of the community to help the poor, especially children in need of compassion. Rukun Santoso Orphanage in Kediri Regency is an institution that accommodates orphans, orphans, orphans, poor and displaced, as well as teaching its foster children to implement Islamic values in their daily lives. This research aims to describe: implementation of quality management of Islamic education for foster children in The Rukun Santoso Orphanage, Kediri Regency. This research uses qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The study found that: Rukun Santoso Orphanage in Kediri Regency implements quality management with measures: continuous improvement, cultural change, reverse organization, maintaining relationships with customers

The Role of Preachers in Preventing Covid 19 in Palopo City. The research aims at the role of preachers in mobilizing the community to prevent Covid-19. This research uses qualitative methods, interview techniques, informants who were interviewed by the preachers, a number of 115 Muballigh members and came from several organizations such as NU, Muhammadiyah, Wahdah Islamiyah, the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palopo City, and several from the campus. Result. An increase in the increase in residents of Palopo City who died from Covid-19 as many as 28 people. The total number of patients who have been confirmed with Covid-19 in Palopo City is 737 people. As a result, the preachers work together with the government to prevent the prevention of Covid-1 by educating the public on how to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic by: Washing hands, avoiding touching faces, sneezing and coughing ethics, wearing masks, avoiding direct interaction, avoid sharing personal items, social distancing, washing food, cleaning household furniture, and increasing body immunity. The preachers in carrying out ritual services remain faithful in their respective homes and always maintain the togetherness of their congregations and always draw closer to Allah with various efforts as a solution in the context of preventing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari angket dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di lembaga pendidikan tinggi islam sebanyak 75 orang. Metode pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan simple random sampling acak tanpa memperhatikan strata anggota populasi karena dianggap telah homogen. Teknik analisis data pengukuran dan pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Rekomendasi bagi penelitian lanjutan adalah menambah jumlah variabel penelitian dan menggunakan mix method sebagai metode untuk memperkaya telaah

Penelitian ini menjawab dua masalah yakni bagaimana pelaksanaan kinerja Komite Sekolah MTs di Kecamatan Oba Utara? Bagaimana kendala yang dihadapi Komite Sekolah MTs di Kecamatan Oba Utara dalam pelaksanaan kinerjanya? Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, data penelitian bersumber dari kepustakaan (bahan cetak) dan human resources yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kinerja komite madrasah Tsanawiyah di Kecamatan Oba Utara belaum berjalan secara maksimal. Implementasi kinerja komite MTs di kecamatan Oba Utara umunya masih berada pada fungsi supporting agency, itu pun masih terbatas pada supporting dana serta sarana prasarana pendidikan. Kendala yang di hadapi oleh komite madrasah Tsanawiyah di kecamatan Oba Utara adalah minimnya sumberdaya manusia. Pengurus yang dipercayakan untuk mejadi komite sekolah ini pada umumnya belum memahami sesungguhnya peran dan fungsi komite sebagaimana tertuang dalam peraturan yang ditetapkan. Kepedulian pemerintah terhadap komite sekolah juga merupakan faktor yang menyebabkan minimnya sumber daya manusia pada pengurus komite sekolah. Faktor kedua yang menjadi kendala adalah ketersediaan waktu dan kesempatan pengurus komite dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsi komite madrasah.

Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan tentang efektivitas komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk dalam mendukung implementasi K-13 pada SDN 2 Tabongo Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif, yang menunjukkan prosedur dan proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam penelitian ini dianalisis efektivitas masing-masing faktor sesuai dengan model CIPP (konteks, input, proses dan produk).  Studi evaluasi ini dilakukan terhadap 19 orang responden, yakni 1 orang kepala sekolah dan 18 orang guru. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program, skor mentah ditransformasi ke dalam T-skor kemudian diverifikasi ke dalam prototype model Glickman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) implementasi K-13 sangat efektif (73,68%) ditinjau dari komponen konteks; (2) implementasi K-13 sangat efektif (84,21%) ditinjau dari komponen input; (3) implementasi K-13 sangat efektif (94,73%) ditinjau dari komponen proses; dan (4) implementasi K-13 sangat efektif (68,42%) ditinjau dari komponen produk.
