The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The measurement scale in this study uses the Likert scale. Data tests were carried out using the structural equation modeling method. From the research results, it can be obtained that the influence between variables, including country image, has a positive and significant effect on customer perceived value and has a positive and insignificant effect directly on customer satisfaction. However, when the effect is on the mediation of customer perceived value, the effect becomes positive and significant. A systematic random sampling was used todraw sample of 255 customers. The hotel includes Orange Home Sharia, ShariaNarapati Hotel, Cottage Daarul Jannah, Daarul Mutmainah, and MQ Guest House. This research used Structural Equation Modeling to measure the variables of servicequality (Gayatri, 2013) and Muslims Customer Perceived Value (MCPV) (Eid andGohary, 2015) to measure the perceived value variables. Eleven hypotheses weredeveloped and tested using a sample of 255 Muslim tourists. Exploratory andconfirmatory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the measures, while thestructural equation modeling in hypotheses testing. The strength of the relationshipbetween the constructs indicates that features of the suggested MCPV model are crucialto achieving Muslim customer retention in the tourism industry. Findings also suggestthat the availability of the suggested Islamic attributes value, along with conventionalvalue dimensions, could satisfy Muslim tourists when they buy a tourism package.

PurposeThis study aims to examine the relationship between trust and its antecedents, i.e. customer satisfaction, perceived value and religiosity. The moderating roles of religiosity on the relationships between perceived value, satisfaction and trust also have been investigated in this study.Design/methodology/approachThis research has carried out in West Sumatra Indonesia. The respondents of this study are Islamic bank customers from five areas in West Sumatra Indonesia. Data have been collected through Survey method. After some preliminary analyses, we employed 390 useable responses in the analysis. Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) was employed to analyze the data.FindingsThis study found that religiosity has significant impacts on perceived value, customer satisfaction and trust. Perceived value and customer satisfaction are also significant antecedents of trust. Moreover, it found the significant moderating impact of religiosity on the link between perceived value and trust, and also on the link between customer satisfaction and trust.Research limitations/implicationsThis cross-sectional study has been conducted in a single country. Accordingly, this study may have a limitation in result generalization. Moreover, this study only focused on three antecedents of trust, including religiosity, satisfaction and perceived value. Therefore, for future research, we suggest conducting a longitudinal study in some Muslim countries such as Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Middle East countries. We also suggest employing other antecedents of customer trust, such as customer engagement and customer sociocultural.Practical implicationsBased on the research findings, the managers of Islamic banks will have input on how to improve their customers' trust by giving more attention to customer religiosity, perceived value and satisfaction. They can develop programs to increase customer perceived value and satisfaction such as a reward program to increase customer trust.Originality/valueA more comprehensive model of the relationship between religiosity, perceived value, satisfaction and trust has been addressed in this study. This study also highlighted the significant moderating role of religiosity on the link between perceived value, satisfaction and trust which are neglected previously have also been highlighted in this study.

Many banks in Indonesia have been conducting surveys to customers related to services at branch offices (Branch Service Quality) and Customer Engagement with results that continue to growevery year. With the advancement of digital technology, counter services have begun to shift to digital channels, especially mobile banking. Existing research related to the use of mobile banking uses e-servquality more often, which is generally used in research to see the excellence of services in internet banking, online shops, and digital marketplaces. Therefore, we consider it is necessary to carry on a research about the effect of mobile banking service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty, the effect of customer perceived value on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and the effect of customer satisfaction with customer loyalty. The research was conducted by setting a sample of Bank XYZ customers who use Bank XYZ mobile banking, the total is 505 respondents. Structural equation modeling was used to carry outconfirmatory factor analysis and path analysis. From the results, it can be seen that mobile banking service quality and customer perceived value have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, but no significant effect on customer loyalty. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Purpose – Global mobile communication is one of the most dynamic and important service markets. Several researchers suggest using a theoretical approach to develop a much deeper insight into key marketing constructs such as service quality, customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, perceived switching costs, corporate image, and customer loyalty is of vital importance to the mobile communications market. This study aims to develop and test a comprehensive hierarchical model of these six important constructs. The model also incorporates the retailing function of a major mobile communication provider. Design/methodology/approach – The research sample of 516 was drawn from customers of one of the largest mobile communications service providers in China. The data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. Findings – The results of the study support using a hierarchical and multidimensional approach for conceptualising and measuring customers' perceptions of service quality in the mobile communications market. In addition, the findings illustrate that service quality is an important determinant of customer perceived value, customer satisfaction, corporate image, and perceived switching costs. Customer perceived value is also an antecedent of customer satisfaction. Corporate image, customer satisfaction, and perceived switching costs are three key drivers of customer loyalty. However, the findings also indicate that corporate image is not an important determinant of customer satisfaction and that customer perceived value is not a key driver of customer loyalty. Originality/value – This is the first paper that has developed and tested a comprehensive hierarchical model of the mobile communications market.
