Lombok has Pearl attraction that has been known to foreign countries. The large potential is not yet widely realized to be given protection from legal aspects, so many countries that sell pearl products on behalf of / hijacked by the name of Mutiara Lombok. This research was conducted by normative juridical method. Using primary, secondary, and non-law material as the study. The results show that the potential of Lombok pearl law protection through geographical indication is very open. Forms of legal protection can be done in 2 ways, namely protection of preventive law and repressive law protection. The implications of Lombok Pearl protection through IG can at least be used as a) product marketing strategy at domestic and foreign trade; b) Provide added value to the product and improve the producer's welfare; c) Enhance the reputation of IG products in international trade; d) Equality of treatment as a result of promotion from abroad; and e) IG protection as one means to avoid fraudulent competition.

Keywords: Legal Protection, Lombok Pearl

Jakarta is a melting pot of cultures from various ethnics and also foreign countries. Even so, Jakarta also has a native population, namely the Betawi ethnic group, who now mostly live on the outskirts of Jakarta because of the development of the capital region. Betawi cuisine is part of an integral Betawi tribe. This Betawi culinary can become one of Indonesia's superior cultural potentials that has special characteristics, high quality and identity, and has a creative ethos and differs creativity, as well as added value economically, technologically and culturally. This research identifies the potential of Betawi culinary to support Jakarta tourism. In addition to culinary, souvenirs can be brought in the form of food and crafts that reflect cultural character. The research method was carried out using a qualitative approach with a grounded theory method. Researchers conducted a desk study activity on culinary tourism potential, compiled a list of Betawi culinary potentials, confirmed the potential of the interviewees (snacks, main food, lunch, dessert, drinks) and made conclusions. The report preparation method is carried out using literature study, field observations, and discussions with informants in the field from the Betawi Women's Association, Betawi Cultural Institute (LKB), Betawi culinary entrepreneurs, and the Jakarta Tourism Office. The achievement of this research is the identification of Ginger Coffee to be used as a potential for souvenirs typical of Betawi which contain locality elements as a basis for developing tourism destinations in Jakarta in particular and Indonesia in general

Recent progress in computer technology enables the calculation of lens fields and focal properties on commonly available computers such as IBM ATs. If we add to this the use of graphics, we greatly increase the applicability of design programs for electron lenses. Most programs for field computation are based on the finite element method (FEM). They are written in Fortran 77, so that they are easily transferred from PCs to larger machines. The design process has recently been made significantly more user friendly by adding input programs written in Turbo Pascal, which allows a flexible implementation of computer graphics. The input programs have not only menu driven input and modification of numerical data, but also graphics editing of the data. The input programs create files which are subsequently read by the Fortran programs. From the main menu of our magnetic lens design program, further options are chosen by using function keys or numbers. Some options (lens initialization and setting, fine mesh, current densities, etc.) open other menus where computation parameters can be set or numerical data can be entered with the help of a simple line editor. The "draw lens" option enables graphical editing of the mesh - see fig. I. The geometry of the electron lens is specified in terms of coordinates and indices of a coarse quadrilateral mesh. In this mesh, the fine mesh with smoothly changing step size is calculated by an automeshing procedure. The options shown in fig. 1 allow modification of the number of coarse mesh lines, change of coordinates of mesh points or lines, and specification of lens parts. Interactive and graphical modification of the fine mesh can be called from the fine mesh menu. Finally, the lens computation can be called. Our FEM program allows up to 8000 mesh points on an AT computer. Another menu allows the display of computed results stored in output files and graphical display of axial flux density, flux density in magnetic parts, and the flux lines in magnetic lenses - see fig. 2. A series of several lens excitations with user specified or default magnetization curves can be calculated and displayed in one session.

ASHA's focus on evidence-based practice (EBP) includes the family/stakeholder perspective as an important tenet in clinical decision making. The common factors model for treatment effectiveness postulates that clinician-client alliance positively impacts therapeutic outcomes and may be the most important factor for success. One strategy to improve alliance between a client and clinician is the use of outcome questionnaires. In the current study, eight parents of toddlers who attended therapy sessions at a university clinic responded to a session outcome questionnaire that included both rating scale and descriptive questions. Six graduate students completed a survey that included a question about the utility of the questionnaire. Results indicated that the descriptive questions added value and information compared to using only the rating scale. The students were varied in their responses regarding the effectiveness of the questionnaire to increase their comfort with parents. Information gathered from the questionnaire allowed for specific feedback to graduate students to change behaviors and created opportunities for general discussions regarding effective therapy techniques. In addition, the responses generated conversations between the client and clinician focused on clients' concerns. Involving the stakeholder in identifying both effective and ineffective aspects of therapy has advantages for clinical practice and education.

This study investigates the impact of Ease of Doing Business on Inward FDI over the period from 2011 to 2015 across the globe. This study measures ease of doing business using starting a business, getting credit, registering property, paying taxes and enforcing contracts. The research used a sample of 177 countries from 190 countries listed in World Bank. Least square regression model via E-views software used to examine causal relationship. The study found that ease of doing business indicators ‘Enforcing Contracts’ was found to have a positive significant impact on Inward FDI. Nevertheless, ‘Getting Credit’ and ‘Registering Property’ were found to have a negative significant impact on Inward FDI. However, ‘Starting a Business’ and ‘Paying Taxes’ have no significant impact on Inward FDI in the studied timeframe of this research. The findings of the study suggested the ease of doing business enables inward FDI through better contract enforcements, getting credit and registering property. The findings of the research will assist international managers and companies to know the importance of ease of doing business when investing in foreign countries through FDI.

Good agricultural practices (GAPs) and good handling practices (GHPs) encompass the general procedures that growers, packers and processors of fresh fruits and vegetables should follow to ensure the safety of their product. GAPs usually deal with preharvest practices (i.e., in the field), while GHPs cover postharvest practices, including packing, storage and shipping. This factsheet covers GAPs relating to packing operation sanitation. There are seven other Florida Cooperative Extension factsheets in the ‘Food Safety on the Farm’ series that focus on specific aspects of the GAPs program and how they relate to Florida crops and practices. Under the new Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), GAPs are a foundation of the Produce Safety Rule (PSR). Other than for round tomatoes in Florida (T-GAPs regulation), GAPs have mainly been a voluntary program. Additionally the PSR mandates all non-exempt operations to follow these new FSMA federal guidelines (6), but all exempt commodities and for those producers exporting to foreign countries, GAPs may still be required. Both the mandatory PSR and GAPs aim to reduce the foodborne illness burden associated with produce.
