In the most common opinions, the asphalt content test cannot be carried out during the post audit. But there are complaints about the poor quality of hotmix asphalt works in public sector projects from road users. In these cases, auditors must maintain reputation of the Government to accommodate trust in the development that has been done, by carrying out the function of monitoring and evaluating, including in the evaluating of road maintenance work. From visual observations, the the most conditions of routine maintenance work (on the study object) are not good as expected. Also, the test results of the asphalt content in the mixture (extraction) have proven that the quality does not meet the required technical specifications, in where the density value and the mixed asphalt content is 15.24% lower than the allowable tolerance. Under these conditions, auditors can assume that the similarity range of asphalt concrete (AC-WC) quality is still too far from the required specifications. Complaints about the poor quality of hotmix asphalt works must be accommodated by auditors to maintain the image and reputation of the Government in the trust of Regional Development.

Floor slabs are structural components of a building that have certain dimensions to transmit dead and live loads on them to be distributed to their supports. Designing the floor slabs of a building, load data will be borne by the structure, so that the planned structure is able to bear the loads and forces that work. With careful planning, it is expected that the dimensions and reinforcement of the floor slabs are economical and safe which can avoid deflection and cracks. The building being reviewed is hospitals in Surabaya. This building consists of 9 floors with a height of up to 37 m. Planning dimensions and reinforcement in this hospital building includes two-way slabs with different size variations. The analysis was carried out using the 'envelope method' in accordance with SNI 2847: 2013 (Basics of Reinforced Concrete Planning). The results of the analysis of dimensions and reinforcement in this hospital building are: a) the dimensions / thickness of the plate on the roof plate is 125 mm, while b) the reinforcement used on this floor plate is Ø10-125 and the reinforcement for Ø10-200. Each moment analyzed is contained in the analysis results table and floor slab reinforcement drawings.

One of the main program of The East Java Province Government on the road sector is the capacity improvement through Road Reconstruction with Hardened Shoulder Project in the Strategic Corridor in the road province to accelerate the goods and people transport as a tools to support the public economic welfare. The benefit cost ratio analysis is carried out to evaluate how big the direct benefit which was obtained by the road users through this program. The research is conducted on the five main road which represent the urban and inter-urban area by comparing the two conditions, the base alternative (do nothing) and alternative (do something) to obtain the benefit influenced by the Road Reconstruction with Hardened Shoulder Project which fulfilling the economic feasibility criteria which is The Benefit Cost Ratio, Net Preset Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR).The Research shows that the first year benefit of the Road Reconstruction with Hardened Shoulder Project gives the Vehicle Operating Cost (VOC) saving by 4,86% and The Travel Time saving by 15,57%. The Benefit evaluation along 10 Years program is known from five roads which was studied only three had qualified to fulfill the feasibility criteria, B/C > 1, NPV> 1 dan Nilai IRR > r (discount rate 12 %) which was ranked based on the NPV/Capital value respectively Bts. Kab. Sumenep - Pantai Lumbang road by 5.425, Jajag - Simpang Lima Petahunan – Pasanggaran road by 1.429 and Kencong – Kasian road by 0.591.

Landungsari Market is one of the traditional markets built by the local village government to accelerate the village economy. Previously, Landungsari Market was a temporary market but with an increase in sellers who were moved from the original Merjosari market so that the local government made the Landungsari market a permanent market today. With the increasing number of seller stalls in the Landungsari market, the parking lot in the Landungsari market has decreased so that it demands the possibility of illegal parking occurs in some areas of the market. The research objective was to determine the characteristics of parking, parking feasibility, and parking solutions. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results obtained in this study are the number of parking spaces is still less than the number of parking vehicles, namely for two-wheeled parking lots, the parking needs exceed the normal capacity, while the average motorbike parking space unit is 129 parking spaces and the average The car park space unit is 11 parking spaces, so with this condition, it is deemed inappropriate parking facilities and additional parking lots to increase the parking capacity of vehicles, especially for two-wheeled vehicles

Landslide hazard mapping on the road infrastructure has 2 (two) main sources. The first is through a landslide inventory survey, and the second is through recording data on past landslide events. Each of the methods above has advantages and disadvantages. The most appropriate moment in making a landslide hazard map is when a certain disaster strikes an area with a certain measured impact. The Unpredictable variables that have been hidden and difficult to predict will be eliminated. Disaster events in disaster-prone mapping become a key variable as well as a validator. The characteristic of the landslide on road is also very specific, depends on the nature of the vehicle's spatial movement, and the scope of the affected area which is narrow but extends along the slopes coincide with the road. The most appropriate disaster mapping in measuring the level of hazard, vulnerability, and risk on the road is based on landslide record data. That is because the variables used to predict landslide events are extremely varied and too many are unknown. Assessing a map using a landslide disaster occurrence on the road is easier than making a map through the calculation method of certain variables that are overlapped. Based on the calculation of frequency analysis for 12 years, the daily rainfall value of 126.2 mm per day is the threshold of rain which has a probability of a landslide of 95% on the road infrastructure in East Java Province.

The valuation of Glendeng Bridge condition in Tuban District is needed to evaluate the deterioration of the bridge caused by the Bengawan Solo river flooding since the high rainfall which was made worst by the excavation of the bridge protection structure. This research is conducted through the direct visual survey by recorded the detail element of the bridge deterioration based on the deterioration code and assessed the level of severity and structural condition whether the element affecting the other element and suffering the overall bridge condition. This valuation of the bridge is based on the Bridge Management System (BMS) which was being studied by the Pusjatan Ministry of Public Work in 2012. The research shows that the main element deteriorated was the approach embankment, retaining wall, rubber bearing and earthquake dump isolator on the north side of Tuban caused by the drainage on the surface, excavation of the front of approach road and the flooding of Bengawan Solo river. The overall condition of the bridge is valuated with 4 (four) mark so that the bridge is needed to have the strengthening and replacement on the deteriorate elements

The objective of this research is to utilize Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) as a mixture of hot asphalt AC-WC type. The new additional material is required such as an aggregate and asphalt to meet the technical performance which is based on Specification Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2. This research is started by analyzing the RAP. The result of RAP extraction process are aggregates and asphalt. Grading on aggregate were conducted for required grading envelope. If it failed to qualify for required grading envelope, new aggregate and new asphalt is needed. Therefore, the AC-WC mixture was composed by mixing with a variation of RAP which is 10%, 20% and 30%. From all of the mixing composition, only mixture with 30% of RAP and 70% of new materials is recommended for hot mixture which fulfilling the engineering criteria requirements.

The Road Traffic and Transportation Forum (FLLAJ) is a prerequisite for the Regional Road Grant Program to increase community involvement and transparency of the quality of road maintenance work, through cooperation and participation of all stakeholders. FLLAJ's duties include receiving input or complaints from the public regarding roads, traffic and road transport. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the number of community complaints that have been submitted through the FLLAJ website and whether the problems with these complaints can be resolved. The problem limitation in this study is the Provincial FLLAJ, namely the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, West Nusa Tenggara Province, and East Java Provinces. Complaints that are entered through the respective FLLAJ's website, not through other social media which cannot be accessed by the public freely. The method used in this analysis is descriptive method. The result of this analysis is that the most complaints came from West Nusa Tenggara Province with a total of 81 complaints. As stated on the website, no one has uploaded any follow-up on these complaints, so for the second problem, it cannot be analyzed whether the problem has been can be resolved or not, because there is no detailed information regarding the resolution of the complaint. In conclusion, the FLLAJ plays a role in the Regional Road Grant Program, with many complaints being made on the FLLAJ websites of each province.

Jombang sub-district is the most densely populated sub-district because it is located in the middle of Jombang district and is also the center of government. Because it is a densely populated area, resulting in many changes in land use, green land for absorption has turned into a watertight area. The results of the analysis from this aspect indicate that several channels in Jombang District are not able to accommodate the design flood discharge. The calculation of the height of rain design in this study used the Log Person type III method with a return period of 5 years, which resulted in the design rainfall of 157 mm. The results of the analysis show that there are 8 channels out of 74 that are unable to accommodate the design flood discharge. After planning the infiltration wells, a different number was obtained for each road. For Jalan Sentot Prawirodirjo, there are 8 infiltration wells with a reduction power of 51.62%.
