“1989 Göçü” olarak bilinen Bulgaristan Türklerinin son göçü, sayısız yazı, söyleşi, öykü, şiir, kitap ve hatta dergi ve süreli yayınlarda konu edilmiştir. Bu yayınlardan bir tanesi de Tuna dergisidir. Tuna dergisi, kendisi de bir Bulgaristan göçmeni ve aynı zamanda yazar ve şair olan Mehmet Çavuş tarafından 1996 yılında kurulmuş, edebiyat, sanat, kültür, eğitim ile ilgili sorunları müzakere ve değerlendirme alanı sunmuştur. Dergi, Bulgaristan’da yetişmiş kalem ustalarına sahip çıkmış, göçmen yazarlara özgürce yazı olanağı yaratmıştır. Dergide yazar ve şair tanıtımlarından, araştırma, eleştiri, söyleşi, deneme yazıları olduğu gibi, kısa öykü, hikâye, anı, şiir ve hatta fıkralara da yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Tuna dergisinde neşredilmiş göç temalı şiirler tespit edilerek, göçmenlerin göç olayına bakışları irdelenmiştir. Araştırma, Bulgaristan’dan göç etmiş yazarlar ordusu tarafından kaleme alınmış bu şiirleri, göçün çağrıştırdığı duygu ve düşüncelere göre kategorilere ayırarak, oluşan göç algısını bulmayı amaçlamıştır. 1989 yılında Bulgaristan’dan göç etmiş bu yazarların gözünden göç nasıl yansıtıldı, göçmenlerin hangi hislerine ayna tuttu ve bunlarla birlikte okuyuculara verilmek istenilen mesajlar incelenmiştir. ABSTRACT IN ENGLISHMigration Poems in Tuna Journal: “1989 Migration”AbstractThe last migration of the Bulgarian Turks, known as the “Migration of the 1989”, represents the subject matter of numerous articles, interviews, stories, poems, books, and even whole journals and magazines. One of these publications is “Tuna Journal”. Tuna Journal was founded by Mehmet Çavuş, also an immigrant from Bulgaria as well as an author and poet, in 1996. During its history between 1996 and 2009, the Journal offered discussion and consideration field for problems about literature, art, culture, and education. The Journal supported the pen experts grown up in Bulgaria and created independent writing opportunity for the immigrant writers. The Journal included introductions of authors and poets, surveys, criticisms, interviews, essays as well as short stories, anecdotes, memoirs and even jokes. The aim of the present paper is to scan and analyze the poems focused thematically on “migration” and published in Tuna Journal, and to determine the viewpoints of immigrants on migration issue. It is also aimed to find out the created migration perception by categorizing these poems which were written by an army of writers migrated from Bulgaria with regard to feelings and thoughts created by migration. Our study also deals with questions such as how the migration was reflected through the eyes of these writers migrated from Bulgaria in the 1989 and what feelings of the migrants the Journal mirrored along with the messages which it transmitted to the readers.

Erkin Azam is one of the artists who considers creativity as destiny. The author has won the hearts of readers mainly with his stories and short stories. But in recent years, the author's novel "Noise" was published. Several articles have been published about the work. The author's novel is based on symbolism and is one of the most unusual works. The novel seeks to portray a particular aspect of life in terms of its own style. Changes in the development of different genres can be seen in the genre of short stories in the works of the writer. Umarali Normatov, a literary critic who has written about short stories in recent years, writes: “When we look at our short stories today, first of all, the subject matter attracts attention in terms of problems, form, style; Among them are works on historical, modern, socio-political, family, romantic themes, both traditional romantic, realistic, modernist, serious and humorous, adventure-detective. no matter what the diversity. ” As noted, in this genre, a variety of thematic stories have been created, in which the human psyche, character traits are interpreted. This project was created out of three things: a deep affection for the literature of Judith Hermann, curiosity of how her work has been translated into English, and a strong interest in pursuing my own translation of one of her texts. But before I go on any further, I need to make one thing very clear: there is nothing wrong with the existing translation of Hermann’s 1998 debut, Sommerhaus, später, out of which I have chosen the opening story as the subject matter of this essay. On the contrary: the existing translation is coherent, reads fluently, and was honoured with the Helen and Kurt Wolff Prize in 2003 as “an excellent transposition of the German work, which resulted in an impressive and rhythmically strong English text (…), captured the atmosphere of the original and admirably recreated the tone and language pulse of the German short stories.”1 And so, when I say a strong interest in pursuing my own translation, I do not mean this in any way that suggests the existing translation is faulty and needs re-doing. Rather, the objective behind this project was to employ a different translation strategy in order to carry over essential aspects of Hermann’s text.

Taking issue with Sigmund Freud’s premise on the subject, this essay seeks alternately to inquire into, challenge, and broaden our understanding of the uncanny. Even though this genius from the field of psychoanalysis is quite right in wreathing the uncanny with the murky aura that it wears to date, his insistence on driving one way traffic from heimlich to das unheimliche while at the same time refusing to let it out of “the realm of the frightening” gives a kind of staleness and fixity to the subject of the uncanny, which is no less than its undoing, especially when it comes to its artistic representation. Eschewing psychoanalytical debates and focusing rather upon the post-phenomenological discourse, I’ll show as to how the homely artistic devices like paradox, reversal, thematic and narrative flux, unswerving matter-of-factness yield an uncanny import in “The Rocking-Horse Winner” and “The Book Bag,” the two short stories by Lawrence and Maugham respectively. Insisting upon the essential uncanniness of art, this article proposes that the uncanny hinges on what Martin Seel (2005) describes as art’s fundamental “irreality” and Theodor Adorno (1973) calls “appearances”. I hypothesize that the uncanny owes its life to a continual movement of the subject matter between openness and closure, between imagination and reality, between the outer world and the inner domain, between what Bhabha (1992) alludes to as the world and the home.

The Thousand and One Nights (also called The Arabian nights) were introduced popularly to Tamil people and got a good response from both Muslims and non-Muslims, so it has been continuously translated into Tamil by different authors for over three centuries. We divided the Tamil translation of Arabian nights two, complete translation and partial translation. Sixteen complete translations and twelve partial translations were made in these three centuries. Some of the complete translations do not cover all stories of Arabian nights. The adaptation can be separated into two. The first one is to extract only the subject matter from Thousand and nights. In this way, there are a lot of short stories and novels were written in Tamil, based on the subject matter of Thousand and nights. Let us take the structure and subject matter of thousands and nights. There is a children novel in Tamil, Mayakkallan by Perisamy Thooran, which adapted the structure and subject matter of Thousand and nights. Mayakkalan, like Thousand and nights, involves many stories within a story and exemplifies magic in the subject matter.

THE germ of that which follows came into being many years ago in the days of my youth as a university instructor and assistant professor. It was generated by the then quite outspoken attitude of colleagues in the “exact sciences”; the sciences of which the subject-matter can be exactly weighed and measured and the force of its movements mathematically demonstrated. They assured us that the study of languages and literature had little or nothing scientific about it because: “It had no domain of concrete fact in which to work.” Ergo, the scientific spirit was theirs by a stroke of “efficacious grace” as it were. Ours was at best only a kind of “sufficient grace,” pleasant and even necessary to have, but which could, by no means ensure a reception among the elected.

This article is aimed to examine the extent of the application of Islamic legal objectives by Sheikh Abdullah bn Fudi in his rejoinder against one of their contemporary scholars who accused them of being over-liberal about the religion. He claimed that there has been a careless intermingling of men and women in the preaching and counselling gathering they used to hold, under the leadership of Sheikh Uthman bn Fudi (the Islamic reformer of the nineteenth century in Nigeria and West Africa). Thus, in this study, the researchers seek to answer the following interrogations: who was Abdullah bn Fudi? who was their critic? what was the subject matter of the criticism? How did the rebutter get equipped with some guidelines of higher objectives of Sharĩʻah in his rejoinder to the critic? To this end, this study had tackled the questions afore-stated by using inductive, descriptive and analytical methods to identify the personalities involved, define and analyze some concepts and matters considered as the hub of the study.

Performance is the performance shown by educators, both in quality and quantity in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them professionally. Educator performance development is a very decisive factor in the success of the education and learning process. In fact, in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City, there is still a low level of competency standards possessed by educators. The intended competency standard is from the standard academic qualifications and four competencies that must be possessed by a kindergarten educator, namely pedagogic, professional, social and personality competencies. This is evidenced by educators not yet mastering learning material with the maximum known when the learning process educators are not able to explain well the subject matter, and educators have not shown maximum performance in carrying out their duties and functions. The purpose of this study was to see whether there was an influence on teacher professionalism on teacher performance in Dumai IV Rayon Kindergarten. The results of the study prove that there is a significant relationship between the professionalism of Kindergarten educators and the performance of educators in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City. This is evidenced by the value of Sig (2-tailed) professionalism on educator's performance of 0,000, so the calculation shows 0,000 <0.05. This means that Ha is accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between the professionalism of Kindergarten educators and the Performance of Educators in Kindergarten Rayon IV, Dumai City.
