Increasing business competition pushes company to optimize financial management properly, especially on cash. Efforts should be made to manage cash by knowing the factors that affect the cash that must be owned by the company so that the use of cash can be utilized optimally. This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Flow, Capital Expenditure, Net Working Capital and Leverage on Cash Holding in Food and Beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The sampling technique using purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of 44. Data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. Based on the results of data analysis conducted shows that there is an influence of Cash Flow, Net Working Capital, Leverage Cash Holdings, while Capital Expenditure does not affect Cash Holdings. The benefits of this research are as a consideration for management in making decisions related to the factors that influence Cash Holding, as well as a consideration for investors if they want to invest in a company Keywordsi: Cash Holding, Cash Flow, Capital Expenditure, Leverage, Net Working Capital

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh arus kas, modal kerja bersih, leverage, dan pembayaran dividen terhadap cash holding pada perusahaan bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap cash holding dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,0366. Sedangkan variabel arus kas, modal kerja bersih, dan pembayaran dividen tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemilikan kas.Kata kunci: cash holding, arus kas, modal kerja bersih, pembayaran dividen ABSTRACT This research aims to examine the effect of cash flow, net working capital, leverage, and dividend payment on cash holding of bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Working capital is directly related to the operations activity of the company to produce goods. To be able to properly manage its working capital, the company must determine what factors that can affect working capital. Actually, there are many factors that affect working capital management but the factors that used in this study are firm size, leverage, firm growth, cash flow, profitability, capital expenditure, and GDP. Meanwhile, working capital management is reflected by the cash conversion cycle. By taking samples at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2010 - 2014, found there are a significant effect of firm size, firm growth, cash flow, profitability, and GDP. This is due to the leverage and capital expenditure shows insignificant effect.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Corporate Governance and Capital Expenditure on Cash Holding. This study use secondary data from financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016. The structure of Corporate Governance is measured using independent commissioners, board of commissioners, and institutional ownership. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis which is processed with the E-Views program. The results of this study indicate that independent commissioners, board size, and institutional ownership partially have no significant effect on cash holding. While Capital Expenditure has a significant and negative effect on cash holding.

This study aims to determine the effect of market perfomance, ROE, cash flow and investment decisions with cash holdings as a moderating in manufacturing company in Indonesia which is listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2015. This study took 112 manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Research methods band is used in this study using purposive sampling method. Dependent variable in this research is investment decisions were measured by capital expenditure. Independent variables in this study is the market performance measured by Tobin's q, return on equity, cash flow, while moderating variable in this study is cash holdings. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study significantly show that market performance, cash flow positive influence on investment decisions, while ROE negative effect on investment decisions. The influence of of cash flow to capital expenditure is moderated by cash holding that indicated by significant negative influence.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of earnings, cash flow from operations, working capital from operations, and accrual components to future cash flow in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples used were 165 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2012. Data analysis was performed with the aid of a software program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS)for Windows. The results showed that earnings, cash flow from operations, and working capital from operations have an influence on future cash flow, while accrual components does not have any influence on future cash flow.

The independent variables are firm size, leverage, cash flow, net working capital and growth equity. And the dependent variable is the excess cash holdings and value. This study uses panel data from 320 observational data of companies that have been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The purpose of this study was to examine determinants the factors that influence cash holdings on shipping companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2017. The study sample used quarterly financial performance for 12 shipping companies. This study uses a fixed effect model. The results revealed that net working capital had a significant positive effect on cash holding in shipping companies in Indonesia, while cash flow, cash flow variability, liquidity, leverage and firm size did not significantly influence to cash holdings.

Economic Rentability depend on the factor of the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover (Khoyri, 2014; Vidiyastutik, 2013). This paper investigatesthe impact of cost control effectiveness and working capital turnover on Economic Rentability. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements. Using panel data for 14companiesthat is all manufacturing companies of metal sub sector and the like that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and the observation period from 2012to 2016, we tested the relationships between the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover by building panel model. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Our findings showed that the efficiency of cost control does not have a significant effect on Economic Rentability. The results of this paperis indicated by the significance value of the efficiency of cost control greater than alpha (0.869> 0.05). This study also reveals that Working Capital Turnover has a significant effect on Economic Profitability. The statistical test shows that the significance value of Working Capital Turnover is smaller than alpha (0.000 <0.05).

The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on firm value. (2) The effect of earnings quality on firm value. (3) The effect of investment decisions on firm value. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2018. While the sampling technique in this study is using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 300 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression using SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) earnings quality has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value with a significance of 0.757 > 0.05. (3) investment decisions have a positive effect and not on the value of the company with a significance of 0.418 > 0.05

Abstract : Companies need funds in order to carry out operations such as the financing of production activities, pay employees, pay other expenses related to the operation of the company. One way to obtain these funds is to attract investors to invest in companies in the form of stock, but in making this investment is certainly not easy for investors, because investors need consideration beforehand to find out how the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow to stock return through stock price at companies listed on the Stock Exchange Year 2012-2015. The data used in this study dala are secondary data from the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 - 2015. The data are in the form of financial statements can be obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD), the IDX website www.idx.co. id as well as from various other sources to support this research. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange the period 2012 - 2015. The samples taken by the sampling technique used purposive sampling.From the test results and analysis of the data it can be concluded that operating cash flow directly and indirectly has no effect on stock returns through stock prices showed no significant results. Keywords :  Operating Cash Flow, Stock Price, Stocks Return
