Abstract: Employees are a highly needed human resource. In order to achieve the desired goals, the agency conducts performance assessments on the soft skill competencies of its employees. Employee performance appraise based on communication, honesty, cooperation, and personal skills. Analytical hierarchy proces (AHP) method, pairwise comparison assesment to get priority value. In this srudy, the result show the rasio of 0.07 which means that the assesment is consistent because it is less than 0.1, so that the percetage of the calculation is 40%,honesty 34%, cooperation 17%, and personal 10%. The result of this study indicate that the AHP method can be used  a method for assesing the soft skills competence of employeesof the ambalutu village office. Demi mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan maka instansi melakukan penilaian kinerja terhadap kompetensi soft skill pegawainya. Penilaian kinerja pegawai berdasarkan kemampuan Komunikasi, Kejujuran, kerja Sama, dan Personal. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), penilaian perbandingan berpasangan untuk mendapatkan nilai prioritas. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil rasio 0.07 yang berarti penilaian yang dilakukan tersebut konsisten karena kurang dari 0.1, sehingga memperoleh persentase perhitungan dengan nilai Komunikasi 40%, Kejujuran 34%, Kerjasama 17%, dan personal 10%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP dapat digunakan sebagai metode untuk penilaian kompetensi soft skill pegawai Kantor Balai Desa Ambalutu. Kata kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Soft Skills, Kantor Balai Desa

Bureau of Student Advisory Center (BSAC) Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi is a center for career development and character building for students. In this case, a soft skill seminar is conducted to find the best candidate employees in the field of recruitment offered based on the criteria of student soft skill training. Determining the level of soft skill competences of students using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). For decision support systems using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods in determining the level of soft skill competencies, in order to obtain prospective employees who have the required soft skill competency level. Data collection was carried out by conducting research. The data is taken from the seminar results with 100 participants. The data that has been collected, processed and analyzed before being used as input and output as a basis for learning or training using the AHP and Promethee methods. Based on the calculations of the two methods, namely the AHP and Promethee methods, there are differences in calculations. In other words, because Promethee does not support the determination of weights and the hierarchy of criteria and does not have the assurance of consistency when determining weights like AHP. So that the program execution has a different time in the results, in the AHP method, program execution until the final result is obtained is better than the Promethee method. AHP has advantages in determining weights and criteria hierarchy, while Promethee has advantages in the alternative ranking process using different preference and weight functions.

The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is frequent in supplier selection. First, AHP is a pairwise comparison between criteria. If the pairwise comparisons are inconsistent, the result is invalid. Thus, the process of comparing criteria must be repeated continuously until valid results are obtained. This process takes time and costs so it is considered inefficient. This research proposes the application of the Hamilton chain process into the pairwise comparison matrix. One criterion is symbolized as a knot, while the arc is symbolized as the pairwise comparison value between the two nodes or the connected criterion. In the network model of the AHP method, each node is connected to all other nodes without exception. Whereas in the proposed method, each criterion or node is compared only once. That said, avoiding inconsistencies can be made. The consistency ratio result of the proposed method is found to be consistent

Corporate services are service providers. A good service company should give the best possible service in order to create its own satisfaction for customers. Therefore, there is a greet need for qualified human resources. A company’s success is based on it’s performance, if an employee’s performance is bad then it produces a bad company. This is where human resources are concerned. With the methods of Human Resources Scorecard and Analytical Hierarchy Process this can help to see if the company’s employee’s performance is good or not. On the method of Human Resources Scorecard are the four perspectives of financial perspectives, customer perspectives, internal business process perspectives, and learning & growth perspectives. The four perspectives have the strategy of objectivity, from the strategy of objectivity, the key performance indicator. Research result from the use of both method of human resources scorecard and analytical hierarchy process, show that the employee performance assessments in this company have increased from a 4,03 score which can mean good employee performance to 4,51 which can mean very good employee performance.

Decision support System software is very useful in the assessment process of employee performance. This study implements a method known as method name 360 degrees. This method conducts feedback evaluation by combining various feedback obtained from coworkers, employees, subordinates, officers and company customers, results of the feedback assessment process will continue with the process  Assessment by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method which results in the decision by comparing the priority criteria so that the weight value of each criterion has been obtained by the decision. Are sorted from the largest value to the smallest. The results of the study obtained the performance value of employees in the company derived from the assessments given to all employees involved in the assessment.

  Strategies to buy a house, consumers often experience problems in determining the house to be purchased, because each house has different characteristics. These characteristics will be used as reference considerations in determining which house to buy. In this study, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method was used to weight the criteria and test the level of consistency with the pairwise comparison matrix. If the matrix has been consistent, then it can be continued to rank to determine the chosen alternative by using input weighting criteria obtained from the AHP method. To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system by implementing a ranking that can make it easier to determine House Selection using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. Of the 9 sample houses in the Cepu area, the highest was the Housing of Zam Zam Cepu Type 38/78 with a total value of 2,84564719.

Penggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengambil keputusan dengan objektif dibutuhkan dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Transpot Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Expert Choice sebagai pengolah data dengan membandingkan 2 metode yaitu metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan metode Electre ini memiliki kriteria yang dapat menentukan alternatif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Proses dalam pemilihan kinerja karyawan adalah dengan membandingkan karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya dan memberikan output nilai yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan terhadap karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan metode Analytical Hierarachy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan aplikasi expert choice lebih tepat untuk penilaian kinerja karyawan berprestasi. Dengan menyediakan skala pengukuran untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih objektif, terkomputerisasi dan mengurangi terjadinya human eror menjadi rekomendasi untuk sistem pendukung keputusan kepada PT. In this study, expert choice application used as data processing by comparing 2 methods namely AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and Electre method. This AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and electre method have criteria that can determine alternatives in decisions in the application of software. The process in the selection of employee performance is to compare one employee with another employee and give out put the value that has been determined by the company against the employee. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using the expert choice application is more appropriate for assessing the performance of outstanding employees. By providing a measurement scale to produce more objective, computerized decisions and reduce the occurrence of human errors, it becomes a recommendation for a decision support system to PT. Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) adalah salah satu penggerak perekonomian suatu daerah, termasuk Kota Sorong. UKM di Kota Sorong belum berkembang secara optimal. Ada beberapa penyebab diantaranya adalah mengenai finansial, lokasi, bahan baku dan lain-lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalah tersebut peneliti terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan Aplikasi yang dapat membantu menentukan prioritas UKM yang sesuai dengan kondisi pelaku usaha. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk pengambilan keputusannya. Metode AHP dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi dan menentukan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang tersedia. Dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu UKM terbaik yang dapat dipilih oleh pelaku usaha sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu UKM. Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dikembangkan berbasis Android, dimana pengguna akan mudah menggunakannya sewaktu-waktu jika terjadi perubahan bobot pada kriteria atau intensitas.  Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa metode AHP berhasil diterapkan pada Aplikasi Penentuan Prioritas Pengembangan UKM.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP
