Sidoarjo Regency is one of the megapolitan Gerbang Kertosusilo. The planted area during the rainy season and dry season reaches 30,000 ha. The area of paddy fields continues to decline, namely 26,334 ha (2002), 22,460 ha (2010), and an estimated 13,544 ha (2009–2029). Sidoarjo Regency Irrigation Service as executor of irrigation management is of course inseparable from construction project activities. In the implementation of the construction of new irrigation networks as well as in rehabilitation and maintenance, it is necessary to implement project management. Before the project is implemented, it must first be submitted through proposals from the village level. In following up the proposal the writer used the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method. With four aspects that affect the determination of the proposal: The results of the analysis obtained the weight of each criterion as follows: Service Area (ha) 0.3179, Cost 0.3159, Benefits 0.3217, and Network Conditions 0.0445. The results of the above analysis obtained priority ranking from the first to the last sequence as follows: Plengsengan Gedangrowo Channel, Normalization of Reform Channels, Installation of floodgates, Plengsengan ChannelsDs. Suwaluh, Rehabilitation of Ketawang Canal Kec. Sukodono, Rehabilitation of Candi Subdistrict Channel, Plengsengan Channel Ds. Suwaluh, Plengsengan Channels Purboyo II Ds. Popoh, Plengsengan Irrigation Channels Dsn. Kesimbuk, Plengsengan Channel Mangetan Kanal.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP

Decisions usually involve the getting the best solution, selecting the suitable experiments, most appropriate judgments, taking the quality results etc., using some techniques.  Every decision making can be considered as the choice from the set of alternatives based on a set of criteria.  The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is a multi-criteria decision making and is dealing with decision making problems through pairwise comparisons mode [10].  The weight vectors from this comparison model are obtained by using extent analysis method.  This paper concern with an alternate method of finding the weight vectors from the original fuzzy AHP decision model (moderate fuzzy AHP model), that has the same rank as obtained in original fuzzy AHP and ideal fuzzy AHP decision models.

The budget allocation of a village fund is very important and take big effect to village progress Because the office to distribute the tax result for village development. But, that allocation is not accurately. Therefore there was design a system to support a decision a budget allocation of village funds by using an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This research done to the make-easy an office village in budgeting is the allocation of village funds. An method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of a method known as important as the highest level. An AHP method is look for the best alternative

Because of the frequent occurrence of injury accident in the sports curriculum, the security of physical education cannot be ignored. So, this paper analyzes the factors of injury accident in physical education teaching process and proposes prevention measures. The establishment of security system in physical education is an urgent problem. This paper studies the causes and countermeasures of sports injury accidents based on two methods: causality diagram and analytic hierarchy process. The first section introduces the principles of causality diagram and hierarchical analysis in detail. The second part of the article establishes mathematical model of the analysis method. The part three of the text investigates and analyzes the accident status and prevention measures of 100 primary schools and universities in Heilongjiang province in the form of literature researches and questionnaires. It also proposes weight coefficients and causality diagrams of Sports Injury Accidents using causal analysis theory. It converts causal diagram into a hierarchical model using the analytic hierarchy process AHP.

It is found that the traditional BDA methods are not appropriate the system target BDA. A new method of the system target BDA is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on Hierarchy Analysis Method (AHP), the system target function index system is set up. Secondly, the step of system target function damage assessment method is analyzed and proposed based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Finally, an example of air base damage assessment is given to verify the validity and availability of the proposed method.

36 years ago, Thomas Saaty introduced a new mathematical methodology, called Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), regarding the decision-making processes. The methodology was widely applied by Saaty and by other authors in the different human activity areas, like planning, business, education, healthcare, etc. but, in general, in the area of management. In this paper, we provide two new proofs for well-known statement that the maximal eigenvalue λmax is equal to n for the eigenvector problem Aw=λw, where A is, so-called, the consistent matrix of pairwise comparisons of type n×n (n≥ 2) with the solution vector w that represents the probability components of disjoint events. Moreover, we suggest an algorithm for the determination of the eigenvalue problem solution Aw=nw as well as the corresponding flowchart. The algorithm for arbitrary consistent matrix A can be simply programmed and used.

The outstanding pace of technological development around the world coupled with increasing population and rapid urbanization have brought along an ever-increasing demand for healthcare services. This trend results in an increasing amount and variety of medical wastes. Accordingly, the issue of effective collection, transportation and disposal of medical wastes, specifically in large cities, has become a critical concern from the viewpoint of urban logistics and holds great importance in terms of safety. This study aims to determine the safety of hospitals in their medical waste management function. The study involves the determination of medical waste management steps, establishment of a hierarchical structure, and weighting of the criteria within the established hierarchical structure by means of the analytic hierarchy process method. Afterwards, the extent to which these criteria are adopted in hospitals was evaluated by the medical waste management officers of those hospitals, and safety scores were obtained for each hospital by associating the results with the weighted values obtained by the analytic hierarchy process method. The model proposed for medical waste management problems encountered by healthcare institutions in Istanbul was implemented for a specific region of Istanbul province, and the obtained results were analyzed. Evaluation of the opinions of the healthcare officials for determination of the medical waste management safety scores showed that the “collection” criterion has significantly higher importance than the “temporary storage” and “transportation” criteria. “The effect on hospital personnel” sub-criterion of the “collection” criterion had the highest score. This revealed the importance of the collection process that takes place between storage and transportation, for evaluating the human waste-based risks.
