This study aimed to determine the relationship between managerial ownership, leverage, and profitability to the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2015 to 2017. Profitability is proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), while leverage is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The stock price applied was the closing rate of the year-end stock. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The subject of the study was 30 manufacturing companies with a total of 90 observations. The data analysis utilised multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the profitability had a significant effect on stock prices, and leverage did not affect stock prices. Together, profitability and leverage did not have a significant effect on stock prices. Thus, the company must pay more attention to the profitability of the business in order to maintain a good price of the stock and to attract investors.

This study wants to analyze the influence of fundamental factors on stock prices listed manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange with the observation period Z004 to 2006. Fundamental analysis is used to assess the feasibility of investing in the stock because it can generate the variables that determine stock prices in the fitture. Valuation concept stocks with fitndamental analysis will yield information about whether a particular stock worth buying or not feasible, based on the opportunity to generate returns. To perform this analysis, it would require the company's financial data and other data related to the concept of stock valuation. One source of information that can be used is the company's financial statements. Pniecahan study focused on the issue of corporate fundamental factors jointly influence the stock price companies manufacturing in Indonesia Stock Exchange and what factors aflect the price of the most dominant share of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study aimed to determine the influence of fundamental factors together (simultaneously) on stock prices of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange and to determine the factors that most influence the predominantly manufacturing company‘s stock price in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that the six independent variables are return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), net book value (NVB), dividend payout ratio (DPR), dividend growth (GTH) and the expected rate of return (KS5) significantly influence the company's stock price is publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a coeflicient value of R-squared = 0.828758 and Adjusted R-squared = 0.821720 with 0.0000 significance. These results indicate that all six variables are taken into consideration appropriate to analyze the stock prices of publicly traded companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The most dominant factor affiecting the stock price of publicly traded companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the net book value (NBV) with kefisien value of 0.647716. The analysis of this study indicate that the parties - stakeholders should consider the variable return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), net book value (NVB), dividend payout ratio (DPR), dividend growth (GTH) and the expected benefits (KS5) in making decisions.

This research aims to determine empirically the effect of the company's fundamental ratio which in this study is proxied by return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the value of the company which is measured using price earning ratio (PER) and also to see whether stock prices affect this relationship. The coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2019 are the population chosen in this study. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, obtained 11 companies in the study period that met the data collection criteria, so that the total financial reports collected were 33 audited financial reports. The type of data is secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results shown in this study are partially ROE has a positive effect and DER has a negative effect on stock prices, while CR has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the three fundamental ratios have a significant effect on stock prices. Either partially or simultaneously ROE, CR, and DER have no effect on firm value. This study shows that stock prices have a significant effect on firm value, but stock prices are not an intervening variable in seeing the relationship between fundamental ratios and firm value. Keywords: Fundamental ratio, stock price, firm value

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio on stock prices, the effect of Firm Size on stock prices, the effect of Return On Equity on Stock Prices, the effect of Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, and the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously on stock prices in the 5 year period, 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The population in this study amounted to 150 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years published from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study contained 49 companies in the last 5 years with a total sample quantity of 245 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Return On Equity have no and insignificant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Partially Firm Size and Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the independent variable Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of ROE, DER, and firm size on stock prices of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used in this study were panel data sourced from the combination of cross section data and time series data. This research used purposive sampling method with the sample consisted of 86 manufacturing companies listed on IDX in 2017. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that ROE and firm size had a positive and significant influence on stock price. However, DER did not have a significant influence on stock price. This study aimed to analyze the influence Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth Company and market factors, namely Capitalization Rate on stock price on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 period who actively publish the financial statements in the period of observation. In this study, the data collected is of secondary data is data obtained indirectly from the object of research. Therefore, in this study the data capture technique using the documentation techniques. The procedure of sample selection is purposive sampling and analysis model used is the Multiple regression to test the hypothesis that the t test and F test and also performed classical assumption. The results showed that the Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value positive and significant effect on stock prices and capitalization rates and a significant negative effect on stock prices. Based on the test results indicate that simultaneous Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rates affect stock prices. Variations independent variable Earning Per Share, Return on Equity, Book Value, Growth companies and capitalization rate is able to explain the variation in stock prices by 95.64%.

ABSTRACT The object of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2014, as many as 150 companies. Samples were selected using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were as many as 16 companies. The collection of data by accessing internet sites to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The aim of this research to examine are there impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, and DER as an independent variable whit stock price as dependent variable on 10 real estate companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and have financial statements in the period 2013–2016 so that the unit of analysis obtained is 40 financial statement list real estate company. The research variable consisted on independent variable in the form of return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), earning per share (X3), price earning ratio (X4), debt to equity ratio (X5), and stock price (Y) as a dependent variable. Methods of data collection in of this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis technique were use multiple linier regression. Based on the results of regression analysis known that influence of return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and debt to equity ratio and simultaneously influence the stock price on the Indonesia stock exchange in period 2013–2016 at 92,8% while the rest influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Partially, return on asset and earning per share significantly influence to stock prices, while return on equity, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio but not significant effect on stock prices.

Manufacturing companies are considered to have promising developments because they can provide innovations that are well accepted by the market share. This research aims to find out the effect of DER, .EPS,. And NPM on share prices according to partial and simultaneous. The object of research is the food and beverage manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The method of analysis used is the classical assumption test, such as 1. Normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicollinearity test. 2. Multiple linear regression test and 3. Hypothesis testing using t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the research are partial DER..and..EPS does not have an impact on stock prices, while NPM has an impact on stock prices. According to DER, EPS and NPM simultaneously have an impact on stock prices. The coefficient of determination shows that 53.4% ​​of the stock price is influenced by the three independent variables.
