This study aims to determine the response of fishermen to insurance, so it can be seen how the right insurance model for fishermen in order to support the accessibility of capital to financial institutions such as LKMS. The determination of the insurance model in this study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, where the decision is made by considering and validating empirical experience. The results of this study indicate that the most appropriate insurance model is Partner Agent with a value of 0.4774. Partners who are invited to work together in this regard are KUD Fishermen. The most appropriate insurance product is a Health Insurance product with a weight of 0.4878. Based on these results the researchers made several alternative microinsurance models in accordance with each category of fishermen including, the KUDN Partner Model for Small Fishermen, the Micro-ABK Model for Workers Fishermen, and the Full Service Insurance Company (LPPA) Model for Fishermen employer.

This research aims to: (1) Knowing the obstacles faced in implementing the Mutanaqisah Musharaka Financing (2) The solutions taken to overcome these obstacles; and (3) the right strategy to apply musyarakah mutanaqisah financing. This study uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and the assistance of Super Decision software. ANP is carried out in three stages, namely: first, in-depth interviews with Islamic banking experts and practitioners to identify the factors that influence the minimum amount of musyarakah mutanaqisah. Second, the results of the first step are used to create an ANP framework and a questionnaire addressed to Islamic banking experts and practitioners; and third, ANP analysis to determine the best priorities, solutions and strategies for implementing Musyarakah mutanaqisah financing in Islamic banking. The results showed that: (1) The constraints faced by Islamic banking in implementing Musyarakah Mutanaqisah financing for Islamic banking KPRS financing can be divided into two, namely internal and external problems. Internal problems stem from internal banking, banking human resources, and musyarakah mutanaqisah financing products. External problems originate from customers, authorities, and Islamic banks. The most priority problem faced is internal problems, namely human resources (HR) associated with low knowledge and skills about the MMQ contract. Meanwhile, the most dominant external problem is Islamic banking with a lack of insight into the MMQ contract. (2) The solutions given in determining the financing strategy for the musyarakah mutanaqisah are divided into two, namely internal and external solutions. The most priority solution comes from internal solutions, namely product solutions in the form of Islamic banking that must vary the contract, especially for the MMQ contract; and (3) The alternative with the most priority in determining the financing implementation strategy with the musyarakah mutanaqisah contract in Islamic banking is the Socialization and Education Program, followed by Contract Optimization, Portfolio Development, Image Strengthening, MMQ Segmentation Mapping, and MMQ financing market segmentation.

This article describes a method for analyzing hierarchies; identifies the problems with inconsistent judgments. The proof is given that the most effective tool allowing one to make the right decisions with inconsistencies is the introduction of the eigenvector on environmental planning and management. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method for decision making, which includes qualitative factors. In this method, ratio scales are obtained from ordinal scales, which are derived from individual judgments for qualitative factors using the pairwise comparison matrix. This paper describes the applicability of a multicriteria decision-making method, specifically, the analytic network process.

Indonesian Warship (KRI) is one of the Main System Weapons (defense equipment) owned by the Navy. In its2017 procurement, the Navy made a second generation Fast Ship Missile (KCR) made by PT PAL thatproduced more than the previous generation, both in terms of capacity and rich ships, named KRI KerambitClass. To support the battle, this KRI Kerambit Class will be equipped with a surface to surface missile (SSM) toimprove the ability to use maximum battleships. To be able to activate its function properly, it is necessary tochoose the right missile base weapon. The selection of alternative missile weapons over water requires analysisof information and collects important requirements about data from alternative weapons over the air. In additionto alternatives, it is expected that major criteria will be considered in the selection of the Weapons over the air.In making the decision to procure Weapons Over Water, where the conflict cannot be arranged in the form of ahierarchy because it requires interaction and higher level elements to lower level elements. Therefore in thisstudy the Trial Making and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and Analytic Network Process (ANP) methodshave the ability to accommodate the interrelations between criteria or alternatives. Based on data processing, the Exocet MM 40 Block 3 has been selected. This missile has several advantages compared to other missiles, including launching at counters and missfire that is very low and has very good durability. Keywords: Missile Selection, DEMATEL, Analytic Network Process

In this paper is researched how to achieve an effective fleet maintenance planning in transport companies, which contributes in increasing the fleet energy efficiency and in achieving the companies? goal. Within the fleet maintenance planning, managers have to make the right decisions on the selection of vehicle service centers in the region where the maintenance work will be realized. The mentioned decision is affected by a number of different interdependent factors (criteria). Based on a survey, relevant factors (criteria) were defined. As defined factors are interdependent and differently influence the mentioned decision, an approach of decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL)-based analytic network process called DANP was applied. In this respect, authors propose a hybrid multi-criteria decision making model. The proposed model was applied in the companies to demonstrate how effective their managers are in the maintenance planning and how this effectiveness influences the fleet energy efficiency and fulfilment of companies? goal.

When threatened with catastrophic political or economic fluctuations, a firm might be forced to consider relocating their supply chain to reduce the risk. Such a relocation necessitates a series of changes, so making the right decision is crucial for sustainable development of the company. In the past, various models have been developed to help managers to select the optimal location. However, most of these considered the factors independently but in the real world, these factors have a mutually influential relationship. This study purposes a hybrid multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) model to provide decision makers with a comprehensive framework to evaluate the best strategies to solve relocation problems, which also considers the interdependency between criteria. The model incorporates the DANP (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory-based Analytic Network Process) model (subjective weight) and entropy method (objective weight) to determine the weights of the criteria. Then, the modified VIKOR (VIšekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangiranje) method is applied to select the optimal alternative for relocation. The usefulness of the model is demonstrated by taking an electronics manufacturing company with a global supply chain as an example. The results indicate that the proposed hybrid model can assist companies in choosing the best locations for their supply chains for sustained development.
