Mathematics is one of the lessons learned in school to develop the ability to count, measure, and solve problems in everyday life. Math grows due process of thinking, therefore, the logic is the basis for the formation of mathematics. Logic is the infancy of mathematics, mathematics is the opposite of logic adulthood. Given the importance of mathematics in life, we need a learning that is able to develop students' mathematical abilities. through the practice of acting on the premise logical, rational, critical, careful, honest, effective and efficient. And to prepare students to use mathematics and mindset of mathematics in everyday life, and in studying various sciences. Efforts should be made to overcome this problem is by applying active learning strategies that can help the learning process of students that is based on the creativity of the students active learning strategies Listening Team and the type of active learning strategies type Practice Rehearsal Pairs. This study aims to determine differences in learning outcomes of students who are taught using active learning strategies Listening Team and the type of active learning strategies type Practice Rehearsal Pairs

Traditional review sessions are typically focused on instructor-based learning. However, experts in the field of higher education have long recommended teaching modalities that incorporate student-based active-learning strategies. Given this, we developed an educational game in pulmonary physiology for first-year medical students based loosely on the popular television game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. The purpose of our game, Who Wants To Be A Physician, was to provide students with an educational tool by which to review material previously presented in class. Our goal in designing this game was to encourage students to be active participants in their own learning process. The Who Wants To Be A Physician game was constructed in the form of a manual consisting of a bank of questions in various areas of pulmonary physiology: basic concepts, pulmonary mechanics, ventilation, pulmonary blood flow, pulmonary gas exchange, gas transport, and control of ventilation. Detailed answers are included in the manual to assist the instructor or player in comprehension of the material. In addition, an evaluation instrument was used to assess the effectiveness of this instructional tool in an academic setting. Specifically, the evaluation instrument addressed five major components, including goals and objectives, participation, content, components and organization, and summary and recommendations. Students responded positively to our game and the concept of active learning. Moreover, we are confident that this educational tool has enhanced the students' learning process and their ability to understand and retain information.

Therefore, as a teacher can develop the learning process, especially learning resources that are able to explore the ideas of students into an innovative and critical so that they can produce and solve theirown problems, through problem-based LKPD learning. This method and type of research is a development study with a 4-Dmodelby Thiagarajan and Semmel. The findings in this study are the use of problem-based learning-based LKPD and the response of students who were found to be positive or good

In essence, every learning process will always be related to the emphasis on mastering certain competencies by students through learning experiences. This implies that in the learning process, learning experiences should be created that are activating students and innovative learning. On the one hand, learning outcomes as a component in learning assessment are not only seen from the number of numbers, but also related to the learning process. If the learning process can run well, the learning outcomes of students can also be better. The results of this Classroom Action Research with two cycles have shown that the application of Problem Based Learning is proven to be able to increase the activity of students which leads to an increase in learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Morals, especially in the Basic Competence of Understanding the Meaning of Manners, Courtesy and Shame in Students. Class IX D SMP Negeri 5 Ponorogo Academic Year 2021 / 2022 . This is based on observations of the learning process which has increased student activity from cycle-1 to cycle-2 and also an increase in student learning outcomes so that classical completeness can be achieved from cycle -1 by 50% to cycle-2 by 88%.

This study was aimed to: (1) find out the use of active learning strategies with Peer Tutor techniques in VIII class SMPN 20 Medan on mathematics subjects, (2) find out the learning outcomes of students taught using active learning strategies with peer tutors in VII I class SMP 20 Medan on mathematics subjects, and (3) find out the effect of active learning strategies with peer tutoring techniques on mathematics learning outcomes of students in class VIII SMP 20 Medan. This research is quantiative research. The population is all students of VIII class SMPN 20 Medan. Sample of this study is class VIII 3 as the experimental class and class VIII 2 as the control class with 30 students in each class. The instrument is used to determine student learning outcomes is a multiple choice test in the form of a pre test and post test that has been valid. The reliability of the test is 0.828. In this study, the normality test on the pre test data on the experimental class obtained L (0,122) < L table (0,161) and control class pre test data obtained L (0.091) < L table (0,161). Whereas the normality test on the post test data on the experimental class obtained L (0,091) < L table (0,161) and the control class post test data obtained L (0,122) < L table (0,161), which means that the pre-test and post-test data in the study sample had a normal distribution. In the homogeneity test the pre test data obtained F (1,821) < F table (1,859) and post test data obtained F (1,643) < F table (1,859 ), which means the pre test data and post test on the sample used in the study is homogeneous population. From the results of the calculation of the analysis of variance sig. = 0,05, obtained t (2,030) > t table (1,672), so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study explains that the mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught with active learning learning strategies with peer tutoring techniques are better than the mathematics learning outcomes of students who are taught with conventional learning in VIII class SMP 20 Medan 2017-2018 Academic Year.
