This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities and tariff rates on patient interest through inpatient satisfaction at Islam Malahayati Hospital Medan. This research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and uses the assistance of the SPSS program version 20.0. This study used a questionnaire with a sample of 56 respondents with data collection. The results of the study based on a partial test show that the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction at Islam Malahayati Hospital Medan, and the tariff value variable has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction and the Facility variable has a positive and significant effect on Patient Satisfaction. Then service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient interest in Malahayati Hospital, and service facilities have a positive and significant effect on patient interest. The tariff value has a positive and significant effect on patient interest and patient satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on patient interest. While the results of the study based on the simultaneous test showed that the variables of Service Quality, Facilities and Value Rates had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction through patient interest. The implications of this study indicate that through good service to patients it will be able to increase patient satisfaction so that it has an impact on patient satisfaction and patient interest. Facilities that have been determined by the hospital can be reached by the patient and can increase patient visits as well as the value of the rate can be measured through benefits or from what has been provided by the hospital if the facilities provided by the hospital are complete and can fulfill the patient's wishes, it will have a good impact on the development and success of the hospital.

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (2) the effect of service quality on customer loyalty; (3) the effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty. The type of research (explanatory effect). Samples of 110 respondents of savings accounts in BRI branch Samarinda. This study uses survey methode and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of data used path analysis. Results of the path analysis can be seen that: (1) service quality variable have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variable; (2) service quality variable have a significant influence on customer loyalty variable; (3) customer satisfaction variable do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty variable.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.

Human needs are unlimited and continue to evolve with the times, in this modern era people are not only focused on the hierarchical needs (hierarchy needs) but also the need for health services. Health services can be obtained by the community through hospitals, polyclinics, community health centers (puskesmas) and family doctors. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality (X1) and facilities (X2) on patient satisfaction (Y) in RSGM-GHA. The study was conducted on 4,988 patients who came for treatment at RSGM-GHA and 100 patients were taken as samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that the variable services quality and facilities provided by the Gt. Hasan Aman to patient gives satisfaction with t test value: service quality (X1) of 0.679 with a significant 0.499> 0.05 and t-count is smaller than t table 0.679 <1.988 which means that there is no influence. While facilities (X2) of 13,242> 1,988 with a significant level of 0.00 showed a significant effect on patient satisfaction. F-test or simultaneous test shows that together service quality variables (X1) and Facility variables (X2) influence with a value of 215,812 significance level of 0,000 and R square value of 0.817 which means that both variables are very strong influence by 81.7 percent.

Customer satisfaction is an important element in determining and maintaining and growing the company. To be able to develop loyalty among its customers, banks need to know what factors influence loyalty and assess their performance in these factors. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The number of respondents of this study were 117 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interview and questionnaire. This research uses instrument test by using path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result found that service quality variable have positive and significant effect to company image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. So the better the service quality of PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga, it will increase customer loyalty in PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga in Denpasar City. Corporate image has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Corporate image proved able to mediate positively and significantly influence between service quality to customer loyalty.

<p>Providing good service to consumers by a company can create customer satisfaction. Two aspects of service quality that play a significant role, in this case, our hotel services and hotel cleanliness. To get around this, entrepreneurs engaged in this field are increasingly competitive in improving service quality, which can meet consumers' needs and desires so that they can compete and develop in competitive conditions. In this study, researchers used the variable dimensions of service quality and hotel cleanliness as The variables that are expected to explain a hotel's good and bad reputation. This study aimed to analyze the effect of hotel services and hotel cleanliness on hotel reputation. This research method is descriptive quantitative with the type of research explanation. This study's population was hotel visitors in Tangerang, with a final sample of 157 respondents selected by the non-probability sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using PLS-SEM. The research shows that the higher the hotel services application will not affect the hotel's reputation during the Covid 19 pandemic. In comparison, the higher the application of hygiene involves the hotel's importance because, during the Covid 19 pandemic, the application of CHSE is the most important in maintaining the reputation of the hotel.</p>Keywords: Hotel Service, Hygiene, Hotel Reputation

The research was conducted at Laboratory Installation RSPI of Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso (RSPI-SS). Unit of analysis was patients of Medical Check Up in Laboratory Installation of RSPI-SS which is located in Sunter, North Jakarta. The samples of this research were 93 patients from 121 populations; the research method was purposive sampling technique. The instrument of statistic analysis was through PLS 3.0 which was used to test the hypothesis. The research finds seven hypotheses as the results. They are variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction positively but does not significantly affect to customer satisfaction, variable of trust which affects customer satisfaction negatively but significantly affects the customer value, variable of service quality which affects to customer satisfaction positively and significantly, variable of service quality which affected to customer value positively and significantly, variable of customer value which affects positively and significantly to customer satisfaction, intervention of customer value on the trust to customer satisfaction which affects negatively and significantly, and intervention of customer value on service quality to customer satisfaction which affects positively but not significantly.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel. The research method used is the analytical survey research method. The approach chosen in this study is the Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study are customers who use the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel, from August to November 2018. The sample in this study used accidental sampling techniques totaling 60 customers who used the services of PT Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel in December 2018. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a simultaneous significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible , Reliability , Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. There is a partial significant influence between the quality of service consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness , and Empathy on Customer satisfaction PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Reliability Factoris the most influential factor (predominantly on Customer satisfaction at PT. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Ada pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas layanan yang terdiri atas Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, dan Empathy terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. Samudra Bintang Angkasa Tour and Travel Banjarmasin. Faktor Reliability merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh (secara dominan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan PT. This paper aimed to study the effect of corporate image and service quality on loyalty by using trust as a mediating variable. This research uses quantitative data. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the type of judgmental sampling). The sample used in this study were 220 respondents. The research method used path analysis--data collection through a questionnaire. The results showed that company image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, the corporate image has a positive and significant effect on trust, service quality has a positive and significant effect on trust, and trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Kantor Pos Trenggalek is expected to improve the image of Kantor Pos Trenggalek so that customer perception will be better for the services provided and improve and develop the quality of services provided to customers and fix service problems.

Measuring the level of patient satisfaction at the hospital is done to measure the performance of the services provided. In measuring the level of satisfaction in the March 2020 period at the GrandMed hospital, it involved 98 inpatients as a sample of a population of 129 patients. The data collection techniques used were non-probability sampling with purposive random sampling and purposive random sampling. By using the servqual method, as a whole, it is by the expectation with a satisfaction level gap score of 0.10 with a patient satisfaction level of 53.06%. In the dimension of the gap score is 0.22 for the Assurance variable, 0.16 for the Physical Evidence variable, 0.12 for the Empathy variable, 0.08 for the Reliability variable, and -0.08 for the Responsiveness variable. To improve service quality, it is necessary to improve the performance of the attributes of the statement, especially those in the reliability dimension.

This study analyzes human resources and infrastructure on the service process and service quality at Class IIA Correctional Institutions in Gowa Regency. The research design and approach used is an explanatory approach with quantitative methods. The research method used is Path Analysis, for the sample in this study were all employees totaling 116 employees. The results showed that: 1) Human resources had a positive and significant effect on the service process; 2) facilities have a positive and significant impact on the service process; 3) Human resources have a positive and significant impact on service quality: 4) Infrastructure facilities have a positive and significant effect on service quality; 5) The service process has a positive and significant impact on service quality; 6) Human resources have a positive and significant impact on service processes and service quality; 7) Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on service processes and service quality.
