The aim behind this research paper is to understand Impact of Digital Marketing during COVID 19 Pandemic on consumer buying decision. This research paper also confers about the four variables of digital marketing which are affecting the buying decision of the consumer. Both primary and secondary data has been collected for the current study. Data from primary sources collected through personal interviews, discussions with industry leaders and structured questionnaire. The research was also carried out on secondary sources like business journals, newspapers, magazines, periodicals, etc.  SPSS 21 software has been used to analyse the data and linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used to determine the impact of each variable of digital marketing in influencing the buying decision making of the consumers.Findings of this research study determine the consistency of the independent variables, description of the product, pricing, marketing and promotions and distribution of the product on consumer buying decision. The following variables i.e.description of the product, marketing & promotions and distribution of the product has high significant impact on consumer buying decision.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The objective of the study was to evaluate the impact of stores existence toward sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Associative research design was adopted as the study guide. Purposive sampling techniques were used in which 100 copies of the research instrument were administered to stalls owner in Mataram city, out of which 100 copies of questionnaire were filled and returned. Test of validity and reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyse the data generated from respondents. The findings revealed that stores existence variable consisted of services, product diversification, price, and comfortable of consumer have significant influence on sales turnover of stalls at 0,05 level (2-tailed). The result of the research shows the variables negatively affecting sales turnover of stalls. Furthermore, price ranks the first follow by comfortable, product diversification, and services. This research will help the owner of stalls to understand and recognize the ranking of variables affecting sales turnover of stalls in Mataram city. Keywords:   Stores Existence, Stall, and Sales Turnover.

This purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and discipline on employee performance. The independent variables were leadership (X1), motivation (X1) and discipline (X3). The dependent variable was employee performance (Y). This was explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at PT Surabaya Marine with employees. Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test. This study aims to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population partially on the Original Income of Mimika Regency, and to analyze the significance of the influence of GDP and Population simultaneously on the Original Income of Mimika Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from BPS Mimika Regency and Mimika District Financial and Asset Management Agency. To analyze the data used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (a) GDP had a negative and insignificant effect on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency; (b) The number of residents has a positive and significant effect on the Original Income of Mimika Regency; (c) GDP and Population simultaneously have a significant impact on the Original Revenue of Mimika Regency.

This study aims to analyze how much Earning Per Share, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity to stock prices in companies indexed by the 2015-2017 LQ45 period. The population of this study is the LQ45 company that is consistently indexed in 2015-2017. The sample of this study uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study were 35 companies. The type of data used is secondary data derived from a summary of financial statement records. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Earning Per Share had an effect on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity had no effect on stock prices for LQ45 indexed companies consistently in the 2015-2017 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial stock, biological asset intensity and firm size on the disclosure of biological assets in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2019. Population in this study were primary consumer goods sector companies in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on sample selection, there are 52 companies that required The data analysis technique used in this research was the multiple linear regression analysis.. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results show biological asset intensity have a significance below 0.05, namely 0.006. This shows that biological asset intensity have a significant positive effect on biologiocal asset disclosure. However, the firm size and managerial ownership variables have a significance value above 5%. This means that the two variables do not have a significant effect on biological asset disclosure in agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019.

This study aims to examine the performance of Sharia Banking in Indonesia after experiencing slowing growth due to the impact of the United States crisis in 2008/2009. Factors used to measure the performance of sharia banking represented by ROA are CAR, NPF, BOPO, NM and FDR. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with sample of research of Bank Muamalat, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri with the period of research from the first quarter 2008 to the fourth quarter 2011. The result of this research that is NM and FDR have positive significant effect on ROA, while BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, CAR and NPF have no influence on ROA.

The pupose of this research is to determines the effects of own equity, assets and financing income as the factors of increase and decrease in cooperative surplus on KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan.The approach used in this study is the quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, the sample is KJKS Ben Iman Lamongan. The author uses secondary data from monthly reports of balance sheet and the calculation surplus of operations of the period January 2014 to December 2016.The results of this study are own equity and assets partially no significant effect on the cooperative surplus distribution, financing income partially significant affect the cooperative surplus distribution and own equity, assets and financing income simultaneously affect the cooperative surplus distribution amounted to 93.13% while the rest 6,87% determined by othervariables.

This research attempt to analyze the effect of variableNon Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and inflation towards BOPO in syariah public bank and syariah business unit in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative approach. The data used in here is monthly data during 2010-2015. Typedof data used are the secondary data from official website Indonesian Bank. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method with significance level of 0,05. The result shows that non performing financing partially affects significantly towards BOPO ratio. Financing to deposit ratio and inflation don't affect significantly towards BOPO ratio. However, non performing financing, financing to deposit ratio and inflation simultaneously affect significantly towards the ratio of BOPO.
