This article aims at reviewing the literature relates with many articles which have been published from difference scholars regarding the way of teachers teach in different students’ learning styles, from articles collection, which content the good strategies and techniques that teachers use in the classroom.  It consists to difference category of theories and effective methods of teaching to use in suitable for different learning styles. There are theories, methods, techniques and strategies teachers use in the classroom. Here some theories, methods, techniques, and strategies can be matched with just some of students’ learning styles especially some aptitude method that teachers commonly use in a classroom like writing and reading, some kind of technique they have adapted with a different type of students, the strategy to be used by the teacher which it emphasizes on individual differences and to find out match and mismatch of teaching and learning styles. Regarding this concern, the more matching with students’ learning style, the better achieving into the educational goal.

Background and Purpose: Education at higher institutions prepares graduates for the real world. To develop and maintain quality, the focus must not only be on what institutions can offer but also on the learning needs and styles of learners. Despite many studies on engineering learners’ learning styles, limited research has been conducted to compare the learning styles of Engineering and Engineering Education learners. This study was conducted to ascertain the learning style preferences of first-year undergraduates from both groups in a science and technology-driven university in Malaysia.   Methodology: This descriptive study consisted of 40 Engineering and 40 Engineering Education learners who attended an English language course at the university. Perceptual Learning Style Preference Questionnaire was adopted as the survey instrument. The data were analysed using self-scoring sheet and Statistical Package for the Social Sciences.   Findings: While both groups chose Kinaesthetic as a major learning style preference, the Engineering Education learners also chose Group, Tactile, and Auditory learning styles as their other major preferences. Both groups chose Visual and Individual as their minor preferences.   Contributions: The findings extend research demonstrating the significant role of specific disciplines in Engineering to determine the learning style preferences of learners. 3D visualization specifically has been widely applied in a broad range of fields, including computer science, pedagogy, and so forth. 3D visualization instruction has become the essential tool that uses computer programs to generate 3D representations of manmade objects. For users, 3D visualization instruction can be manipulated, altered and efficiently communicated to others, and it is efficient for teaching and learning. The aim of this study is investigating students' perception toward 3D visualization instruction, and the influence of learning-style preferences on learners' intentions to use 3D visualization instruction. We are trying to develop the experiment which undergraduate students participated in this study, the purpose of which was to investigate the utilize 3D visualization instruction access to the single learning style and multiple learning styles. Data mining technology was employed in this study to identify multiple learning styles. The result showed that high visual and high sensing learning style has potential of using 3D visualization instruction.

It is unknown if matching students’ preferred learning style with course delivery style improves academic success and further study is warranted in this area (Feely & Biggerstaff, 2017; Newton & Miah, 2017). Recently, there has been a call to better identify and understand the preferred learning styles of physical therapy education students and the effect this has on education (Brudvig, Mattson, & Guarino, 2016; Lowdermilk, 2016). While the benefit of matching teaching and learning styles has been investigated in other academic disciplines, it has not been investigated in physical therapy education. The purpose of this study was to determine if student preferred learning style is related to success in a learner centered problem-based learning formatted class and program, specifically for physical therapy students. Results provide insights into preferred learning styles and student achievement in a problem-based learning centered Doctoral level Physical Therapy Program.

Educators assert that students have various learning styles. In most cases, whatis being taught has less impact on learners’ achievement than the way materialsare presented. In other words, learning style makes an important component inthe learning environment. The Learning Style Survey Questionnaire employed inthis study appears to be a viable tool to determine students’ learning style. Thisstudy investigated the learning styles and achievement in science of 288 students.Findings reveal that most of the students were visual learners. Results also showthat the students possessed average competencies in science. Furthermore, resultssuggest that learning style has no significant bearing on achievement in science.Keywords: Science, learning style, student achievement, descriptive correlational method,Philippines

The Learning Styles Profiler (LSP; Jackson, 2002 ) is a modern measure of individual differences in learning style. The LSP is based on a neuropsychological model of learning, modeled on principles of approach and avoidance, and argues for the division of personality into temperament and character. There has been little research into the psychometric structure and predictive validity of this instrument. In Study 1, the factor structure of the LSP is examined, and in Study 2 the criterion-related validity of the LSP is assessed. Results support the proposed factor structure of the LSP and show that 3 of the 4 LSP scales are significant predictors of Job Performance.

Students’ learning is highly subjective owing to their individual differences, environment and background which decide their learning styles. The purpose of this study was to explore learning styles of university students owing to generic role in their learning. There is need to assess whether students of different universities with different backgrounds but with same discipline prefer same or different learning styles. Four general universities were selected; two from each, public sector and privatesector.314 students were involved in the study from selected universities. A questionnaire was developed in the light of literature to explore learning styles of students mainly based on Grasha Reichmann Learning Style Survey (1974). Survey research design was used to collect data. The number of students against every learning style was calculated through statistical distribution. To infer the significance of results, t-test and ANOVA were applied. The findings showed that learning styles were closely linked gender wise. Further, there was no vast difference in learning styles of the students in respect of public and private sector universities. Subject based results are generally aligned but there are variations in couple of subjects like mass communication. The study concludes that students use variety of learning styles in different situations. If teacher used teaching style compatible to preferred students learning style then they would take more interest in the lesson and learn better.

Covid-19 is a highly contagious virus and spreads very quickly throughout the world. This has a broad impact on all segments of social life, including education. Responding to this, the Indonesian government temporarily eliminates the teaching and learning process in schools and conducts learning from home. Educators are required to be able to provide instruction to students in accordance with this situation and condition faced. Therefore, it is important for teachers to understand the learning styles of their students as an orientation for determining appropriate learning media. This study explores the learning styles of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Semarang and discovers the most suitable learning media in accordance with the students’ learning styles. The results showed that visual learning style was the most preferred so instructional videos were found as the most appropriate teaching media.

Vocabulary learning is an on-going and life-long process, which is greatly influenced by individual differences. It has been noted that there is inefficient self-directed FL vocabulary learning of college students in mainland China and non-individualized learning may be one of the major reasons. As one of the most significant individual differences, a student’s learning style is supposed to largely determine their selection of learning strategies and have an effect on learning outcomes. This paper focuses on categorizing diversified vocabulary learning tasks which activate various vocabulary learning strategies, and integrating them into a learning system along particular learning paths to cater for different learning styles. The system is also tested in an empirical study for the purpose of checking the effects of these learning paths.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendedahkan tentang penerimaan murid dalam kemahiran dan maklumat pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah rendah. Kajian ini juga bertujuan untuk memahami ciri khas gaya pembelajaran elemen persekitaran dan elemen fisiologi murid yang lemah berdasarkan kecenderungan mereka untuk belajar dan kemampuan memproses maklumat baru. Kajian ini adalah kajian kes yang menggunakan data kualitatif untuk menjawab persoalan yang dinyatakan. Penyelidik menggunakan Model Dunn & Dunn sebagai panduan dalam menganalisis data pemerhatian dalam gaya pembelajaran yang disokong oleh wawancara dan analisis hasil kerja murid. 16 peserta dipilih dengan sengaja untuk kajian ini. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa rangsangan gaya pembelajaran elemen persekitaran dan elemen fisiologi mendorong atau merangsang pembelajaran murid yang lemah. Kesimpulannya, di samping strategi yang baik, gaya pembelajaran sebagai petunjuk pembelajaran dan pencapaian yang meningkatkan kualiti penerimaan maklumat murid. Oleh itu, penemuan ini merungkai hubungan antara gaya pembelajaran dan kesan pembelajaran murid yang perlu diberi perhatian oleh pendidik untuk memenuhi pengajaran dan cara pembelajaran murid. Special Characteristics of Learning Styles Environmental Elements and Physiological Elements of Weak Students to Learn and Process New Information Abstract: This study aims to reveal about the acceptance of students in the skills and information of learning done in primary schools. This study also aims to understand the special characteristics of learning styles of environmental elements and physiological elements of weak students based on their propensity to learn and ability to process new information. This study is a case study that uses qualitative data to answer the stated questions. Researchers used the Dunn and Dunn Model as a guide in analyzing observational data in a learning style supported by interviews and analysis of student work outcomes. 16 participants were deliberately selected for this study. Findings indicate that learning style stimuli of environmental elements and physiological elements induce or stimulate poor student learning. In conclusion, in addition to good strategies, learning style as an indicator of learning and achievement that improves the quality of student information reception. Therefore, these findings unravel the relationship between learning styles and student learning effects that need to be given attention by educators to meet the teaching and learning methods of students. Although it is a well-known fact that students’ preferred learning styles vary, many instructors teach in the way that reflects their own learning style preferences despite the fact that mismatches in teacher-learner styles may result in lower student achievement. In a traditional ESL or EAP writing class, students who prefer to learn by reading and writing may be privileged over those who have a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic style preference. In this article, I describe a variety of prewriting tasks that appeal to diverse learners and complement a processoriented approach to writing.
