The article considers the issue of training competitive future managers in the field of education. The main directions of formation of the future leader are analyzed, the basic tools of formation of professional competence of such leader and features of use of such tools are presented. The author concludes that in order for educational institutions in Ukraine to move to the level of innovation and meet the demands of society, it is necessary to improve the system of training future managers in the field of education, develop and implement creative processes. After all, in developed countries it is becoming a common practice and the main source of competitive advantage. In modern management, the management of the processes of formation and use of creative potential refers to "creative management". That is why the introduction of creative management in the field of education and in our country is becoming important. Further research is due to the transformation of social and economic relations and is related to the development of methods for preparing future managers to work in educational institutions on the basis of creativity.

The article deals with topical issues of professional training of future teachers. The essence of the concepts of «self-development» and «self-improvement» was revealed, the significance of pedagogical practice as a factor of professional self-development and self-improvement of the future teacher was substantiated. It was revealed that effective preparation of participants in the educational process in educational institutions is possible due to the strengthening of the practical orientation of students' training. That is, pedagogical practice is the initial stage in the system of professional training, the first part of the practical mastering of the pedagogical profession. It promotes the deepening and systematization of knowledge gained by students in the process of studying specialized disciplines, as well as the development of information competence of future professionals. Pedagogical practice provides a combination of theoretical training of students with their practical pedagogical activity in the conditions of educational institutions of different types and promotes the formation of a creative attitude towards future professional activities, deepening and systematization of the knowledge gained by students in the process of theoretical training; self-development and self-improvement of future teachers. In this period, the foundations of professional activity of future specialists are laid, professional qualities are formed, the ability to self-development, self-realization and interest in the future profession are revealed.It is established that proper organization of pedagogical practice contributes to professional growth of the future teachers, development of abilities, allows to create external and internal conditions for self-development of the student. З’ясовано, що ефективна підготовка учасників освітнього процесу у закладах освіти можлива за рахунок посилення практичної спрямованості навчання студентів. Тобто, педагогічна практика – це початковий етап у системі фахової підготовки, перша ланка практичного засвоєння педагогічної професії. Вона сприяє поглибленню і систематизації знань, отриманих студентами в процесі вивчення профільних дисциплін, а також розвитку інформаційної компетенції майбутніх фахівців. Педагогічна практика забезпечує поєднання теоретичної підготовки студентів з їх практичною педагогічною діяльністю в умовах навчальних закладів різних типів і сприяє формуванню творчого відношення до майбутньої професійної діяльності, поглибленню та систематизації знань, одержаних студентами в процесі теоретичного навчання; до саморозвитку та самовдосконалення, майбутніх педагогів. В цей період закладаються основи професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців, формуються професійні якості, розкривається здібність до саморозвитку, самореалізації та інтерес до майбутньої професії.Встановлено, що правильна організація педагогічної практики сприяє професійному росту майбутніх педагогів, розвитку здібностей, дозволяє створити зовнішні та внутрішні умови для саморозвитку студентів. Таким чином, постійне самовиховання та самовдосконалення – єдиний шлях, який дозволить сучасному педагогу стати справжнім професіоналом, розвинути професійну компетентність.Ключові слова: професійна компетентність, саморозвиток, самовдосконалення, педагог, навчальний процес.

The article clarifies the essence of the concepts of «сompetence» and «professional competence», determines the components of teacher’s professional competence: motivational (interest and motivation for future professional activity), cognitive (formed knowledge), operational (acquired skills and abilities) and personal-reflexive (ability to self-esteem, self-development and self- improvement). The author, on the basis of comparative analysis, shows the experience of forming the future teacher’s professional competence in leading countries such as: Germany, Denmark, Great Britain, France and others. The article outlines the peculiarities of the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in determined countries. The interesting aspect in the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence in Germany is its information component, whose high level of evaluation is facilitated by the introduction of modern multimedia technologies in the educational process. The peculiarity of the Danish system of the future teachers’ professional competence formation is the availability of an additional vocational guidance level. So while forming the professional competence of a future teacher in the UK, considerable attention is paid to student’s research activities built on the humanization and democratization of the educational process in this country. The specificity of the future teachers’ professional competence formation in universities of France is that its most important component is the information and communication component. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the positive experience of the future teachers’ professional competence formation abroad is generalized; the recommendations on its introduction into the system of professional training in higher education institutions of Ukraine are worked out. The conclusion is made that the formation of the future teacher’s professional competence abroad will contribute to: the introduction of professional selection of applicants for teaching professions; exploiting the potential of non-formal education; an increase in the duration of teaching practice and the introduction of a mentoring system; inclusion of academic disciplines, that provide inclusive education, into the educational process; providing benefits to active teaching methods based on an interdisciplinary and problem-based approach; creating conditions for the exchange of experience of higher educational institutions with foreign educational institutions.

The inclusive education of children requires teachers to have an adequate attitude to a special child in a children's team, the ability to provide him with psychological and pedagogical support and reveal the creative potential of each child. In this regard, the question arises about the need for high-quality training of specialists in the field of pedagogy and psychology for inclusive educational institutions. The qualitative realization of the educational needs of each child, regardless of his physical, mental and intellectual abilities, depends on the psychological and pedagogical competence of specialists engaged in the educational process. And first of all, an important component of the professional competence of specialists here is psychological readiness for pedagogical work with children in an inclusive education. The purpose of the work is to investigate the psychological and pedagogical problems of the implementation of inclusive education and the directions of their solution.

The article reveals the essence and structure of the acmeological experiment and presents the results of empirical research related to the readiness state demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions for self-projecting and further self-realization. In the process of empirical research, the author’s questionnaire was developed to determine the degree of education manager’s readiness for self-projecting; the respondents of the control and experimental groups were selected; the respondents were questioned; the results of the experiment were processed; the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for self-projecting were elaborated basing on the experiment results. In order to develop the readiness of managers of educational institutions for self-projecting, a special course «Self-projecting as a way to develop the professional competence of educational managers» has been elaborated, which has been tested in the educational process aimed at training Master course students who obtain their education according to the educational and professional program «Management of an educational institution». This special course was tested during the acmeological experiment. The formation of the abilities to use the self-projecting mechanism for developing the professional competence of an education manager as well as to fulfil the individual plan aimed at developing the professional competence of an education manager in the form of an individual trajectory of self-development and self-improvement are the main results got after mastering the special course. The results of the acmeological experiment showed a significant improvement in the readiness state for self-projecting demonstrated by the future managers of educational institutions who represented the experimental group. Based on the conducted experimental research, the organizational and methodological recommendations aimed at facilitating the development of the readiness of the future education managers for professional self-projecting and self-realization have been elaborated. The article considers the peculiarities of the student youth's spiritual and creative potential development based on students' socio-cultural, moral and ethical, creative needs and values. The interrelation and interdependence of objective and subjective factors of the modern youth's way of life and its role in the formation of worldview, value-normative model of behaviour, moral and ethical ways of cognition, communication and leisure have been analyzed. The role of education in the formation and development of student youth as an intellectual potential of the state is determined. The essence of the concepts «quality of higher education», «quality of educational activity» in the context of the functioning of a higher education institution is distinguished. The necessity of introduction of monitoring of educational institutions as a method (systems, methods, technologies) of constant diagnostics of educational process and analysis of empirical information to compare basic and normative indicators and prevention of undesirable deviations in the processes of cognition, communication and leisure of student youth is substantiated. The way of the spiritual life of student youth, style of thinking, value orientations and attitudes have social and psychological significance and acquire a powerful influence on other communities of society. Therefore, as a result of identification, the elements of the spiritual and creative potential of society affect the development of the individual, the deepening of his/her needs and interests. That is why the most pressing issue is the problem of constant study of student youth and development of methods for reorientation from passive and chaotic activities of educational social institutions to purposeful and scientifically sound action of mass communication systems and implementation of public control programs for socio-psychological manifestations of the student cohort. Particular attention needs to be paid to the establishment of a system of permanent diagnostics of social well-being in educational institutions and to anticipate the influence of social and socio-economic factors in promoting educational skills and professional competence as a guarantee of successful employment.

The article justifies potentials of practical-oriented approach application in the system of the boxing coach vocational training in higher educational institutions. The quality problem of training of the future boxing coach training and their further successful employment makes the current focus of higher educational institutions on the ability of their graduates to realizethe acquired competences in practical way and raises the question of developmentexpediency of interaction mechanism between the university and potential employers, which in typical cases are sports schools of different types. It is established that the practical-oriented approach is focused not only on acquisition of knowledge, but also skills and experience of practical activities. The analysis of literature source set has allowed to establish that quite often the practical-oriented approachis consider by researchers as a teaching and studymethod in combination with practical activities, and orientations of educational process at the end of studying are formation and development of professional competences. New technologies of the future coach training can be developed on a basis of the practical-oriented approach which will raise students motivation to successful formation of their own professional competence. Practical-oriented approach is a method of the future coach training, which allows students to combine studyingin the higher educational institution with practical work. Future specialists are put in a real working environment where they receive the appropriate practical and social skills necessary for successful coaching. It is established that the practical-oriented approach is realizedthrough the developed model which includes target, substantive and technology components. The practical-oriented approach in the research is determined by one of the most effective professional ways of boxing coach training, as it makes students as close as possible to the future professional activity. The point is in the organization of educational process in the context of future profession by reconstruction of realpsycho-socialsituations in forms and methods of educational students’ activity which take place in professional coach activity.

Knowledge and the capability to create and utilize knowledge today are consid- ered to be the most important sources of a firm’s sustainable competitive advantage. This paper aims to advance understanding of the knowledge creation of firm in Vietnam by studying Alphanam Company. The case illustrates how knowledge- based management pursues a vision for the future based on ideals that consider the relationships of people in society. The finding shows that the case succeeded because of their flexibility and mobility to keep meeting to the changing needs of the customers or stakeholders. The paper also provided some suggestions for future research to examine knowledge-based management of the companies in a different industry segments and companies originating in other countries

Статтю присвячено проблемам професійного навчання соціальних працівників, зокрема розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти процесу підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Зазначено що в професійній психології та педагогіці набуває поширення компетентнісний підхід до сучасної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на особистісно-орієнтованому та психолого-акмеологічному напрямках професійної освіти та навчання. Особистісні якості фахівця розглядаються як метапрофесійні компетенції, що забезпечують якість праці майбутнього соціального працівника. На основі аналізу специфіки підготовки фахівців соціономічних професій окреслено загальні напрями формування професійних компетенцій соціальних працівників: пріоритет професійно-особистісного розвитку для досягнення високого рівня професіоналізму фахівця; формування психологічної, особистісної та рефлексивної компетентності; практична зорієнтованість процесу навчання. Розглянуто методи та технології активного формування психологічної та особистісної компетентності фахівця в процесі професійного навчання, а саме методика контекстного (знаково-контекстного) навчання та психолого-акмеологічні методи та процедури професійного розвитку. Стверджується, що включення до навчального процесу інноваційних, заснованих на взаємодії педагога та учня, психолого-педагогічних технологій активного навчання має формувати особистісні зони розвитку майбутніх фахівців, удосконалювати способи та засоби професійного становлення, що значно підвищує якість професійного навчання соціальних працівників. The article deals with the problems of vocational training of social workers. They are particularly considered with psychological and pedagogical aspects of training highly qualified specialists. It specifies that competence-based approach to modern education gets spreading in the professional psychology and pedagogy. The article is accented on personality-oriented and psycho-akmeological directions existing in the psychology of professional education and training. Personal qualities of the professional are considered as metaprofessional competences which ensure the future social worker’s quality of work. The general directions of formation professional competence of social workers are identified on the base of the analyses of the specific professional training socionomic professions: priority of vocational and personality development for achievement a high level of professionalism; formation of the psychological, personal and reflective competence; practical orientation of the learning process. The methods and technologies of active formation of psychological and personality’s competence of the specialist during the vocational training are reviewed in the article, specifically the method and technique of signed-contextual learning and psycho-akmeological methods and procedures of professional development. It is alleged that the inclusion in the educational process of preparation innovational, psychological and pedagogical techniques of active learning, based on the interaction between the teacher and the student, should generated personal’s development zones of the future professionals, refine the methods and means of the professional development that significantly improves the quality of social worker’s professional training.
