Based on observations made on the system of assessment of Employee Target (SKP) at the office of the election commission of Riau Province is still less than optimal because the data input and processed in a conventional way in the assessment of Employee Work Objectives (SKP), resulting in generating a valid report Take a long time and have trouble. In assessing the Employee Work Objectives (SKP) is still less effective because it requires a long and quite complicated calculation formula. This is because the absence of a system that can support the assessment process. For that required a system that can provide solutions to the problem, this system is made using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL as the database. For the design of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The purpose of making this system is to provide solutions from existing problems, simplify the process of employee performance appraisal, assessment of Employee Work Objectives (SKP) which initially only using Microsoft Excel assessment, with the system then the assessment process Employees Objectives (SKP) Done automatically to improve the performance of office agencies and optimize the performance of the officials of the Riau provincial election commission office.

The performance assessment of Civil Servants at the Bengkulu Province Communication, Informatics, and Statistics Service (Diskominkotik) process has utilized an e-performance application. However, the assessment of daily workers' performance is not included, which means evaluating their performance and competence would take a long time. This study aims to determine daily workers to get the best performance rewards using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research method used was the waterfall method, supported by data from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Unified Modeling Language (UML) was used to analyze and design the system and in the coding stage, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software connected to a MySQL database was used, and in the testing stage, a Black-box testing approach was employed. The results showed that the implementation of the SAW method in the decision support system application could speed up the process of evaluating the performance of daily workers at Bengkulu Province Diskominkotik. Furthermore, daily workers’ performance appraisal became more objective because it involves the participation of many parties so that the results of the best daily worker employee performance appraisal can be accepted by various parties.

In payroll data processing, AMIK Al Ma'soem still use semi computerization that is using Microsoft Excel application. Based on the observation of the author there are several weaknesses of the system used so far, namely: not integrated data, risk of duplication, edited and deleted data, reporting takes a long time and no lecturer paycheck.In the design of this system using a descriptive method approach in collecting data information needed to create a picture of the situation, incident, or the trend that is developing. While for system design isUML (unified Modeling Language). This system is implemented by using PHP web programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database.The design of this system is expected to facilitate the users in printing pay slips, printing payroll reports, making assignments, printing report assignments, making absences and lecturers can find information on salary and assignment easily.

Islamic Vocational School Iqro Pasar kemis has the vision, mission and goals of graduates who have faith, piety and morality as well as competent in mastery of science and technology. But now Islamic vocational high school Iqro Pasar Kemis still use conventional way in conducting SPP transactions that is by noting the payment card and payment data manually recorded on the book. This causes the payment process to take a long time and a large errorrate, but it also inhibits the speed of data access and information delivery to be too late. With the existing problems then the researchers propose the design of payment systems to facilitate the process of payment of SPP. The research method used is SWOT analysis, for design method using Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system testing method using Blackbox Testing. This research is expected to provide easiness in the implementation of school fee payment activities as well as easiness in the delivery of school fee payment information to students and parents of students.

In terms of data processing information, in NIASA CV there is no permanent systemyet, did not use any application like Microsoft Excel and others. For the size of a company, according to the author's observations there are many weaknesses, and the system used so far is only the result of the calculation of the purchase of raw materials and the sale of finished goods. The report also took a long time to record it because there is no bookkeeping.In this design system using the method of survey in the collection and processing of data information to contain a picture of the situation in place of research object.  As for system design, the author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML it self are one of many tools under Object Oriented Programming, so safe to assume that Star UML will be the right tool for analyze. The design is now expected to facilitate users in reporting and the owners of  Niasa CV can view or collect reports easily, quickly, and probably help the CV to have a permanent system.

The Water Resources Management Agency has the main duty to organize some district government affairs in the field of water resources management based on the principle of autonomy which becomes the authority, deconcentration and assistance duty and other tasks in accordance with the policy stipulated by the Regent based on the applicable laws and regulations. The performance appraisal undertaken in this agency is intended for the Civil State Apparatus. the assessment process is carried out for measuring and improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus so as to encourage these employees to work better. From the assessment of the superior can be determined the best employee or promotion position. The performance appraisal process conducted by the culture and tourism office is still done manually, so the performance calculation tends to be subjective and takes a long time. Therefore, in order that the process of appraising employee performance becomes more objective and practical, it should be done computerized by developing an application that implements the right methods. This subjectivity can be overcome with decision support system using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on existing assessment criteria. The end result of research is the rank of employee value that can be a consideration for decision makers in the determination of promotions as well as an encouragement for employees to work better and productive.

Companies need an information system that supports and can provide fast and accurate data. This research was conducted as an effort to improve the existing payroll system so that it is more effective and efficient. At this time several companies engaged in the payroll system services are still at their maximum, starting from recording attendance to payroll, making it possible when the process takes place there are errors in payroll, inaccurate reports made and late in searching for the required data. The research information system uses object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) software modeling. Researchers use Unified Modeling Language modeling with the aim that the desired system can be provided properly so that problems in the existing system are resolved. This uml modeling process begins with analyzing the system's needs and implementing it in usecase traffic diagrams by making class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams. UML software modeling also provides benefits in software development and is able to monitor the flow or system flow expected by the company. This research also uses the approach waterfall method, namely analysis, design, code generation program, testing and maintenance in designing. This information system design is the best solution to solve problems that exist in the payroll system. The payroll system that utilizes software to support the process provides a very effective contribution to the company and the development process will still be carried out for existing problems.

Information Technology plays an important and dominant role in a business or operational management process in the company. So with the development of the role of the world of Information and Technology, computer processes are used not only as data processing. but a computer can be a media of information that can be accessed at any time. The application of the inventory system provides many benefits for companies to be able to improve company performance more effectively and efficiently. In carrying out the inventory data reporting is still using office-based applications, namely Microsoft Excel, which causes results that are not optimal. Then a web-based inventory application system was built. In determining research and research design requires a method to see the development of the design and research, the methods applied include the SWOT method to identify strengths (weaknesses), weaknesses (Weakness), opportunities (Opportunities), and threats (Threat) in the system that is researched, where a website system that has been designed with PHP Framework Codeigniter as a programming language and SQL as database storage. To design an inventory application system using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modeling tool consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. Information technology is increasing so fast that computers are widely used in everyday society, including in education, computers are needed. With the rapid increase in information, information media is very important because it is one of the tools to collect and rearrange information so that it becomes useful material for recipients of information. Many teachers have difficulty in giving grades because they are still in manual form so it takes a long time to provide grades using Microsoft Excel, thus making an assessment system is needed as a medium of information for students and teachers. So that teachers can more easily input grades and students can immediately see the value. The system to be designed in this assessment facility maker uses the web, UML (Unified Modeling Language), PHP, MYSQL and Black Box testing with the SWOT analysis method (Strenghts Weakness Opportunities Threats).

Lecturer's evaluation is a way to know the influence of lecturers' teaching on the students, the assessment process of the teaching preparation, the learning material, the teaching material presentation, the lecturer competence, the class management and the evaluation of the learning. in addition to the assessment of the students, the assessment of lecturers conducted study program is considered important to see the performance of lecturers. In this study build an application to evaluate or assess the performance of lecturers. Information technology is rapidly developing all existing activities or activities become very important in determining the progress of the company, both in operational and non-operational activities, one of which is the procurement report which must produce accurate and accurate reports. PT Instaprint Jaya Primatama is a company engaged in the field of digital printing while those who do not yet have a system that uses stock of goods, the current system still has problems such as requiring a long time to find the amount needed Every day and making reports still using Ms. Excel so there is a delay in the company's performance. This study aims to create a system that can support the process of reporting needs that can be done effectively, the design process uses the PIECES method, system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to use visualization, which can be used by using the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language (PHP ) with a MySQL-Server database as a database. And to collect data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. With the system of preparation of goods, can make it easier for inventory administrators to produce accurate reports with a fast time can be made in order to produce effective and efficient.
