ABSTRACT The current era requires speed and accuracy in making decisions, so that potential factors of production are needed. The existence of human resources as the main factor, then provides a reward for the achievements achieved in the form of salary. Provision of ineffective salaries can cause problems for the company, especially in relation to HR performance. To avoid this, it is necessary to control payroll management that ensures the fulfillment of the rights of workers (employees).The reward given by the company for the achievements of the workforce (employees) is salary. Ineffective payrolls cause problems for companies related to the performance of human resources (HR). To avoid this problem, a payroll management control system is needed to protect the rights of workers (employees). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the payroll management control system at PT. Aura Mandiri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the payroll management control system at PT. Aura Mandiri is quite effective because the company carries out procedures from start to finish and there are some other functions that are inadequate, namely the employee attendance list is still manual and has not taken advantage of more sophisticated technology, for example using a fingerprint system. Attendance in the world of work is sometimes still done manually. At the Uyu shop, there are still problems that occur in recording and making attendance reports manually, such as mistakes in biodata, forgetting to record the date. Because the Uyu store still doesn't use a computerized employee or staff absence information system in managing data, so the information that can be processed is quite long and storage is not guaranteed safe. The purpose of this researcher is to create an information system that can manage attendance data for employees who work at the computerized Uyu Store and also implement a coloring method on attendance reports that generate reports based on the attendance coloring method according to employee attendance hours that are easy to understand. This method uses the coloring method as a solution to solving problems that can be solved in the greedy method, namely the color problem and the waterfall model as a system development process that uses UML design. The result of this research is that the system can operate attendance data collection as well as report employee data more efficiently and integrated.

This research is to find out how the Camat Supervision in Government Administration at the Soyo Jaya District Office, North Morowali Regency. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant withdrawal technique using purposive. The number of informants in this study amounted to 5 people. The theory used is the theory of Siagian, which consists of 2 (two) aspects, namely: direct supervision and indirect supervision. Based on the results of the research conducted, that the Soyo Jaya Camat in organizing activities carried out by his employees (subordinates), has not been able to work effectively and efficiently and the supervision process carried out by the Soyo Jaya Camat is inconsistent and not carried out properly, it has an impact on performance. the organization as a whole is primarily concerned with the discipline of the state civil apparatus (ASN). The data found by researchers in the field lead to indications that the implementation of supervision is not going well, it can be seen from the emergence of several problem phenomena, namely the Camat is less regular in checking employee attendance through attendance, so that it has an impact on the organization of activities and has an impact on employee flexibility. in committing fraud against filling absenteeism by entrusting attendance attendance. In addition, the lack of directives and explanations by the Camat to employees regarding the rules and guidelines in every work implementation given to employees, so that compliance with the implementation of work is often ignored by employees which has an impact on work results that are less than optimal. Thus, from the two aspects of supervision above, there are still several things that need to be addressed, so that the supervision provided can be maximized.

Information technology is not only expected to be a supporting device and facilitate the company's operational activities, but has become part of the strategy in maintaining employee performance. PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama is a company engaged in assembling and manufacturing gas stoves for export destinations with a total of ± 150 employees. Having problems in terms of: (1) Efficiency, (2) Data Accuracy, (3) Timeliness, (4) Data Search, (5) Data Calculation. Seeing the weaknesses in the company, researchers designed a web-based attendance and payroll information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Rfid Reader and Card/Tag         tools were selected to facilitate employee attendance in large numbers. The Information System will immediately record as soon as the card is attached to the Rfid Reader. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The test results related to the design show the final value of the calculation is 3.0, then the system is declared valid. The validation test by system experts related to usage shows the final value of the calculation is 2.9, concluding that the system is very feasible to use. User Validation at PT. Usaha Mandiri Exporttama Semarang obtained the final value of the calculation is 3.5 stating that the system is feasible to use and very good. The performance test by 4 respondents of the old system and the new system with an average of 43.7% of the old work system, and 87.5% of the new work system showed that the new system was effective and efficient.

The purpose of this research is to design an attendance system using Global Positioning System (GPS) technology, as a useful solution. At PT. Cipta Anugrah Musi for the marketing staff to still be able to do attendance without using a fingerprint attendance machine. Based on the results of research and discussion on the marketing employee attendance monitoring system in the form of this android mobile, the following conclusions can be drawn. From the black box testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the employee attendance monitoring system can run well and there are no problems. GPS technology can provide information on where to take employee photos so that it is easy to find out the position of the employee's absence at that time to avoid cheating in attendance.

This paper discusses the Implementation of the Website-Based Payroll Information System at the Sukamekar Village Office, Bekasi, West Java, where this paper is a continuation of the Designing stage of the Employee Payroll Information System for the Partner. This implementation includes system testing that will be implemented, System Conversion includes Data Conversion and System Installation and Training for Users which includes Able Users and Admins. Sukamekar Village is a village located in Sukawangi District, Bekasi Regency, West Java which has a village head as village leader, Sukamekar village has employees who serve as secretaries who are tasked with recording employee data and employee attendance who still use the absent form, using the form frequently errors occur such as missing paper, there is no attendance data and the financial officer in charge of making salary data is also still manual with a letter of responsibility, therefore it is necessary to create a website-based staffing system that will be able to overcome the weaknesses and shortcomings of the existing staffing data management system . The data management system that will be created can process employee data input quickly and accurately, although the amount of data entered is relatively large and the accuracy of calculations and reports can be achieved as optimally as possible so that errors in entering data and calculating data will not occur. is the implementation of the information system, namely training, documentation and system conversion. Tulisan ini membahas tentang Implementasi dari Sistem Informasi Penggajian Kepegawaian Berbasis Website pada Kantor Desa Sukamekar Bekasi Jawa Barat, dimana Tulisan ini merupakan kelanjutan dari tahap Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penggajian Kepegawaian pada Mitra tersebut. Implementasi ini meliputi pengujian Sistem yang akan di imlentasikan, Konversi Sistem meliputi Konversi Data dan Instalasi Sistem Serta Pelatihan terhadap Pengguna yang meliputi Pengguna Bisa dan Admin. Desa Sukamekar adalah desa yang berada di Kecamatan Sukawangi, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat yang memiliki kepala desa sebagai pemimpin desa, desa sukamekar memiliki pegawai yang bertugas sebagai seketaris yang bertugas untuk mencatat data pegawai dan absensi pegawai yang masih menggunakan formulir absen, dengan menggunakan formulir sering terjadi kesalahan seperti kertas hilang tidak ada data absensi dan kaur keuangan bertugas membuat data gaji juga masih manual dengan surat pertanggung jawaban, Oleh sebab itu maka perlu dibuat suatu sistem kepegawaian berbasis website yang akan dapat mengatasi masalah kelemahan dan kekurangan dari sistem pengelolah data kepegawaian yang ada. Sistem pengelolahan data yang akan dibuat dapat melakukan proses input data pegawai dengan cepat dan akurat, walaupun jumlah data yang dimasukan relatif cukup banyak dan keakuratan perhitungan serta laporan dapat dicapai dengan seoptimal mungkin sehingga kesalahan dalam memasukan data dan perhitungan data tidak akan terjadi kesalahan, Selanjutnya pembahasan adalah Implementasi dari Sistem Informasi tersebut yaitu pelatihan, dokumentasi dan konversi system.

Attendance is a form of attachment or obligation between employees and companies, especially at PT. IDX with work locations for project employees who are spread across many companies and different office locations, namely in Jakarta and Bandung. Based on this study, an online-based employee attendance system using the barcode scanner method is applied, because previously employees were still using manual signatures with insufficient security systems and concerns about data leakage, with this attendance system employees do not need to sign manually, resulting in fraud. attendance can be avoided. The application of QR code technology to the employee attendance system can speed up the employee attendance process. Besides that, it can also help make it easier for the HRD Team in managing employee attendance reports to make it more effective and efficient.Keywords:Attendance Application, Attendance System, Power Apps, One Drive Application.

Face recognition is the technology that verifies or recognizes faces from images, videos, or real-time streams. It can be used in security or employee attendance systems. Face recognition systems may encounter some attacks that reduce their ability to recognize faces properly. So, many noisy images mixed with original ones lead to confusion in the results. Various attacks that exploit this weakness affect the face recognition systems such as Fast Gradient Sign Method (FGSM), Deep Fool, and Projected Gradient Descent (PGD). This paper proposes a method to protect the face recognition system against these attacks by distorting images through different attacks, then training the recognition deep network model, specifically Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), using the original and distorted images. Diverse experiments have been conducted using combinations of original and distorted images to test the effectiveness of the system. The system showed an accuracy of 93% using FGSM attack, 97% using deep fool, and 95% using PGD.

Attendance recording with RFID tags scan, make human resource (HR) staff’s task more effective and efficient because it is saving time and effort in performing manual recording and recapitulation that must be performed by the HR staff in a company. However, the number of cases where employees forget to bring their identification cards, which has an RFID tag increases the workload of human resource staff. This study proposes a facial recognition prototype as an alternative way to record employee attendance. The model used in this study uses artificial neural networks that have more than one hidden layer and uses a supervised learning approach. The results of the study show that when a high-resolution image provided for the training data, the prototype able to make an accurate prediction. However, some further study is needed before replacing existing attendance recordings with face recognition to address several problems such as distance between camera and object and accessories that affect the essential features in a face like glasses, headscarves, and mask. Further research should find the maximum distance between the object(s) and the camera and the position (angle) of the object towards the camera.
