The purpose of this study is to determine the effect e-service quality and perceived value on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in e-commerce business. The research was conducted quantitatively through survey method as many as 165 respondents toward customer at least had made transactions with e-commerce in West Jakarta Region. The sampling method uses non probability such as purposive sampling. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaries online and processing data uses SPSS and LISREL 8.70 for structural equation model (SEM). The result of the research hypothesis show that e-service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention and customer satisfaction madiates the effect of e-service quality and repurchase intention on repurchase intention.

This type of the research is case study with survey method by using questionnaire as a toolof data collection. The study was conducted in Purwokerto area. There are many varioustype of culinary business, such as cafe, restaurant, foodstreet, foodcourt, etc. But one of themost popular in the society now is cafe and restaurant. One of the new cafe and resto thathad been just found in Purwokerto is Level Up. As a new arrival, Level Up have a uniqueconcept, place, foods and beverages, and also the services that can attract young adult inPurwokerto to visit Level Up. But, there was a decrease in the customers who visited LevelUp after a year of standing and the problem that faced by Level Up become a businessphenomenon. Based on the problems above, this research was conducted to analyze thefood and beverage quality, service quality, place, and perceived price to customersatisfaction and repurchase intention. Respondents of this research are 165 respondentscame from consumers in Purwokerto who have been visited Level Up Purwokerto. Thisresearch uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) as analysis tools technique. Statisticalsoftware SPSS is used to analyze the data. The result of hypothesis testing using T-test is inthe following: (1) Food and beverage quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (2)Service quality has positive effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Place has a positive but nosignificant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Perceived price has a positive effect oncustomer satisfaction. (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchaseintention.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, E-WOM, and perceived value on customer satisfaction of the Bakauheni-Palembang Toll Road. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection technique using a survey method with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 200 respondents who have used the Bakauheni-Palembang Toll Road at least twice in the last year. Use SPSS 22 version and Lisrel 8.8 SEM (Structural Equation Model) for technical data analysis to process and analyze research data. The results showed that service quality has no significant effect on E-WOM, service quality had no significant effect on customer satisfaction, the perceived value has a significant effect on E-WOM, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, E-WOM has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, service quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction through E-WOM, perceived value has a significant effect on customer satisfaction through E-WOM.

This study seeks to analyze the influence of corporate image, quality services and price perceptions of Pertamina product customer satisfaction, analyze the influence of corporate image, service quality and price perceptions on purchase loyalty, analyze customer satisfaction on purchase loyalty, and analyze the influence of corporate image, service quality and price perception through customer satisfaction on purchase loyalty. The study was conducted at the Pertamina Office in South Sulawesi Province with a population of 5,540 people and a sample of 277 respondents based on a 5% Quota sampling method. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model using AMOS 18. The results found that corporate image, service quality and price perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Corporate image, service quality and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty. Feelings of pleasure using the product as an actualization of the attitude of customer loyalty, corporate image and service quality through customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on purchase loyalty, while price perception through customer satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on purchase loyalty.

This research aimed to investigate consumers’ intention to repurchase jamu at Jamu Café. Service quality, customer satisfaction, and Word-of-Mouth (WOM) were selected as the predictor variables. In total, 200 participants who purchased jamu at the café were selected conveniently. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses as well as Structural Equation Model (SEM). As a result, service quality influences customer satisfaction significantly. As customers are satisfied, they do word-of-mouth and repurchase. On the other hand, WOM has an insignificant impact on repurchase intention.

This research aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards Netflix’s user. This research uses quantitative method and the data collection use survey method with questionnaires as the instrument. The sample of this research is 200 respondents who live in DKI Jakarta and have used Netflix in the past 6 months. Data were analyzed using software SPSS version 25 and SEM (Structural Equation Model) from Lisrel 8.8 to process and analyze the research data. The result of hypothesis testing shows that e-service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction, but not on customer loyalty. However, e-service quality has significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The result also found that brand image has significant effect on both customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction has the most influence on customer loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality and customer satisfaction on brand image. The population in this study are people in Denpasar City who use the Grab application. The number of samples obtained is 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula, which has been determined by the non-probability sampling method, namely incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is the statistical method of Structural Equation Model (SEM). The test results show that the variables of price, promotion, service quality and customer satisfaction have an effect on brand image. The study investigates how service quality and perceived value influence brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar and how these relationships are mediated by customer satisfaction. The research was conducted in Denpasar, Bali. Sample size of 128 respondents was collected through a questionnaire and has been tested for its validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that service quality, perceived value and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar. Another result is that customer satisfaction is able to partially mediate the relationship between service quality and perceived value with brand loyalty of Lion Air customers in Denpasar. This research is expected to be empirical evidence for future research and be able to enrich the development of marketing management science related to service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The practical implication in this research is that Lion Air customer loyalty can be created when consumers feel that the quality of service provided by Lion Air meets their expectations, feels added value when using Lion Air, and feels right and satisfied when using Lion Air.

This study investigates the effects of e-service quality and after-sales e-service dimensions of e-commerce sites on customers' e-satisfaction. E-commerce site hepsiburada.com operating in Turkey, was selected as an example for their e-commerce website. The survey method collected the data, and 417 hepsiburada.com customers reached by random sampling method were included in the study. E-S-QUAL and E-RecS-QUAL scales were used to measure the concepts of e-service quality and after-sales e-service quality. The data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. According to the analysis findings, system availability, fulfilment, responsiveness, and compensation had a significant and positive effect on e-satisfaction, and efficiency, privacy, and contact have no significant and positive effect on e-satisfaction. The findings were interpreted, and suggestions were provided.

Purpose The improvement of museum service quality and efficiency is a hot issue in recent years. This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of museum audience satisfaction with music playing experience and provide empirical support for the improvement of museum service quality. Design/methodology/approach In this study, first, the basic theory of customer satisfaction and the basic theory of structural equation model are introduced. Different types of music have different effects on audience experience. At the same time, for different types of museums, different exhibition halls in the same museum and different types of exhibitions, the use of music should be tailored to local conditions. Then, a questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the satisfaction of the audience of Hunan Museum with their music playing experience, and the survey data are collected and sorted out. Structural equation model (SEM) is used to study the customer satisfaction of Museum audiences' music playing experience, so as to find out the factors that have the greatest impact on the satisfaction and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions. Findings The results show that perceived value and perceived quality have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction. Research limitations/implications Museum audience satisfaction model involves many variables and has complex relationships. Therefore, there are still many shortcomings in this study. Practical implications Therefore, this study has important practical significance for museums to serve the society, improve the level of exhibition and realize their own value. By improving the exhibition environment and paying attention to the complaints of the audience, the satisfaction of the audience can be improved. Originality/value The structural equation model is applied to the study of museum customer satisfaction.

<p>This research aims to determine the relationship between service qualities and repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as the mediator variable on e-commerce in Indonesia. Data were obtained from 162 respondents by using close and self-administered types of questions. The respondents independently filled the given questionnaires with the Likert scale and Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used for analysis. The findings show that customer satisfaction variable is a mediation of web service quality and repurchase intention on e-commerce in Indonesia.</p>
